| 51581 | 54994 | I4B025023 | ASUHAN KEPERAWATAN PADA LANSIA HIPERTENSI DENGAN PENDEKATAN TEORI KING DI DESA KARANGTURI | Latar Belakang: Hipertensi merupakan penyakit degeneratif dengan prevalensi tinggi pada lansia, yang sering dipicu oleh penurunan fungsi fisiologis serta ketidakpatuhan terhadap regimen pengobatan. Untuk mengoptimalkan manajemen kesehatan, diperlukan keterlibatan aktif pasien melalui komunikasi yang efektif.. Tujuan: Menerapkan asuhan keperawatan terstruktur berbasis Goal Attainment Theory dari Imogene King guna mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pasien, meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan, dan memantau stabilitas tekanan darah. Metode: Studi kasus tunggal (single subject study) dengan desain AB (Baseline-Intervensi) dilakukan pada seorang lansia berumur 67 tahun di Desa Karangturi selama 16 hari. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa kombinasi terapi farmakologis (Amlodipine 10 mg) dan terapi non-farmakologis latihan pernapasan Alternative Nostril Breathing (ANB). Hasil: Pendekatan transaksional teori King berhasil meluruskan persepsi keliru pasien, membangun kesepakatan perawatan, serta mengoptimalkan dukungan keluarga melalui panggilan video. Penerapan latihan ANB harian secara instan menurunkan beban kerja jantung per sesi. Secara kumulatif, tekanan darah harian pasien berhasil diturunkan secara signifikan dari nilai awal baseline 163/75 mmHg menjadi 125/64 mmHg yang stabil pada hari ke-14. Kesimpulan: Integrasi teori King melalui komunikasi sensori-adaptif dan kemitraan interaktif efektif meningkatkan kemandirian manajemen kesehatan serta menstabilkan tekanan darah pasien secara optimal. | Background:: Hypertension remains a major degenerative disease with a high prevalence among the elderly, often driven by physiological decline and poor treatment compliance. To optimize health management, active patient engagement through effective communication is crucial.. Objective: This case study aimed to apply structured nursing care based on Imogene King’s Goal Attainment Theory to identify patient needs, improve health management, and monitor blood pressure stability. Methods: A single-subject study with an AB (Baseline-Intervention) design was conducted on an elderly patient (67 years old) in Karangturi Village for 16 days. The intervention combined pharmacological therapy (Amlodipine 10 mg) and non-pharmacological daily Alternative Nostril Breathing (ANB) exercises Results: King's transactional approach successfully corrected the patient's misconceptions, established a mutual care agreement, and optimized family support through video calls. The daily ANB exercises provided an immediate reduction in the heart's workload per session. Cumulatively, the patient's blood pressure significantly decreased from an initial baseline of 163/75 mmHg to a stable 125/64 mmHg by the 14th day. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh self efficacy, fasilitas belajar di rumah, dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XII SMA Negeri 3 Purwokerto yang mendapatkan mata pelajaran ekonomi dengan responden yang diambil sebanyak 153 responden. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda, uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, koefisien determinasi, uji F, dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan SPSS 25 menunjukkan bahwa (1) Self efficacy berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, (2) Fasilitas belajar di rumah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar, (3) Kemandirian belajar berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap hasil belajar. Implikasi dari penelitian ini yaitu mendorong siswa untuk menerapkan target belajar serta strategi belajar yang sesuai, keterlibatan orang tua dalam menyediakan fasilitas belajar dan pengawasan dari orang tua, serta guru dan siswa perlu memberikan umpan balik yang membangun. | This study is a quantitative survey-based research conducted among 12th-grade students at Purwokerto State High School 3 who are taking economics. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of self-efficacy, home learning facilities, and independent learning on student achievement. The population in this study consists of all 12th-grade students at Purwokerto State High School 3 who are taking the economics course. A total of 153 respondents were selected. Simple random sampling was used to select the respondents, while the data analysis techniques employed in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, multiple linear regression analysis, normality testing, multicollinearity testing, heteroscedasticity testing, the coefficient of determination, the F-test, and the t-test. Based on the research results and hypothesis testing using SPSS 25, it was found that (1) self-efficacy has a positive effect on learning outcomes, (2) learning facilities at home have a positive effect on learning outcomes, (3) learning autonomy has no effect on learning outcomes. The implications of this study are that students should be encouraged to set learning goals and adopt appropriate learning strategies; parents should be involved in providing learning resources and supervision; and both teachers and students should provide constructive feedback. | |
| 51583 | 54996 | I4B025024 | Studi Kasus Pengaruh Foot Massage terhadap Skala Nyeri dan Status Hemodinamik Pada Pasien Terpasang Ventilator Mekanik di Ruang Intensive Care Unit (ICU) | Latar Belakang: Pasien yang dirawat di ruang Intensive Care Unit, khususnya yang terpasang ventilator mekanik, sering mengalami nyeri dan ketidakstabilan status hemodinamik. Nyeri yang tidak terkelola dengan baik dapat memicu aktivasi sistem saraf simpatis sehingga meningkatkan tekanan darah, denyut jantung, dan frekuensi napas. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan intervensi nonfarmakologis yang aman dan efektif, yaitu foot massage, yang berpotensi memberikan efek relaksasi dan menstabilkan kondisi fisiologis pasien. Metodologi: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus dengan penerapan evidence based practice pada dua pasien di ruang Intensive Care Unit yang terpasang ventilator mekanik. Intervensi berupa foot massage dilakukan selama 20 menit dalam sehari. Pengukuran skala nyeri menggunakan Critical-Care Pain Observation Tool, sedangkan status hemodinamik meliputi tekanan darah, mean arterial pressure, frekuensi nadi, frekuensi napas, dan SpO₂. Observasi dilakukan sebelum intervensi dan selama 2 jam setelah intervensi setiap 15 menit. Pemberian intervensi dilakukan pada tanggal 11 dan 12 Desember 2025. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kecenderungan penurunan nyeri pada kedua pasien setelah foot massage, terutama pada menit ke-30–60, disertai perbaikan hemodinamik (tekanan darah, mean arterial pressure, nadi, dan napas) yang cenderung menurun lalu stabil. Sementara itu, nilai SpO₂ tidak menunjukkan perubahan signifikan dan tetap dalam batas normal. Kesimpulan: Pemberian foot massage berpotensi menurunkan skala nyeri dan memperbaiki status hemodinamik pada pasien dengan ventilator mekanik di ruang Intensive Care Unit RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo. | Background: Patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit, particularly those on mechanical ventilation, often experience pain and hemodynamic instability. Poorly managed pain can trigger activation of the sympathetic nervous system, thereby increasing blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate. Therefore, a safe and effective nonpharmacological intervention specifically foot massage is needed, as it has the potential to provide a relaxing effect and stabilize the patient’s physiological condition. Methodology: This study employed a case study design with the application of evidence-based practices on two patients in the Intensive Care Unit who were on mechanical ventilation. The intervention, which consisted of foot massage, was performed for 20 minutes daily. Pain was measured using the Critical-Care Pain Observation Tool, while hemodynamic status included blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate, and SpO₂. Observations were made before the intervention and every 15 minutes for 2 hours after the intervention. The intervention was conducted on December 11 and 12, 2025. Results: The study results showed a trend toward decreased pain in both patients following foot massage, particularly between 30 and 60 minutes, accompanied by hemodynamic improvements (blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, pulse, and respiratory rate) that initially decreased and then stabilized. Meanwhile, SpO₂ levels did not show significant changes and remained within normal limits. Conclusion: Foot massage has the potential to reduce pain levels and improve hemodynamic status in patients on mechanical ventilation in the Intensive Care Unit at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Regional General Hospital. | |
