| 51361 | 54783 | K1A022087 | PERANCANGAN BIOSENSOR GLUKOSA MENGGUNAKAN KOMPOSIT NANOPARTIKEL KITOSAN/Co-NiFe₂O₄ UNTUK MATRIKS AMOBILISASI | Diabetes melitus merupakan penyakit metabolik kronis dengan prevalensi yang terus meningkat sehingga diperlukan metode deteksi glukosa yang cepat, sensitif, dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan biosensor glukosa berbasis screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) yang dimodifikasi menggunakan komposit kitosan/Co-NiFe₂O₄ sebagai matriks amobilisasi enzim glukosa oksidase (GOx). Penambahan nanopartikel Co-NiFe₂O₄ ke dalam matriks kitosan dapat meningkatkan konduktivitas elektroda dan memperbaiki kinerja analitik biosensor. Biosensor dikembangkan melalui sintesis nanopartikel Co-NiFe₂O₄ dengan metode kopresipitasi dengan analisis menggunakan metode cylic voltammetry, modifikasi SPCE, optimasi kondisi pengukuran, dan validasi metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan Co-NiFe₂O₄ meningkatkan konduktivitas elektroda yang ditandai dengan terbentuknya respons arus oksidasi dan reduksi yang terukur. Kondisi optimum diperoleh pada penambahan Co-NiFe₂O₄ sebesar 2%, scan rate 0,3 V/s, dan pH buffer 8. Biosensor menunjukkan linearitas yang baik dengan koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,9833 (oksidasi) dan 0,9940 (reduksi), nilai LOD 1,785 mM, LOQ 5,951 mM, akurasi (%recovery) 100.8%, serta presisi yang baik dengan %RSD 1.83% dan nilai HORRAT 0,50.Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini, biosensor glukosa berbasis komposit kitosan/Co-NiFe₂O₄ memiliki kinerja analitik yang baik dan berpotensi diaplikasikan sebagai metode analisis glukosa. | Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease with an increasing prevalence, highlighting the need for a rapid, sensitive, and accurate glucose detection method. This study aimed to develop a glucose biosensor based on a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE) modified with a chitosan/Co-NiFe₂O₄ composite as an immobilization matrix for glucose oxidase (GOx). The incorporation of Co-NiFe₂O₄ nanoparticles into the chitosan matrix was expected to enhance the electrode conductivity and improve the analytical performance of the biosensor. The biosensor was fabricated through the coprecipitation synthesis of Co-NiFe₂O₄ nanoparticles, SPCE modification, optimization of operating conditions, and method validation. Electrochemical characterization was performed using cyclic voltammetry. The results demonstrated that the incorporation of Co-NiFe₂O₄ effectively improved the electrode conductivity, as indicated by the measurable oxidation and reduction current responses. The optimum conditions were obtained at a Co-NiFe₂O₄ concentration of 2%, a scan rate of 0.3 V s⁻¹, and a buffer pH of 8. The biosensor exhibited good linearity with coefficients of determination (R²) of 0.9833 and 0.9940 for oxidation and reduction currents, respectively, a limit of detection (LOD) of 1.785 mM, a limit of quantification (LOQ) of 5.951 mM, an accuracy (%recovery) of 100.8%, and a precision (%RSD) of 1.83% with a HorRat value of 0.50. These findings indicate that the chitosan/Co-NiFe₂O₄-based glucose biosensor exhibited good analytical performance and has the potential to be applied as an alternative method for glucose determination. | |

Perselisihan tersebut muncul akibat adanya persoalan dalam proses pemungutan suara, terutama tidak tersampaikannya formulir C Pemberitahuan kepada sejumlah pemilih serta belum tersedianya TPS khusus di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tengku Rafian Siak yang berpengaruh terhadap pemenuhan hak pilih masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dinamika politik dalam Pilkada Kabupaten Siak 2024 dan menganalisis pelaksanaan Pemungutan Suara Ulang (PSU) dalam mendorong legitimasi pemerintahan lokal. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis melalui tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan serta diuji melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dinamika politik Pilkada Siak 2024 ditandai oleh persaingan antar pasangan calon, perbedaan basis dukungan politik dan sosial serta keterlibatan berbagai aktor lokal. Dinamika tersebut kemudian berkembang menjadi perselisihan hasil pemilihan akibat persoalan pemenuhan hak pilih dan diselesaikan melalui putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi yang memerintahkan pelaksanaan PSU. Pelaksanaan PSU memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk menggunakan hak pilihnya, memberikan kepastian terhadap hasil pemilihan, serta mendorong penerimaan hasil oleh berbagai pihak. The dispute arose due to problems in the voting process, especially the non-submission of the C Notification form to a number of voters and the lack of a special polling station at the Derah Tengku Rafian Siak General Hospital which affected the fulfillment of people's voting rights. This research aims to analyze political dynamics in the 2024 Siak Regency Regional Elections and analyze the implementation of Re-Voting (PSU) in encouraging the legitimacy of local governments. This paper uses a qualitative method with a case study type of research. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and tested through source triangulation. The results of the study show that the political dynamics of the 2024 Siak Regional Election are characterized by competition between candidate pairs, differences in political and social support bases, and the involvement of various local actors. This dynamic then developed into a dispute over election results due to the issue of the fulfillment of voting rights and was resolved through a decision of the Constitutional Court that ordered the implementation of the PSU. The implementation of PSU provides opportunities for the public to exercise their voting rights, provide certainty about election results, and encourage the acceptance of results by various parties. Thus, PSU plays a role in strengthening the legitimacy of local government. | |

Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Analisis dilakukan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu pemetaan janji politik pada masa kampanye, penelusuran penerjemahan janji politik ke dalam program pemerintahan, dan analisis implementasi Program Lapor Kuningan Melesat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian antara substansi program Pemerintah Gercep yang menekankan respons pemerintah, pelayanan publik, dan pemanfaatan teknologi dengan karakteristik Lapor Kuningan Melesat sebagai kanal pengaduan masyarakat berbasis teknologi. Namun, kongruensi tersebut tidak serta-merta menunjukkan keberhasilan penuh janji politik. Pada tahap implementasi masih ditemukan keterbatasan sumber daya, kebutuhan koordinasi antarperangkat daerah, serta penggunaan kanal pengaduan informal melalui media sosial kepala daerah. Dengan demikian, janji politik Pemerintah Gercep telah diterjemahkan ke dalam bentuk program yang kongruen, tetapi implementasinya masih belum sepenuhnya optimal. | This study aims to analyze the congruence between the political promises made by the Dian Rachmat Yanuar–Tuti Andriani ticket in the 2024 Kuningan Regency Regional Election and the implementation of public policies through the “Lapor Kuningan Melesat” Program. The study employs a qualitative method using a case study approach. The analysis was conducted in three stages: mapping political promises made during the campaign period; tracing the translation of political promises into government programs; and analyzing the implementation of the “Lapor Kuningan Melesat” program. The results indicate a alignment between the substance of the Gercep Government program—which emphasizes government responsiveness, public services, and the use of technology—and the characteristics of “Lapor Kuningan Melesat” as a technology-based public complaint channel. However, this congruence does not automatically indicate the full success of the political promises. During the implementation stage, limitations in resources, the need for coordination among local government agencies, and the use of informal complaint channels via the regional head’s social media accounts were still identified. Dalam sistem demokrasi elektoral, keberhasilan suatu partai tidak semata-mata ditentukan oleh kekuatan ideologinya, melainkan juga oleh kemampuan partai dalam merumuskan strategi pemenangan yang tepat untuk menjawab keinginan dan perilaku pemilih di daerah setempat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pemenangan Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) Kabupaten Banyumas dalam meningkatkan perolehan kursi DPRD pada Pemilu 2024 dibandingkan dengan Pemilu 2019. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh peningkatan perolehan kursi PKS dari empat kursi pada Pemilu 2019 menjadi enam kursi pada Pemilu 2024 di tengah karakter politik Banyumas yang kompetitif dan kuatnya pengaruh politik nasionalis serta Nahdliyin. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan informan internal PKS serta informan eksternal, termasuk tokoh masyarakat, jurnalis, dan Partai Gelora. Analisis penelitian menggunakan kerangka teori partai politik, teori strategi politik, dan teori catch-all party dari Otto Kirchheimer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Pemilu 2019 PKS cenderung defensif untuk menjaga soliditas internal. Namun, pada Pemilu 2024 PKS melakukan transformasi agresif dengan mengelola media digital yang terstruktur, memperkuat pengaruh budaya lokal Banyumasan, dan rekrutmen caleg yang lebih terbuka. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa PKS Banyumas berhasil mengadaptasi karakteristik catch-all party dengan mencairkan citra ekslusifnya tanpa menghilangkan identitas ideologis keislaman. Dengan demikian, peningkatan perolehan kursi PKS Banyumas merupakan hasil dari adaptasi strategi elektoral yang menggabungkan perluasan basis dukungan dengan pemeliharaan identitas organisasi. | Political parties are key democratic actors that serve as vehicles for articulating and aggregating public interests, as well as central players in electoral contest. In an electoral democracy, a party’s success is determined not merely by the strength of its ideology but also by its ability to formulate winning strategies that address the preferences and behaviors of local voters. This study aims to analyze the winning strategies employed by the Prosperous Justice Party (PKS) in Banyumas Regency to increase its seat count in the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) during the 2024 election compared to the 2019 election. The study is motivated by PKS’s increase from four seats in 2019 to six seats in 2024, achieved amidst Banyumas’s competitive political landscape and the strong influence of nationalist and Nahdliyin political forces. A qualitative method with a case study approach was employed. Data were gathered through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis involving both internal PKS informants and external staheholders, including community leaders, journalist, and representatives from the Gelora Party. The analysis utilizes theoretical frameworks concerning political parties, political strategy, and Otto Kirchhimer’s “catch-all party” theory. The findings indicated that while PKS adopted a defensive stance in the 2019 election to maintain internal solidarity, it underwent an aggressive transformation for the 2024 election. This transformation involved managing structured digital media campaigns, leveraging local Banyumas cultural influences, and adopting a more open approach to recruiting legislative candidates. The study also reveals that PKS Banyumas successfully adopted “catch-all party” characterictics by softening its exclusive image without abandoning its Islamic ideological identity. Thus, the increase in PKS Banyumas’s seat count resulted from an electoral strategy that balanced the expansion of its support base with the preservation of its organizational identity. | |

The leaves of the sensitive plant (Mimosa pudica L.) are known to contain secondary metabolites with potential antibacterial activity. Research that specifically and thoroughly evaluates the effectiveness of M. pudica extract against S. typhi is still limited, so further research is needed to strengthen the scientific evidence and support its development as an antibacterial alternative. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an ethanol extract of sensitive plant leaves in inhibiting the growth of S. typhi using the disk diffusion method and to determine the most effective concentration of the extract. The research was conducted experimentally using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The treatments were five extract concentrations (20%, 40%, 60%, 80% and 100%) which each replicated three times to produce 21 experimental units. The independent variable in this study was concentration extract of M. pudica, while the dependent variable was antibacterial activity of M. pudica extract against S. typhi. The main parameter was inhibition zone diameter and the supporting parameters include Optical Density (OD), MIC values, bioactive compound of extract, and the antioxidant activity. The extract was obtained via maceration using 96% ethanol, followed by phytochemical screening, an antioxidant activity assay using the DPPH method, an antibacterial activity assay using the disk diffusion method, and determination of the Minimum Inhibitory Concentration (MIC). Data on inhibition zone diameters were analyzed using one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s HSD test at a 95% confidence level. The ethanol extract of M. pudica leaves yielded 1.55% and contained flavonoids, alkaloids, and tannins. All extract concentrations were able to inhibit the growth of S. typhi, with average inhibition zone diameters of 7.00, 8.30, 8.67, 12.27, and 12.38 mm at concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%, and 100%, respectively. The results of the one-way ANOVA indicated a significant effect of extract concentration on the inhibition zone diameter (p < 0.05), while the Tukey HSD test showed that the 80% concentration determined to the effective concentration. The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the extract against S. typhi was 6.25%. Antioxidant activity testing showed an IC₅₀ value of 147.1 ppm, which falls into the moderate antioxidant category. | 51366 | 54742 | H1E022057 | RANCANGAN STRATEGI PEMASARAN PADA IKM BATIK KERIS MULIA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN STRENGTH, WEAKNESS, OPPORTUNITY, THREAT (SWOT), AHP DAN QSPM | IKM Batik Keris Mulia merupakan salah satu industri kecil dan menengah di Kabupaten Purbalingga yang menghadapi permasalahan berupa fluktuasi penjualan, belum maksimalnya pemanfaatan pemasaran digital, serta belum tersusunnya strategi pemasaran yang sesuai dengan kondisi usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kondisi internal dan eksternal IKM Batik