| 51584 | 54999 | B1A022127 | Aktivitas Antibakteri Ekstrak Daun Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) terhadap Bakteri Cutibacterium acnes dan Staphylococcus epidermidis | Jerawat merupakan salah satu penyakit kulit yang banyak disebabkan oleh pertumbuhan bakteri Cutibacterium acnes dan Staphylococcus epidermidis. Penggunaan antibiotik secara terus-menerus dapat memicu terjadinya resistensi, sehingga diperlukan alternatif antibakteri yang berasal dari bahan alam. Daun bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) diketahui mengandung berbagai senyawa metabolit sekunder yang berpotensi sebagai antibakteri. Namun, penelitian mengenai aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak daun bandotan terhadap C. acnes dan S. epidermidis masih terbatas, terutama terkait penentuan nilai Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) dan Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas antibakteri ekstrak daun bandotan terhadap C. acnes dan S. epidermidis, serta menentukan nilai MIC dan MBC. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang terdiri atas dua faktor, yaitu jenis bakteri dan konsentrasi ekstrak daun bandotan. Variabel bebas penelitian meliputi jenis bakteri dan konsentrasi ekstrak daun bandotan, sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah aktivitas antibakteri. Parameter utama meliputi diameter zona hambat, nilai optical density (OD), dan pertumbuhan koloni. Parameter pendukung berupa kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder berdasarkan hasil skrining fitokimia dan suhu pemanasan ekstrak. Aktivitas antibakteri diuji menggunakan metode difusi cakram. Nilai MIC ditentukan dengan metode dilusi cair berdasarkan perubahan nilai OD yang diukur menggunakan spektrofotometer, sedangkan nilai MBC ditentukan berdasarkan pertumbuhan koloni pada media padat. Pengaruh pemanasan ekstrak terhadap aktivitas antibakteri ditentukan berdasarkan perbandingan nilai indeks zona hambat antara ekstrak pada suhu 50ºC dan suhu pemanasan 80ºC. Data aktivitas antibakteri dianalisis menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) dua arah yang dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Data skrining fitokimia, uji MIC, dan uji MBC dianalisis secara deskriptif, sedangkan data pengaruh pemanasan ekstrak dianalisis secara deskriptif dan uji t independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun bandotan mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, tanin, dan saponin. Konsentrasi ekstrak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap indeks zona hambat, sedangkan jenis bakteri serta interaksi antara jenis bakteri dan konsentrasi ekstrak tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Konsentrasi ekstrak 100% menghasilkan nilai indeks zona hambat tertinggi, yaitu sebesar 1,768, diikuti oleh konsentrasi 75% sebesar 1,430 dan konsentrasi 50% sebesar 1,163. Nilai MIC terhadap C. acnes dan S. epidermidis ditetapkan sebesar 25%, sedangkan nilai MBC belum diperoleh pada rentang konsentrasi uji hingga 75%, sehingga ekstrak cenderung memiliki mekanisme kerja yang bersifat bakteriostatik. Perlakuan pemanasan ekstrak pada suhu 80°C meningkatkan indeks zona hambat terhadap C. acnes dan S. epidermidis, tetapi peningkatan tersebut tidak signifikan secara statistik. | Acne is one of the most common skin diseases caused by the growth of Cutibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis. Prolonged antibiotic use may lead to bacterial resistance, highlighting the need for alternative antibacterial agents derived from natural sources. Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides L.) leaves contain various secondary metabolites with potential antibacterial activity. However, research on the antibacterial activity of bandotan leaf extract against C. acnes and S. epidermidis remains limited, particularly regarding the determination of its Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC). This study aimed to analyze the antibacterial activity of bandotan leaf extract against C. acnes and S. epidermidis and to determine its Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) and Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC). This study employed an experimental method using a factorial Completely Randomized Design consisting of two factors: bacterial species and bandotan leaf extract concentration. The independent variables were bacterial species and extract concentration, while the dependent variable was antibacterial activity. The primary parameters included inhibition zone diameter, optical density (OD), and bacterial colony growth. The supporting parameters consisted of the secondary metabolite content determined by phytochemical screening and the extract heating temperature. Antibacterial activity was evaluated using the disk diffusion method. The Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC) was determined by the broth dilution method based on changes in optical density (OD) measured using a spectrophotometer, whereas the Minimum Bactericidal Concentration (MBC) was determined based on bacterial colony growth on solid medium. The effect of extract heating on antibacterial activity was evaluated by comparing the inhibition zone index of the extract at the temperature 50°C and the temperature 80°C. Antibacterial activity data were analyzed using two-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level. Phytochemical screening, MIC, and MBC data were analyzed descriptively, whereas the extract heating effect data were analyzed descriptively and using an independent t-test. The results showed that bandotan leaf extract contained alkaloids, flavonoids, tannins, and saponins. Extract concentration had a significant effect on the inhibition zone index, whereas bacterial species and the interaction between bacterial species and extract concentration had no significant effect. The 100% extract concentration produced the highest inhibition zone index value (1.768), followed by the 75% concentration (1.430) and the 50% concentration (1.163). The MIC against Cutibacterium acnes and Staphylococcus epidermidis was determined to be 25%, whereas the MBC was not obtained within the tested concentration range of up to 75%, indicating that the extract exhibited a bacteriostatic mode of action. Heating the extract at 80 °C increased the inhibition zone index against C. acnes and S. epidermidis; however, the increase was not statistically significant. | |

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi karakter agronomi serta menentukan genotipe F3 hasil persilangan Rojolele dan Inpari 32 yang berpotensi unggul, berdaya hasil, aromatik, dan berumur genjah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Experimental Farm dan Laboratorium Pemuliaan Tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, pada November 2025 hingga Mei 2026. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Augmented dengan rancangan lingkungan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK), terdiri atas genotipe F3 D11, D12, D16, D31, dan D35 serta lima varietas pembanding, yaitu Rojolele, Inpari 32, Pandanwangi, Inpari 48, dan IR64. Karakter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan, umur berbunga, panjang malai, komponen gabah, bobot gabah, persentase gabah isi, bobot 1.000 butir, indeks hijau daun, dan aroma. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA dan karakter yang berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji Least Significant Increase (LSI). Hasil menunjukkan perbedaan nyata pada tinggi tanaman 2 MST, tinggi tanaman 6 MST, umur berbunga, dan persentase gabah isi. Seleksi berdasarkan persentase gabah isi dan aroma menghasilkan 10 genotipe terpilih, yaitu D12-14, D31-10, D16-29, D12-29, D35-21, D11-28, D16-14, D12-12, D11-15, dan D35-26. Genotipe terpilih memiliki tingkat aroma agak wangi hingga sangat wangi dan berpotensi dilanjutkan ke generasi berikutnya. | Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is an important food crop in Indonesia; therefore, improving yield potential and grain quality remains an important objective in varietal improvement. This study aimed to evaluate agronomic characters and identify F3 genotypes derived from the Rojolele × Inpari 32 cross with superior, high-yielding, aromatic, and early-maturing potential. The research was conducted at the Experimental Farm and Plant Breeding Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, from November 2025 to May 2026. An Augmented Design with a Randomized Complete Block environmental arrangement was used, involving F3 genotypes D11, D12, D16, D31, and D35 and five check varieties: Rojolele, Inpari 32, Pandanwangi, Inpari 48, and IR64. Observed characters included plant height, leaf number, tillers, flowering time, panicle length, grain components, grain weight, filled-grain percentage, 1,000-grain weight, leaf greenness index, and aroma. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, followed by the Least Significant Increase (LSI) test for significant characters. Significant differences were detected in plant height at 2 and 6 weeks after planting, flowering time, and filled-grain percentage. Selection based on filled-grain percentage and aroma identified ten genotypes: D12-14, D31-10, D16-29, D12-29, D35-21, D11-28, D16-14, D12-12, D11-15, and D35-26. The selected genotypes showed moderate to strong aroma and have potential for further evaluation in the next generation. | |

Ubi jalar ungu dan tepung tempe kedelai hitam merupakan bahan pangan lokal yang berpotensi meningkatkan kandungan serat dan protein pada mi kering. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh proporsi kedua bahan tersebut terhadap kadar serat kasar, protein, hedonik, formula terbaik, serta serving size mi kering bagi penderita DMT-2. Metodologi: Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok non faktorial dengan satu faktor perlakuan, yaitu proporsi ubi jalar ungu kukus dan tepung tempe kedelai hitam (2:1, 1:1, 1:2), dengan sembilan kali ulangan. Mi kering dianalisis kadar serat kasar dan protein, serta diuji hedonik (rasa, warna, tekstur, aroma, keseluruhan) pada 55 panelis tidak terlatih. Data serat kasar dan protein dianalisis dengan One Way ANOVA, sedangkan data hedonik dengan uji Friedman dan Wilcoxon. Formula terbaik ditentukan menggunakan metode indeks efektivitas De Garmo. Hasil Penelitian: Proporsi kedua bahan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kadar serat kasar, protein, dan seluruh atribut hedonik (p < 0,05). Kadar serat kasar tertinggi diperoleh pada P1 (2:1) sebesar 30,83%, sedangkan kadar protein tertinggi pada P3 (1:2) sebesar 22,48%. Formula terbaik yaitu P1 (2:1) dengan kadar air 8,86%; protein 15,99%; abu 1,84%; serat kasar 30,83%; dan serat pangan 8,25%. Mi kering formula terbaik pada penelitian ini memenuhi persyaratan mutu SNI dengan kadar air 8,86%, protein 15,99%, dan abu 1,84%. Kesimpulan: Mi kering ubi jalar ungu dan tepung tempe kedelai hitam berpotensi menjadi alternatif pangan fungsional tinggi serat dan protein bagi penderita DMT-2, dengan serving size 91 gram. Purple sweet potato and black soybean tempeh flour are local ingredients with the potential to increase the fiber and protein content of dried noodles. This study aimed to determine the effect of their proportion on crude fiber, protein, hedonic, best formula, and serving size for T2DM. Methods: This experimental study used a non-factorial Randomized Block Design with one factor, the proportion of steamed purple sweet potato to black soybean tempeh flour (2:1, 1:1, 1:2), with nine replications. Crude fiber (gravimetric method) and protein (Kjeldahl method) were analyzed, and a hedonic test (taste, color, texture, aroma, overall) was conducted on 55 untrained panelists. Crude fiber and protein data were analyzed by One Way ANOVA; hedonic data by Friedman and Wilcoxon tests. The best formula was determined using the De Garmo effectiveness index. Results: The proportion of the two ingredients significantly affected crude fiber, protein, and all hedonic attributes (p<0.05). The highest crude fiber was in P1 (2:1) at 30.83%, and the highest protein was in P3 (1:2) at 22.48%. The best formula, P1 (2:1), had 8.86% moisture, 15,99% protein, 1.84% ash, 30.83% crude fiber, and 8.25% dietary fiber. The best formula met the SNI quality standard, with 8.86% moisture, 15.99% protein, and 1.84% ash. Conclusion: Dried noodles from purple sweet potato and black soybean tempeh flour have potential as a high-fiber, high-protein functional food for T2DM, with a serving size of 91 grams. Kondisi tersebut menunjukkan perlunya analisis terhadap implementasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan dalam upaya menarik minat wisatawan. Penelitian ini berjudul "Analisis Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran Taman Wisata Sentana Desa Banjarpanepen dalam Upaya Menarik Minat Wisatawan" yang bertujuan menganalisis implementasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran serta hambatan dalam pelaksanaannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Taman Wisata Sentana menerapkan strategi komunikasi pemasaran melalui promosi langsung dengan strategi jemput bola, pemanfaatan media digital, kerja sama eksternal melalui partnership dan membership, serta penggunaan media baliho. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, implementasi strategi komunikasi pemasaran tersebut belum sepenuhnya optimal karena pemanfaatan berbagai media dan aktivitas promosi belum dilakukan secara konsisten, terencana, dan terintegrasi, serta evaluasi komunikasi pemasaran belum menggunakan indikator yang terukur. This situation highlights the need to analyze the implementation of marketing communication strategies to attract tourists. This research, titled "Analysis of Marketing Communication Strategies of Taman Wisata Sentana in Banjarpanepen Village in an Effort to Attract Tourists," aims to analyze the implementation of marketing communication strategies and the obstacles encountered. This research used a qualitative descriptive method with purposive sampling through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that Taman Wisata Sentana implements marketing communication strategies through direct promotions using outreach strategies, the use of digital media, external collaboration through partnerships and memberships, and the use of billboards. Based on the analysis, the implementation of these marketing communication strategies is not yet fully optimal because the use of various media and promotional activities has not been carried out consistently, planned, and integrated, and the evaluation of marketing communication has not used measurable indicators. Furthermore, challenges faced include limited human resources, content production equipment, internet connectivity, competition between tourist destinations, and the lack of new, differentiated attractions. Fenomena ini berdampak luas terhadap ekosistem laut, sektor perikanan, dan masyarakat pesisir sehingga diperlukan upaya prediksi yang akurat. Perairan Selatan Jawa merupakan salah satu wilayah yang rentan terhadap kejadian GPL, namun penelitian mengenai prediksi GPL di wilayah ini masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis karakteristik GPL di Perairan Selatan Jawa serta mengidentifikasi kejadian GPL berdasarkan prediksi suhu permukaan laut (SPL). Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan statistika melalui pemodelan prediktif dengan memanfaatkan SPL serta variabel iklim global dan lokal sebagai masukan model. Selama periode 1982–2021 teridentifikasi 49 kejadian GPL, dengan kejadian terkuat terjadi pada tahun 1998 dan 2016. Analisis spasial menunjukkan bahwa durasi GPL cenderung lebih panjang di sepanjang pesisir selatan, sedangkan intensitas tertinggi terkonsentrasi di bagian timur wilayah penelitian. Model SARIMAX mampu merepresentasikan dinamika SPL pada periode pengujian tahun 2022 dengan nilai Mean Absolute Error (MAE) sebesar 0,28°C yang merepresentasikan rata-rata kesalahan prediksi terhadap 365 data pengamatan harian, Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) sebesar 0,35°C yang menunjukkan besarnya penyimpangan prediksi terhadap nilai aktual. Meskipun beberapa kejadian GPL belum berhasil teridentifikasi akibat kecenderungan lebih rendah dari perkiraan pada beberapa periode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model mampu memprediksi dinamika SPL dengan baik dan berpotensi digunakan sebagai dasar dalam mengidentifikasi kejadian GPL. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pengembangan sistem peringatan dini GPL di Perairan Selatan Jawa. | Marine Heatwaves (MHWs) are extreme oceanographic phenomena whose frequency, intensity, and duration have continued to increase as a result of global climate change. This phenomenon has wide-ranging impacts on marine ecosystems, the fisheries sector, and coastal communities, making accurate prediction efforts essential. The southern waters of Java are particularly vulnerable to MHW events; however, research on MHW prediction in this area remains limited. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of MHWs in the southern waters of Java and identify MHW events based on sea surface temperature (SST) forecasts. The research employed a statistical approach through predictive modeling, using SST together with global and local climate variables as model inputs. During the 1982–2021 period, 49 MHW events were identified, with the strongest occurrences recorded in 1998 and 2016. Spatial analysis revealed that MHW duration tended to be longer along the southern coastline, while the highest intensity was concentrated in the eastern part of the study area. The SARIMAX model was able to represent the dynamics of SST during the 2022 testing period, yielding a Mean Absolute Error (MAE) of 0.282 °C, representing the average prediction error across 365 daily observations, and a Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 0.355 °C, indicating the magnitude of deviation between predicted and actual values. Nevertheless, several MHW events were not successfully identified, because of the model's tendency to underestimate SST during certain periods. The results indicate that the model is capable of predicting sea surface temperature dynamics reasonably well and holds potential as a basis for identifying MHW events. Tepache adalah minuman terfementasi dari buah dan kulit nanas yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan. Kabupaten Pemalang merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil nanas terbesar di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki potensi untuk dimanfaatkan dalam pembuatan tepache, khususnya Kecamatan Belik yang menghasilkan 12.000 ton per tahun. Namun, sekitar 30% kulit nanas masih menjadi limbah yang belum dimanfaatkan dan menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan. Limbah kulit nanas bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan baku pembuatan minuman fermentasi, salah satunya yaitu tepache. Proses fermentasi minuman tepache melibatkan mikroorganisme yang mengubah karbohidrat menjadi asam dan alkohol secara spontan. Fermentasi minuman tepache melibatkan bakteri asam laktat seperti Lactobacillus, Lactococcus dan Leuconostoc serta khamir Saccharomyces. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan isolat bakteri asam laktat asal tepache dari limbah kulit nanas dan mengetahui potensi isolat bakteri asam laktat asal tepache sebagai agen probiotik, karena penelitian tepache menggunakan limbah kulit nanas untuk pengembangan probiotik masih terbatas. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif. Variabel bebas penelitian ini adalah isolat bakteri asam laktat, sedangkan variabel terikat yang diamati yaitu potensi isolat bakteri asam laktat sebagai agen probiotik. Tahapan penelitian meliputi pembuatan tepache, analisis organoleptik, analisis kimia, isolasi bakteri asam laktat, perhitungan jumlah koloni bakteri asam laktat, karakterisasi dan identifikasi bakteri asam laktat, uji simulasi lambung dan usus, uji ketahanan terhadap garam empedu, uji hemolisis dan uji aktivitas antibakteri. Parameter utama yang akan diamati adalah karakteristik probiotik isolat bakteri asam laktat pada tepache. Parameter pendukung yang diamati adalah uji gula reduksi, pengukuran total asam laktat, pengukuruan pH dan analisis organoleptik. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa fermentasi tepache selama tiga hari menyebabkan perubahan karakteristik organoleptik yang ditandai dengan aroma fermentasi yang semakin khas, rasa yang semakin asam, nilai uji gula reduksi yang meningkat, serta nilai pH akhir sebesar 3,90 yang telah memenuhi kisaran standar mutu minuman fermentasi berdasarkan SNI 2981:2009. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan total asam laktat yang menunjukkan berlangsungnya proses fermentasi. Hasil isolasi diperoleh lima isolat bakteri asam laktat indigenous dengan jumlah populasi sebesar 1,50 × 10⁷ CFU/mL. Screening isolat BAL pada media MRSA + CaCO₃ menunjukkan seluruh isolat membentuk zona bening. Isolat BAL yang dikarakterisasi memiliki karakteristik khas BAL, yaitu Gram positif, tidak membentuk endospora, non-motil, katalase negatif, dan oksidase negatif. Seluruh isolat juga menunjukkan γ-hemolisis, mampu bertahan pada kondisi simulasi saluran pencernaan (pH 3, pH 8, dan garam empedu 3%), serta memiliki aktivitas antibakteri terhadap bakteri Escherichia coli. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian ini berhasil memperoleh lima isolat BAL indigenous asal fermentasi tepache limbah kulit nanas Kabupaten Pemalang yang berpotensi sebagai kandidat agen probiotik. | Health issues such as obesity and digestive disorders are on the rise due to unbalanced lifestyles and dietary habits, making it necessary to take preventive measures through the consumption of functional foods containing probiotic bacteria, such as traditional fermented foods and beverages. One such traditional fermented beverage containing probiotic bacteria is tepache. Tepache is a fermented beverage made from pineapple fruit and peel that offers health benefits. Pemalang Regency is one of the largest pineapple-producing regions in Central Java and has significant potential for tepache production, particularly in Belik District, which produces 12,000 metric tons annually. However, approximately 30% of the pineapple peel remains as waste that is not utilized and contributes to environmental pollution. Pineapple peel waste can be utilized as a raw material for making fermented beverages, one of which is tepache. The fermentation process of tepache involves microorganisms that spontaneously convert carbohydrates into acids and alcohol. The fermentation of tepache involves lactic acid bacteria such as Lactobacillus, Lactococcus, and Leuconostoc, as well as Saccharomyces yeast. This study was conducted to isolate lactic acid bacteria from tepache derived from pineapple peel waste and to determine the potential of these isolates as probiotic agents, as research on using pineapple peel waste to develop probiotics through tepache production remains limited. This study will be conducted using a descriptive method. The independent variable in this study is lactic acid bacteria isolates, while the dependent variable under observation is the potential of lactic acid bacteria isolates as probiotic agents. The research stages include the preparation of tepache, organoleptic analysis, chemical analysis, isolation of lactic acid bacteria, calculation of lactic acid bacterial colony counts, characterization and identification of lactic acid bacteria, gastric and intestinal simulation tests, bile salt tolerance tests, hemolysis tests, and antibacterial activity tests. The primary parameter to be observed is the probiotic characteristics of lactic acid bacteria isolates in tepache. Supporting parameters to be observed include the reducing sugar test, total lactic acid measurement, pH measurement, and organoleptic analysis. The data obtained will be analyzed descriptively. The results of the study showed that fermenting tepache for three days caused changes in organoleptic characteristics, as indicated by a more distinctive fermented aroma, a more acidic taste, an increased reducing sugar test value, and a final pH of 3.90, which met the quality standards for fermented beverages as specified in SNI 2981:2009. In addition, there was an increase in total lactic acid, indicating that the fermentation process was ongoing. The isolation results yielded five indigenous lactic acid bacteria (LAB) isolates with a population density of 1.50 × 10⁷ CFU/mL. Screening of the LAB isolates on MRSA + CaCO₃ medium showed that all isolates formed clear zones. The characterized LAB isolates exhibited typical LAB characteristics, namely Gram-positive, non-spore-forming, non-motile, catalase- negative, and oxidase-negative. All isolates also exhibited γ-hemolysis, were able to survive under simulated gastrointestinal conditions (pH 3, pH 8, and 3% bile salts), and exhibited antibacterial activity against Escherichia coli. Based on these results, it can be concluded that this study successfully obtained five indigenous LAB isolates from the fermentation of pineapple peel waste in Pemalang Regency that have the potential to serve as candidate probiotic agents. | |

Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketidakmampuan Pekerja Indonesia dalam memahami bahasa Mandarin, khususnya kosakata dan instruksi kerja yang digunakan di lapangan, serta belum optimalnya kelancaran penerjemah dalam menyampaikan instruksi dari Pekerja Tiongkok kepada Pekerja Indonesia. Kondisi tersebut ditemukan selama pelaksanaan praktik kerja di PT Innovative Industrial Supplies sebagai subkontraktor PT CSCEC Indonesia. Kondisi ini menyulitkan Pekerja Indonesia dalam memahami dan menyebut berbagai istilah konstruksi sipil, seperti nama material, peralatan kerja, dan instruksi yang menggunakan bahasa Mandarin. Tujuan kegiatan praktik kerja ini adalah menyusun buku kosakata dwibahasa Indonesia–Mandarin bidang konstruksi sipil yang dapat membantu Pekerja Indonesia memahami dan menggunakan kosakata bahasa Mandarin yang digunakan di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan tiga faktor, yaitu substitusi bekatul (10% dan 15%), penambahan bubuk jahe (15% dan 20%), serta penambahan bubuk kapulaga (2,5%, 5%, dan 7,5%). Variabel yang diamati meliputi variabel kimia (kadar air, serat kasar, total fenol, aktivitas antioksidan), variabel sensori (warna, aroma rempah, rasa pahit, rasa manis, flavor, serta tingkat kesukaan terhadap aroma, rasa, dan keseluruhan produk). Data kimia dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA, sedangkan data sensori menggunakan uji Friedman. Penentuan perlakuan terbaik dilakukan dengan metode Indeks Efektivitas. Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa substitusi bekatul, bubuk jahe, dan bubuk kapulaga masing-masing berpengaruh nyata (p<0,05) terhadap beberapa parameter kimia, yaitu kadar air, total fenol, aktivitas antioksidan, dan serat kasar. Kombinasi substitusi bekatul, bubuk jahe, dan bubuk kapulaga berpengaruh sangat nyata (p<0,01) terhadap aroma rempah, warna, dan kesukaan aroma, serta berpengaruh nyata (p<0,05) terhadap rasa manis, flavor, dan kesukaan keseluruhan, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap rasa pahit. The incorporation of functional food ingredients, such as rice bran, ginger, and cardamom, into a coffee mix formulation is expected to enhance the product's functional value. This study aimed to determine the effects of rice bran substitution and the addition of ginger and cardamom powders on the chemical and sensory properties of a coconut sugar-based coffee mix, as well as to identify the optimum treatment combination. The research was arranged in a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with three factors: rice bran substitution (10% and 15%), ginger powder addition (15% and 20%), and cardamom powder addition (2.5%, 5%, and 7.5%). The observed variables comprised chemical parameters (moisture content, crude fiber, total phenolic content, and antioxidant activity) and sensory parameters (color, spice aroma, bitterness, sweetness, flavor, and hedonic preferences). Chemical data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), while sensory data were evaluated using the Friedman test. The optimum treatment combination was determined using the Effectiveness Index method. The results showed that rice bran substitution, ginger powder, and cardamom powder each had a significant effect (p<0.05) on several chemical parameters, namely moisture content, total phenolic content, antioxidant activity, and crude fiber content. The combination of rice bran substitution, ginger powder, and cardamom powder had a highly significant effect (p<0.01) on spice aroma, color, and aroma liking, as well as a significant effect (p<0.05) on sweetness, flavor, and overall liking, but had no significant effect on bitterness. Namun, penerjemah harus menghadapi berbagai kendala teknis, tekstual, dan linguistik, sekaligus memastikan bahwa dialog yang diterjemahkan tetap akurat, mudah dipahami, dan berterima secara budaya. Permasalahan ini menjadi semakin penting ketika menerjemahkan kesantunan karena ungkapan penghormatan, jarak sosial, dan hierarki sangat dipengaruhi oleh norma masyarakat serta konteks penggunaannya. Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story menyediakan konteks yang khas untuk mengkaji kesantunan karena latar kerajaan dalam serial tersebut mencerminkan hubungan sosial yang formal, struktur hierarkis, serta nilai-nilai historis dan budaya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif untuk mengkaji strategi subtitle yang digunakan dalam menerjemahkan dialog yang mengandung strategi kesantunan serta menganalisis pengaruhnya terhadap keberterimaan terjemahan. Teori kesantunan Brown dan Levinson (1987) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengklasifikasikan strategi kesantunan yang terdapat dalam dialog, sedangkan teori strategi subtitle Gottlieb (1992) diterapkan untuk menganalisis strategi penyubtitelan yang digunakan dalam subtitle bahasa Indonesia. Keberterimaan terjemahan dinilai berdasarkan kerangka penilaian kualitas terjemahan Nababan (2012) melalui kuesioner keberterimaan yang diisi oleh tiga penilai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya 102 ungkapan kesantunan yang dituturkan oleh ratu Charlotte. Strategi kesantunan bald on record merupakan strategi yang paling banyak digunakan, yaitu sebanyak 54 data (52,94%), diikuti oleh strategi off record sebanyak 22 data (21,57%), serta strategi positive politeness dan negative politeness, masing-masing sebanyak 13 data (12,75%). Dalam penerapan strategi penyubtitelan, penerjemah menggunakan lima dari sepuluh strategi yang dikemukakan oleh Gottlieb. Strategi transfer menjadi strategi yang paling dominan, dengan 67 data (65,69%), diikuti oleh condensation sebanyak 17 data (16,67%), paraphrase sebanyak 13 data (12,75%), deletion sebanyak 4 data (3,92%), dan expansion sebanyak 1 data (0,98%). Hasil penilaian keberterimaan menunjukkan bahwa 88 terjemahan (86,27%) tergolong berterima, 12 terjemahan (11,76%) tergolong kurang berterima, dan 2 terjemahan (1,96%) tergolong tidak berterima. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerjemah secara umum berhasil mempertahankan kealamian dan kesesuaian budaya ungkapan kesantunan dalam subtitle bahasa Indonesia. However, the translator has to cope with technical, textual, and linguistic constraints while ensuring that the translated dialogue is correct, accessible, and culturally acceptable. This problem is especially relevant when translating politeness, since the expression of respect, social distance and hierarchy is highly societal and context-dependent. Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story provides a distinctive context for examining politeness because its royal-court setting reflects formal social relationships, hierarchical structures, and historical-cultural values. Therefore, this qualitative study employs a descriptive approach to examine the subtitling strategies used to translate dialogues containing politeness strategies and to assess their impact on translation acceptability. Brown and Levinson’s politeness theory (1987) is used to identify and classify the politeness strategies found in the dialogues, while Gottlieb’s subtitling theory (1992) is applied to analyze the subtitling strategies used in the Indonesian subtitles. The acceptability of the translations is assessed using Nababan’s translation-quality framework (2012), based on evaluations provided by three raters through acceptability questionnaires. The findings revealed 102 politeness expressions produced by Queen Charlotte. Bald on record politeness was the most frequently used strategy, with 54 occurrences (52.94%), followed by off-record politeness with 22 occurrences (21.57%), and both positive and negative politeness, with 13 occurrences each (12.75%). Regarding subtitling strategies, the translator employed five of Gottlieb’s ten strategies. Transfer was the most frequently used strategy, occurring 67 times (65.69%), followed by condensation with 17 occurrences (16.67%), paraphrase with 13 occurrences (12.75%), deletion with 4 occurrences (3.92%), and expansion with 1 occurrence (0.98%). The acceptability assessment showed that 88 translations (86.27%) were acceptable, 12 translations (11.76%) were less acceptable, and 2 translations (1.96%) were unacceptable. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) pola faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu delapan isolat BAL yang berasal dari yogurt homemade dan yogurt komersial serta dua jenis supernatan, yaitu supernatan bebas sel (SBS) dan supernatan bebas sel ternetralisasi (SBSN), dengan tiga kali ulangan sehingga diperoleh 48 satuan percobaan. Variabel bebas penelitian meliputi isolat BAL dan jenis supernatan, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah aktivitas antibakteri isolat BAL terhadap E. coli. Parameter yang diamati meliputi lebar zona hambat serta karakter morfologi, fisiologi, dan biokimia isolat BAL. Data karakterisasi dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan membandingkan karakter isolat berdasarkan Bergey's Manual of Determinative Bacteriology, sedangkan data aktivitas antibakteri dianalisis menggunakan two-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) pada taraf nyata 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) karena terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Penelitian ini berhasil mengisolasi delapan isolat BAL dari yogurt homemade dan komersial. Berdasarkan karakter morfologi, fisiologi, dan biokimia, empat isolat diduga termasuk ke dalam genus Streptococcus dan empat isolat lainnya diduga termasuk ke dalam genus Lactobacillus. Hampir seluruh isolat menunjukkan aktivitas antibakteri terhadap E. coli, kecuali kombinasi perlakuan isolat K2-2 SBSN yang tidak membentuk zona hambat. Lebar zona hambat terhadap E. coli berkisar antara 0,00–13,50 mm. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa faktor isolat, jenis supernatan, dan interaksi keduanya berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap aktivitas antibakteri terhadap E. coli. Aktivitas antibakteri pada perlakuan SBS menunjukkan rerata lebar zona hambat sebesar 4,95 mm yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan perlakuan SBSN yang hanya sebesar 1,93 mm. Isolat BAL dari yogurt homemade menunjukkan rerata lebar zona hambat yang lebih tinggi yakni 3,91 mm dibandingkan isolat dari yogurt komersial sebesar 2,96 mm. A natural approach to inhibit the growth of these bacteria is the utilization of lactic acid bacteria (LAB), which produce antimicrobial compounds such as organic acids, hydrogen peroxide, and bacteriocins. Yogurt is a potential source of LAB, but differences in the fermentation process and the use of starter cultures in homemade and commercial yogurt are suspected to yield LAB isolates with distinct characteristics and antibacterial activities. This study aims to isolate, characterize, and verify the genus of LAB isolates from homemade and commercial yogurt, evaluate the antibacterial activity of the supernatant produced by the LAB isolates against E. coli, and compare the antibacterial activities of isolates derived from both types of yogurt. This research was conducted through the stages of LAB isolation and characterization based on macromorphological, micromorphological, biochemical, and physiological (temperature and pH) characteristics. This was followed by genus verification, antibacterial activity testing against E. coli using the disc diffusion method, and identification of antibacterial compounds. The study was an experimental research utilizing a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with a factorial pattern consisting of two factors: eight LAB isolates derived from homemade and commercial yogurt, and two types of supernatants—cell-free supernatant (CFS) and neutralized cell-free supernatant (NCFS). The experiment was conducted with three replications, resulting in 48 experimental units. The independent variables included the LAB isolates and the types of supernatant, while the dependent variable was the antibacterial activity of the LAB isolates against E. coli. The observed parameters included the diameter of the inhibition zone as well as the morphological, physiological, and biochemical characteristics of the LAB isolates. The characterization data were analyzed descriptively by comparing the isolate traits based on Bergey's Manual of Determinative Bacteriology. Meanwhile, the antibacterial activity data were analyzed using a two-way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) at a 5% significance level, followed by Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT) due to the presence of significant effects. This study successfully obtained eight LAB isolates from homemade and commercial yogurt. Based on morphological, physiological, and biochemical characteristics, four isolates were suspected to belong to the genus Streptococcus, while the other four were suspected to belong to the genus Lactobacillus. Almost all isolates demonstrated antibacterial activity against E. coli, except for the treatment combination of isolate K2-2 NCFS, which did not form an inhibition zone. The width of the inhibition zone against E. coli ranged from 0.00 to 13.50 mm. The analysis results indicated that the isolate factor, supernatant type, and their interaction had a highly significant effect on the antibacterial activity against E. coli. The antibacterial activity in the CFS treatment showed an average inhibition zone width of 4.95 mm, which was higher than the NCFS treatment that only reached 1.93 mm. LAB isolates from homemade yogurt exhibited a higher average inhibition zone width of 3.91 mm compared to isolates from commercial yogurt at 2.96 mm. The characterization results suggested that the antibacterial activity of the LAB isolates likely involves compounds that are active under acidic conditions as well as compounds that remain active after neutralization. The findings revealed that the participants experienced two distinct English-use environments: a high English-use environment in academic settings and a low English-use environment in everyday interactions outside the classroom. These environments shaped three major challenges, namely environmental, linguistic, and psychological challenges. To overcome these challenges, participants employed technology-assisted strategies, social interaction strategies, and self-regulated learning strategies. The findings indicate that international students’ use of English as a Foreign Language is highly influenced by the communication context, requiring them to adapt their communication practices and learning strategies according to different English-use environments. Pada stadium lanjut, pasien CKD sering mengalami komplikasi berupa sesak napas akibat retensi cairan, edema paru, asidosis metabolik, dan anemia kronik. Kombinasi intervensi nonfarmakologis antara Orthopnea Position dan Pursed Lip Breathing (PLB) secara teoritis memiliki efek sinergis dalam memaksimalkan ekspansi paru serta memperbaiki ventilasi alveolar, namun aplikasinya dalam asuhan keperawatan klinis masih jarang diterapkan. In advanced stages, CKD patients often experience complications such as shortness of breath due to fluid retention, pulmonary edema, metabolic acidosis, and chronic anemia. The combination of nonpharmacological interventions Orthopnea Position and Pursed Lip Breathing (PLB) theoretically has a synergistic effect in maximizing lung expansion and improving alveolar ventilation; however, its application in clinical nursing care remains rarely implemented. Objective: This study aims to describe nursing care in meeting oxygenation needs and to identify a reduction in shortness of breath complaints among CKD patients after receiving a combination of Orthopnea Position and Pursed Lip Breathing (PLB) interventions at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo General Hospital. Method: This study employed a descriptive case study design with a nursing care approach. The study subjects consisted of two CKD patients with the nursing problem of ineffective breathing patterns in the Asoka ward of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Regional General Hospital. A combination of orthopnea positioning and PLB techniques was administered once daily for three consecutive days. The measured parameters included complaints of shortness of breath, respiratory rate (RR), and oxygen saturation (SpO2). Results: After receiving the combination of interventions for three days, both patients showed a gradual and significant improvement in respiratory status and