Keris Mulia, menentukan bobot faktor strategis menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), merumuskan alternatif strategi pemasaran, serta menentukan strategi prioritas menggunakan Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Data penelitian diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner kepada pemilik IKM Batik Keris Mulia serta pihak Dinas UKM Kabupaten Purbalingga. Analisis dilakukan melalui pembobotan AHP, penyusunan matriks IFE dan EFE, perumusan strategi menggunakan matriks SWOT, serta penentuan prioritas strategi menggunakan QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa IKM Batik Keris Mulia berada pada Kuadran I (strategi agresif) dengan menghasilkan 17 alternatif strategi pemasaran. Berdasarkan hasil QSPM, strategi prioritas pertama yaitu mengikuti pameran kebudayaan dan festival daerah yang difasilitasi Pemerintah Kabupaten Purbalingga dengan nilai TAS sebesar 3,223, sedangkan strategi prioritas kedua yaitu menyertakan narasi Batik Purbalingga pada kemasan produk dengan nilai TAS sebesar 3,186. Strategi tersebut diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pemasaran, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan memperkuat daya saing IKM Batik Keris Mulia. | Batik Keris Mulia is one of the small and medium industries in Purbalingga Regency that faces problems such as fluctuating sales, not maximum utilization of digital marketing, and the absence of an appropriate marketing strategy based on business conditions. This study aims to analyze the internal and external conditions of Batik Keris Mulia, determine strategic factor weights using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), formulate marketing strategy alternatives, and determine priority strategies using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). Data were collected through observation, interviews, and questionnaires involving the owner of Batik Keris Mulia and representatives from the Purbalingga Regency SME Office. Data analysis was conducted through AHP-based strategic factor weighting, the development of IFE and EFE matrices, strategy formulation using the SWOT matrix, and priority strategy determination using QSPM. The results showed that Batik Keris Mulia is positioned in Quadrant I (aggressive strategy) and generated 17 marketing strategy alternatives. Based on the QSPM analysis, the first priority strategy is participating in cultural exhibitions and regional festivals facilitated by the Purbalingga Regency Government with a Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 3.223, while the second priority strategy is adding Batik Purbalingga narratives to product packaging with a TAS of 3.186. These strategies are expected to improve marketing effectiveness, expand market reach, and strengthen the competitiveness of Batik Keris Mulia. | |
| 51367 | 54455 | F1A021092 | Eksistensi Profesi SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) Rokok Di Tengah Maraknya Kasus Pelecehan Seksual Di Kabupaten Banyumas | Profesi SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) memiliki peran penting dalam strategi pemasaran. Namun, terdapat kerentanan tinggi terhadap kasus pelecehan seksual akibat ketimpangan gender dan stigma sosial yang masih melekat pada profesi ini. Melalui hasil pra-survey, data nasional, dan kasus aktual menunjukan pelecehan seksual merupakan hal yang cukup sering mereka alami. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan eksistensi, motivasi, serta pemaknaan SPG dalam fenomena pelecehan seksual. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi konstribusi terhadap pengembangan kajian sosiologi gender, khususnya dalam memahami dinamika peran dan pengalaman perempuan di sektor kerja yang sering kali terpinggirkan dari wacana kesetaraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan model interaktif dari Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana, dan Validasi data menggunakan metode triangulasi. Informan utama berjumlah enam orang yaitu SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) rokok dan informan pendukung berjumlah empat orang yaitu 2 orang MD (Marketing Direct) rokok dan 2 orang. Eksistensi profesi SPG (Sales Promotion Girl) rokok di Kabupaten Banyumas masih cukup kuat dan berperan penting dalam strategi pemasaran perusahaan melalui interaksi langsung dengan konsumen serta didukung oleh penghasilan yang cukup besar dan fleksibilitas waktu. SPG tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai tenaga penjual, tetapi juga sebagai representasi visual merek yang menuntut penampilan menarik dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. Namun, profesi ini masih menghadapi stigma negatif masyarakat, tuntutan penampilan, serta kerentanan pada pelecehan seksual. Para SPG cenderung memaknai pelecehan seksual sebagai risiko dari pekerjaannya. Kondisi tersebut menunjukan adanya normalisasi risiko yang berkaitan dengan proses pelabelan sosial dan konstruksi gender. Selain itu, faktor ekonomi menjadi