oxygenation each day. Mr. M’s respiratory rate (RR) decreased from 23 breaths/minute (Day 1) to 19 breaths/minute (Day 3) with an increase in oxygen saturation (SpO2) from 97% to 99%. Meanwhile, in Mr. S, the respiratory rate decreased from 22 breaths/minute (day 1) to reach the normal range of 18 breaths/minute (day 3), accompanied by an increase in SpO2 from 98% to reach the optimal level of 100%. Shortness of breath complaints in both patients decreased as the intervention was administered. Conclusion: The combination of the orthopnea position and the Pursed Lip Breathing (PLB) technique is effective in improving respiratory status, reducing respiratory rate, and increasing oxygen saturation in CKD patients with ineffective breathing patterns. Permintaan stroberi yang tinggi belum sepenuhnya diimbangi dengan ketersediaan produksi. Produksi stroberi di dataran tinggi masih menghadapi fluktuasi akibat kondisi lingkungan lahan terbuka, degradasi lahan, serta gangguan hama dan penyakit. Budidaya stroberi di dataran rendah menghadapi kendala suhu lingkungan yang tinggi sehingga pertumbuhan, hasil, dan kualitas buah belum optimal. Sistem hidroponik Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) di dalam greenhouse dapat menciptakan lingkungan tumbuh yang lebih terkendali. Electrical Conductivity (EC) larutan nutrisi merupakan salah satu indikator kepekatan larutan yang menentukan ketersediaan unsur hara bagi tanaman, sehingga pengaturan EC menjadi bagian penting dalam budidaya stroberi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh variasi EC terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman stroberi, mendapatkan respons tiga varietas stroberi terhadap perlakuan EC, serta mengkaji interaksi antara EC dan varietas pada sistem hidroponik NFT di greenhouse dataran rendah. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Experimental Farm Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, pada ketinggian 105–110 m dpl pada Desember 2025–Juni 2026. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan perlakuan EC 1,5; 2,5; dan 3,5 mS/cm serta varietas Mencir, Red Giant, dan California. Data iklim mikro dianalisis secara deskriptif, sedangkan data pertumbuhan dan hasil dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) pada taraf 5% dan dilanjutkan dengan Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5% apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa suhu udara di dalam greenhouse lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan suhu udara di luar greenhouse, dengan rata-rata masing-masing sebesar 32,4°C dan 28,0°C. RH di dalam greenhouse berkisar 47,2–72,4%, intensitas cahaya berkisar 1.565–20.885 lux, dan pH larutan nutrisi relatif stabil pada kisaran 6,55–6,59. Perlakuan EC berpengaruh terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah buah, berat buah total, berat rata-rata buah, dan total padatan terlarut (°Brix), tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap diameter buah. EC 2,5 mS/cm menghasilkan tinggi tanaman tertinggi sebesar 20,02 cm dan jumlah daun tertinggi sebesar 8,74 helai. EC 1,5 mS/cm menghasilkan jumlah buah tertinggi sebesar 1,19 buah/tanaman, berat buah total tertinggi sebesar 6,67 g/tanaman, berat rata-rata buah tertinggi sebesar 5,44 g/buah, dan total padatan terlarut tertinggi sebesar 8,97 °Brix. Varietas berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan diameter buah, tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah buah, berat buah total, berat rata-rata buah, dan total padatan terlarut. Red Giant menghasilkan tinggi tanaman tertinggi sebesar 15,08 cm, jumlah daun tertinggi sebesar 7,56 helai, dan diameter buah terbesar sebesar 22,25 mm. California menghasilkan diameter buah sebesar 21,95 mm, sedangkan Mencir menghasilkan diameter buah sebesar 20,21 mm. Interaksi antara EC dan varietas tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap seluruh parameter pengamatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan EC perlu disesuaikan dengan respons pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman untuk mendukung budidaya stroberi pada sistem hidroponik NFT di greenhouse dataran rendah. | Strawberry (Fragaria × ananassa) is a high-value horticultural commodity with good potential for development in Indonesia. High demand for strawberries has not been fully matched by adequate production. Strawberry production in highland areas remains subject to fluctuations due to open-field environmental conditions, land degradation, and pest and disease disturbances. Strawberry cultivation in lowland areas faces the challenge of high ambient temperatures, which limit plant growth, yield, and fruit quality. The hydroponic Nutrient Film Technique (NFT) system inside a greenhouse can provide a more controlled growing environment. Electrical Conductivity (EC) of the nutrient solution is an indicator of nutrient solution concentration that determines nutrient availability to plants; therefore, appropriate EC management is important for strawberry cultivation. This study aimed to analyze the effects of different EC levels on strawberry growth and yield, evaluate the responses of three strawberry varieties to EC treatments, and examine the interaction between EC and variety in an NFT hydroponic system in a lowland greenhouse. The study was conducted at the Experimental Farm, Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto, at an elevation of 105–110 m above sea level from December 2025 to June 2026. The study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with three EC levels of 1.5, 2.5, and 3.5 mS/cm and three strawberry varieties, namely Mencir, Red Giant, and California. Each treatment combination was replicated three times, resulting in 27 experimental units containing a total of 81 plants. The observed parameters included greenhouse microclimate, nutrient solution pH, plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, total fruit weight, average fruit weight, fruit diameter, and total soluble solids (°Brix). Microclimate data were analyzed descriptively, whereas growth and yield data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA) at the 5% significance level, followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at the 5% significance level when significant treatment effects were detected. The results showed that the air temperature inside the greenhouse was higher than that outside the greenhouse, with average temperatures of 32.4°C and 28.0°C, respectively. Relative humidity (RH) inside the greenhouse ranged from 47.2–72.4%, light intensity ranged from 1,565–20,885 lux, and the nutrient solution pH remained relatively stable at 6.55–6.59. EC significantly affected plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, total fruit weight, average fruit weight, and total soluble solids (°Brix), but did not significantly affect fruit diameter. An EC of 2.5 mS/cm produced the highest plant height of 20.02 cm and the highest number of leaves of 8.74 leaves. An EC of 1.5 mS/cm produced the highest number of fruits at 1.19 fruits/plant, total fruit weight at 6.67 g/plant, average fruit weight at 5.44 g/fruit, and total soluble solids at 8.97 °Brix. Variety significantly affected plant height, number of leaves, and fruit diameter, but did not significantly affect number of fruits, total fruit weight, average fruit weight, or total soluble solids. Red Giant produced the highest plant height of 15.08 cm, the highest number of leaves of 7.56 leaves, and the largest fruit diameter of 22.25 mm. California produced a fruit diameter of 21.95 mm, whereas Mencir produced a fruit diameter of 20.21 mm. The interaction between EC and variety did not significantly affect any of the observed parameters. The results indicate that EC management should be adjusted according to plant growth and yield responses to support strawberry cultivation in an NFT hydroponic system in a lowland greenhouse. | |

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka Nasional pada mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris di Sekolah Murid Merdeka tahun ajaran 2025/2026. Karena SMM merupakan satuan pendidikan nonformal (PKBM), objek yang diteliti secara spesifik adalah kurikulum SMM, yang disusun sebagai adaptasi kontekstual SMM terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka Nasional yang diterbitkan oleh Kemendikbudristek, tidak terbatas pada dokumen kurikulum nasional itu sendiri. Penelitian ini berfokus pada identifikasi elemen-elemen kurikulum nasional yang tercermin dalam kurikulum sekolah tersebut pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, proses implementasi kurikulum, serta upaya sekolah dalam meningkatkan implementasi kurikulum tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi kasus kualitatif dengan partisipan Perancang Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris, Koordinator Pembelajaran, dan Guru Kelas. Data dikumpulkan melalui analisis dokumen, observasi kelas, dan wawancara semi-terstruktur, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kurikulum sekolah SMM, sebagai adaptasi SMM terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka mencerminkan pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa, pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, pembelajaran berbasis kompetensi, asesmen autentik, dan praktik pembelajaran yang fleksibel yang didukung oleh sistem blended learning dan integrasi teknologi. Proses implementasi dilakukan melalui perencanaan pembelajaran yang adaptif, asesmen formatif, dan aktivitas pembelajaran kontekstual yang mendukung kompetensi komunikasi siswa serta pengalaman belajar yang bermakna. Sekolah juga meningkatkan implementasi kurikulum melalui kolaborasi, praktik pembelajaran reflektif, dan adaptasi pembelajaran secara berkelanjutan. Meskipun terdapat beberapa tantangan terkait pembelajaran berdiferensiasi, blended learning, dan implementasi asesmen, kurikulum ini menunjukkan hasil positif dalam meningkatkan partisipasi, kemandirian belajar, dan kompetensi komunikasi siswa. Kesimpulannya, kurikulum sekolah SMM, sebagai adaptasi kontekstual dari Kurikulum Merdeka Nasional, berhasil memfasilitasi praktik pembelajaran yang fleksibel, berorientasi pada kompetensi, dan berpusat pada siswa dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SMM. | The implementation of the Emancipated Curriculum has become one of the major educational transformations in Indonesia, emphasizing flexibility, competency-based learning, and student-centered instruction. This study aimed to investigate the implementation of the Emancipated Curriculum in the English subject at Sekolah Murid Merdeka during the academic year 2025/2026. Because SMM operates as a non-formal education institution (PKBM), the object of investigation was specifically SMM’s own school curriculum, developed and contextualized by SMM as its adaptation of the National Curriculum issued by Kemendikbudristek, rather than the national curriculum document in isolation. The study focused on identifying the national curriculum elements reflected in this school curriculum in English learning, examining the implementation process, and exploring how the school enhanced the curriculum implementation. This study employed a qualitative case study design involving the English Learning Designer, Learning Coordinator, and Homeroom Teacher as participants. The data were collected through document analysis, semi structured interviews, and classroom observations, then analyzed using qualitative descriptive analysis. The findings revealed that the implementation of SMM’s school curriculum, adapted from the National Emancipated Curriculum reflected student-centered learning, differentiated instruction, competency-based learning, authentic assessment, and flexible instructional practices supported by blended learning systems and technology integration. The implementation process was conducted through adaptive instructional planning, formative assessment, and contextual learning activities that facilitated students’ communication competencies and meaningful learning experiences. The school also enhanced curriculum implementation through collaboration, reflective instructional practices, and continuous learning adaptation. Despite several challenges related to differentiated instruction, blended learning, and assessment implementation, the curriculum demonstrated positive outcomes in improving students’ participation, learning independence, and communication competencies. In conclusion, SMM’s school curriculum, as a contextualized adaptation of the National Emancipated Curriculum successfully supported flexible, competency-oriented, and student-centered learning practices in English learning at SMM. | |

The method used in this research is descriptive method, with qualitative approach. This study highlights how Biorama utilises the public space of Pangsar Soedirman Museum as a place to create and interact. The form of Biorama's creation is by collaborating organic markets, mini workshops, various community activities, and art exhibitions or exhibitions. This research resulted in the finding that Biorama has reflected a number of elements of an ideal public space according to Jurgen Habermas' theory of public space. Secara khusus, penelitian ini menjawab dua pertanyaan penelitian: (1) Faktor-faktor apa saja yang berkontribusi terhadap keterlambatan penyelesaian skripsi di kalangan mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman? dan (2) Bagaimana mahasiswa mengalami faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi terhadap keterlambatan penyelesaian skripsi tersebut? Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Partisipan penelitian terdiri atas dua belas mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris, Fakultas Ilmu Budaya, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, angkatan akademik 2020/2021, yang menyelesaikan skripsinya lebih dari delapan semester. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner terbuka dan wawancara semi-terstruktur, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi tiga faktor utama yang berkontribusi terhadap keterlambatan penyelesaian skripsi, yaitu Faktor Akademik, Faktor Psikologis, serta Faktor Institusional dan Supervisi. Faktor Akademik meliputi keterampilan akademik, Faktor Psikologis meliputi motivasi, tantangan emosional, kebiasaan pribadi, dan tekanan pribadi; sedangkan Faktor Institusional dan Supervisi meliputi dukungan pembimbing, prosedur administratif, dan sumber daya akademik. Di wawancara menunjukkan bahwa setiap partisipan mengalami faktor-faktor tersebut secara berbeda, dengan tantangan akademik, tantangan psikologis, serta kondisi institusional dan supervisi yang memengaruhi perkembangan mereka selama proses penyelesaian skripsi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterlambatan penyelesaian skripsi merupakan proses multidimensional yang melibatkan interaksi antara faktor akademik, psikologis, serta institusional dan supervisi. Mahasiswa disarankan untuk memperkuat kesiapan akademik dan manajemen waktu, sedangkan program studi dan dosen pembimbing disarankan untuk memberikan dukungan akademik dan supervisi secara berkelanjutan. | This study examined students’ experiences of factors causing delayed thesis completion in the English Education Study Program at Jenderal Soedirman University. This study employed a descriptive qualitative research design. The participants consisted of twelve students from the English Education Study Program, Faculty of Humanities, Jenderal Soedirman University, Academic Year 2020/2021, who completed their undergraduate thesis after more than eight semesters. Data were collected through an open-ended questionnaire and semi-structured interviews and analyzed using thematic analysis. The study aimed to identify the factors contributing to delayed thesis completion and explore students’ experiences of those factors. The questionnaire findings identified three themes: Academic Factors, Psychological Factors, and Institutional and Supervisory Factors. Academic Factors included academic skills, academic writing, and time management; Psychological Factors included motivation, emotional challenges, personal habits, and personal pressure; and Institutional and Supervisory Factors included supervisor support, administrative procedures, and academic resources. The interview findings showed that participants experienced these factors differently, with academic challenges, psychological challenges, and institutional and supervisory conditions affecting their progress throughout the thesis completion process. The study concludes that delayed thesis completion was a multidimensional process involving academic, psychological, and institutional and supervisory factors. Students are encouraged to strengthen their academic preparedness and time management, while the study program and supervisors are encouraged to provide continuous academic and supervisory support. |