motivasi mereka untuk tetap bertahan serta belum adanya perlindungan formal terkait pelecehan seksual yang menyebabkan posisi SPG semakin rentan. Penelitian ini dapat memperkaya kajian Sosiologi khususnya Kesetaraan Gender dan Inklusi Sosial dalam memahami eksistensi profesi SPG. Masyarakat diharapkan mengurangi stigma negatif terhadap SPG dan memahami bahwa pelecehan seksual merupakan tindakan yang tidak dibenarkan. Pemerintah dan UPTD PPA (Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak) dapat memperkuat pengawasan serta perlindungan hukum bagi pekerja perempuan. SPG juga dapat memahami hak dan batasan dalam bekerja. However, this profession is highly vulnerable to sexual harassment due to gender inequality and the persistent social stigma attached to SPGs. Findings from preliminary surveys, national data, and actual cases indicate that sexual harassment is a common experience among SPGs. The purpose of this study is to identify and explain the existence, motivations, and meanings attributed by Sales Pomotion Girl (SPGs) to the phenomenon of sexual harassment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of the sociology of gender, particularly in understanding the dynamics of women’s roles and experiences in the labor sector an area often marginalized in discourses on equality. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, while data validity was ensured through triangulation. The study involved six main informants, namely cigarette Sales Promotion Girls (SPGs), and four supporting informants, namely two cigarette Marketing Directors (MD) and two person. The profession of cigarette SPGs remains robust in Banyumas Regency, playing a pivotal role in corporate marketing strategies through direct consumer interaction, supported by substantial earnings and schedule flexibility. SPGs serve not only as sales personnel but also as visual brand representatives, a role requiring an attractive appearance and strong communication skills. However, the profession continues to face negative public stigma, appearance-related demands, and vulnerability to sexual harassment. SPGs tend to perceive sexual harassment as an inherent occupational risk. This situation reflects a normalization of risk linked to processes of social labeling and gender construction. Furthermore, economic factors drive them to remain in the profession, while the absence of formal protections against sexual harassment renders their position increasingly vulnerable. This research enrich sociological studies particularly those concerning gender equality and social inclusion by deepening the understanding of the role of sales promotion girls (SPGs). Society is encouraged to reduce the stigma associated with SPGs and to recognize that sexual harassment is unjustifiable. Government bodies and the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for Women and Children Protection (UPTD PPA) can strengthen oversight and legal protections for female workers. SPGs can gain a better understanding of their workplace rights and boundaries. Through the involvement of various stakeholders, a safe working environment can be established, and instances of sexual harassment minimized. | |

Kondisi tersebut menuntut pelaku usaha untuk memahami preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut produk agar dapat menghasilkan produk yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Punkalan House Coffee sebagai salah satu coffee shop lokal di Purwokerto mengalami permasalahan tingginya sisa minuman pada produk Kopi Susu Signature yang mengindikasikan adanya ketidaksesuaian antara karakteristik produk dengan preferensi konsumen. Selain itu, reformulasi produk yang telah dilakukan belum memberikan hasil yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut produk kopi susu sebagai dasar pengembangan produk menggunakan pendekatan SCAMPER. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Punkalan House Coffee, Purwokerto, pada Januari hingga Mei 2026 menggunakan metode survei kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis konjoin. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling terhadap 114 responden yang pernah mengonsumsi kopi susu di Punkalan House Coffee atau coffee shop sejenis. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner berbasis Google Form dengan 12 kartu profil produk hasil orthogonal design dan dianalisis menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics untuk memperoleh nilai utilitas serta tingkat kepentingan relatif setiap atribut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa atribut jenis pemanis memiliki tingkat kepentingan relatif tertinggi sebesar 33,844%, diikuti harga sebesar 31,802%, ukuran porsi sebesar 22,757%, dan cara penyajian pemanis sebesar 11,597%. Konsumen cenderung lebih mempertimbangkan atribut yang berkaitan dengan rasa, kesehatan, dan nilai produk. Kombinasi atribut yang paling disukai terdiri atas gula rendah kalori, penyajian pemanis tercampur, ukuran porsi besar, dan harga Rp20.000. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, strategi pengembangan produk diarahkan pada pengembangan kategori low calorie series melalui penggunaan pemanis rendah kalori, reformulasi tingkat kemanisan, serta penguatan persepsi nilai produk melalui modifikasi ukuran sajian dan tampilan produk. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa analisis konjoin dapat digunakan sebagai dasar penyusunan strategi pengembangan produk yang lebih sesuai dengan preferensi konsumen pada UMKM coffee shop lokal. | The coffee shop industry in Indonesia has become increasingly competitive, particularly in the milk coffee segment, which remains one of the most popular beverages among consumers. This condition requires business owners to understand consumer preferences regarding product attributes to develop products that better meet market demands. Punkalan House Coffee, a local coffee shop in Purwokerto, has experienced a high level of beverage leftovers for its Signature Milk Coffee, indicating a mismatch between product characteristics and consumer preferences. In addition, previous product reformulations have not achieved optimal results. Therefore, this study aimed to analyze consumer preferences for milk coffee product attributes as a basis for product development using the SCAMPER approach. This research was conducted at Punkalan House Coffee, Purwokerto, from January to May 2026 using a quantitative survey method with conjoint analysis. A total of 114 respondents who had consumed milk coffee at Punkalan House Coffee or similar coffee shops were selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Google Form questionnaire consisting of 12 product profile cards generated through an orthogonal design and analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics to determine utility values and the relative importance of each product attribute. The results revealed that the type of sweetener was the most influential attribute, with a relative importance value of 33.844%, followed by price (31.802%), serving size (22.757%), and sweetener serving method (11.597%). Consumers tended to prioritize attributes related to taste, health, and perceived product value. The most preferred product combination consisted of low-calorie sweetener, mixed sweetener serving method, large serving size, and a price of IDR 20,000. Based on these findings, the recommended product development strategy focuses on introducing a low-calorie series through the use of low-calorie sweeteners, reformulating sweetness levels, and strengthening perceived product value by modifying serving size and product presentation. The findings indicate that conjoint analysis can serve as an effective basis for formulating product development strategies that better align with consumer preferences in local coffee shop SMEs. | |

Namun, saat ini penentuan rute distribusi gas LPG 3 kg di PT.X masih disusun secara manual tanpa mempertimbangkan jarak tempuh secara keseluruhan, sehingga menghasilkan rute dengan total jarak sebesar 1723,08 km pada periode distribusi hari Senin sampai Sabtu. Permasalahan tersebut kemudian dimodelkan sebagai Split Vehicle Routing Problem with Simultaneous Pickup and Delivery (SVRPSPD), dengan tujuan meminimalkan total jarak tempuh distribusi menggunakan algoritma Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (ALNS). Selanjutnya model matematis dan algoritma ALNS divalidasi terhadap solusi IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio 22.1 dan menghasilkan nilai identik pada data benchmark. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa algoritma ALNS mampu menghasilkan rute distribusi dengan total jarak sebesar 1282,06 km, sehingga terdapat penghematan sebesar 441,02 km atau 25,59% dibandingkan dengan rute awal PT.X. Dengan demikian, algoritma ALNS terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi rute distribusi gas LPG 3 kg. | The distribution of 3 kg LPG gas is one of the important activities in the supply chain, considering that 3 kg LPG gas has become a primary energy requirement for households and certain business operators in Indonesia, thus requiring proper distribution system management. However, the determination of the 3 kg LPG gas distribution route at PT.X is currently still arranged manually without considering the overall travel distance, resulting in a route with a total distance of 1723.08 km for the distribution period from Monday to Saturday. This problem was then modeled as a Split Vehicle Routing Problem with Simultaneous Pickup and Delivery (SVRPSPD), with the objective of minimizing the total distribution travel distance using the Adaptive Large Neighborhood Search (ALNS) algorithm. Furthermore, the mathematical model and the ALNS algorithm were validated against the solution from IBM ILOG CPLEX Optimization Studio 22.1 and produced identical values on the benchmark data. The research results show that the ALNS algorithm is able to generate a distribution route with a total distance of 1282.06 km, resulting in a savings of 441.02 km or 25.59% compared to PT.X's initial route. Tujuan: Mengetahui profil klinis anak dengan ASD dan mengidentifikasi faktor risiko yang terkait berdasarkan data rekam medis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo periode 2022-2026. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospektif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling, yaitu pemilihan sampel berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah ditetapkan peneliti. Hasil: Kesimpulan: Dari 82 anak dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), sebagian besar berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 57 (69,51%) dan berada pada rentang usia 5–12 tahun sebanyak 54 (65,85%). This disorder is characterized by impairments and delays in cognitive, language, behavioral, and social interaction aspects. Objective: To determine the clinical profile of children with ASD and identify associated risk factors based on medical record data at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Regional General Hospital during the 2022–2026 period. Methods: This study employed a quantitative descriptive research design with a retrospective approach. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, in which samples were selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria established by the researchers. Results: The study included 82 children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Most of the subjects were male, with 57 (69.51%) participants, and were aged 5–12 years, with 54 (65.85%) participants. The most frequently observed risk factor characteristics included a history of preterm birth in 43 (52.44%) participants, an interpregnancy interval of <2 years in 26 (31.71%) participants, maternal pre-pregnancy underweight status in 33 (40.20%) participants, vaginal delivery in 55 (67.07%) participants, complete exclusive breastfeeding in 68 (82.90%) participants, excessive screen time exposure (>1 hour/day) before the age of 2 years in 46 (56.10%) participants, and complete ANC visits in 46 (56.10%) participants. Selada merah juga kaya akan antioksidan berupa polifenol yang baik untuk kesehatan. Kandungan polifenol pada selada berpotensi digunakan sebagai obat pencegah diabetes, kanker, dan kardiovaskular. Cekaman salinitas diketahui dapat meningkatkan kandungan polifenol pada tanaman sebagai respon terhadap cekaman. Namun, salinitas yang tinggi juga dapat menghambat pertumbuhan tanaman. Pemberian asam salisilat diketahui dapat meningkatkan kandungan polifenol dan pertumbuhan tanaman. Asam salisilat bekerja dengan cara meningkatkan enzim phenyl-alanin amonia lyase sehingga kandungan polifenol pada tanaman meningkat. Minimnya informasi terkait interaksi NaCl dan asam salisilat dalam menginduksi metabolit sekunder sebagai strategi peningkatan kualitas nutrisi tanaman holtikultura. Variabel bebas pada penelitian ini meliputi NaCl yang diberikan pada media tanam dan asam salisilat yang diberikan secara foliar spray, sedangkan variabel terikat pada penelitian ini meliputi kandungan polifenol pada daun selada merah dan pertumbuhan selada merah. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Februari sampai Juni 2026. Parameter yang diamati adalah kandungan total polifenol menggunakan metode Folin–Ciocalteu, tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, panjang akar, bobot basah akar, bobot kering akar, bobot basah daun, dan bobot kering daun. Data dianalisis dengan ANOVA dua arah pada taraf signifikansi 5% dan 1%, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan DMRT pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Konsentrasi NaCl dan asam salisilat yang diberikan belum mampu meningkatkan kandungan polifenol pada selada merah. | Red lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) is a vegetable with good nutritional value and is widely consumed. Red lettuce is also rich in antioxidants, particularly polyphenols, which provide health benefits. The polyphenol content of lettuce has the potential to be used as a preventive agent against diabetes, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases. Salinity stress is known to increase polyphenol content in plants as a response to stress. However, high salinity can also inhibit plant growth. The application of salicylic acid has been reported to increase both polyphenol content and plant growth. Salicylic acid acts by increasing the activity of the enzyme phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, thereby increasing polyphenol content in plants. There is limited information regarding the interaction between NaCl and salicylic acid in inducing secondary metabolites as a strategy to improve the nutritional quality of horticultural crops. Therefore, it is expected that the combination of NaCl and an optimum concentration of salicylic acid can produce the best balance between productivity and the quality of active compounds in red lettuce. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of the interaction between NaCl and salicylic acid on the polyphenol content of red lettuce and to determine the highest polyphenol content in red lettuce under different NaCl concentrations with the addition of salicylic acid. The study was conducted using a two-factor Completely Randomized Design, consisting of NaCl concentrations (0 mM, 50 mM, 100 mM, and 150 mM) and salicylic acid concentrations (0 mM, 0.5 mM, and 1 mM), with three replications. The independent variables in this study were NaCl applied to the growing medium and salicylic acid applied as a foliar spray, while the dependent variables included polyphenol content in red lettuce leaves and red lettuce growth. The study was conducted from February to June 2026. The parameters observed were total polyphenol content determined using the Folin–Ciocalteu method, plant height, number of leaves, root length, root fresh weight, root dry weight, leaf fresh weight, and leaf dry weight. The data were analyzed using two-way ANOVA at significance levels of 5% and 1%, followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a 5% significance level. The results showed that there was no interaction between NaCl and salicylic acid in increasing the polyphenol content of red lettuce. Ltd. dan Yayasan Purna Bhakti Pertiwi yang diperiksa hingga Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 901 B/Pdt.Sus-Arbt/2025. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan analitis, dan pendekatan kasus untuk mengkaji pengaturan hukum mengenai syarat dan alasan permohonan pembatalan putusan arbitrase serta pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam menolak permohonan pembatalan Putusan Arbitrase BANI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pasal 70 Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 1999 membatasi alasan pembatalan secara limitatif pada tiga hal, yaitu dokumen palsu, dokumen yang disembunyikan, dan tipu muslihat, sehingga pengadilan tidak berwenang memeriksa kembali pokok sengketa. Ltd. and Yayasan Purna Bhakti Pertiwi, examined up to Supreme Court Decision Number 901 B/Pdt.Sus-Arbt/2025. This study employs a normative juridical method with statute, analytical, and case approaches to examine the legal regulation of the requirements and grounds for annulment petitions against arbitral awards, as well as the judges' legal reasoning in rejecting the annulment petition against the BANI arbitral award. The findings show that Article 70 of Law Number 30 of 1999 limits the grounds for annulment to three matters—forged documents, concealed decisive documents, and fraud—so that courts have no authority to re-examine the merits of the dispute. The Supreme Court's rejection of the annulment petition is legally sound, given that the Petitioner erroneously named BANI as a party (error in persona) and failed to prove the elements of Article 70, a conclusion reinforced by the validity of Cooperation Agreement Number 13 under Article 1320 of the Indonesian Civil Code, the choice-of-forum principle in Private International Law, and the value of legal certainty under Gustav Radbruch's theory. | |

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kualitas air berdasarkan parameter fisik-kimia, struktur komunitas perifiton, serta perbedaan struktur komunitas perifiton berdasarkan jenis aktivitas antropogenik di sepanjang Sungai Banjaran. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Februari-April 2026 pada lima stasiun yang mewakili jenis aktivitas antropogenik berbeda menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Parameter kualitas air yang diukur meliputi suhu, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), pH, dan Dissolved Oxygen (DO), yang dibandingkan dengan baku mutu air sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 22 Tahun 2021. Struktur komunitas perifiton dianalisis berdasarkan kerapatan, kelimpahan relatif, indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener, indeks dominansi Simpson, dan indeks kemiripan Bray-Curtis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas air Sungai Banjaran berdasarkan parameter fisik-kimia secara umum masih memenuhi baku mutu air Kelas III. Komunitas perifiton terdiri atas empat divisi dengan 28 spesies, yaitu Bacillariophyta (14 spesies), Chlorophyta (9 spesies), Cyanophyta (3 spesies), dan Euglenophyta (2 spesies). Bacillariophyta memiliki kelimpahan relatif tertinggi sebesar 68%, diikuti Chlorophyta sebesar 19%, Cyanophyta sebesar 10%, dan Euglenophyta sebesar 4%. Spesies penciri kawasan hutan dan wisata alam adalah Synedra sp. dan Tabellaria sp., sedangkan Navicula sp., Navicula radiosa, dan Nitzschia sp. menjadi spesies penciri pada kawasan persawahan dan budi daya ikan, permukiman, serta perkotaan. Nilai indeks keanekaragaman (H') berkisar 2,614-3,052, dengan kategori tinggi pada Stasiun 1-3 dan sedang pada Stasiun 4-5, sedangkan nilai indeks dominansi (D) berkisar 0,060-0,104 yang menunjukkan tidak terdapat spesies yang mendominasi komunitas perifiton. Analisis Bray-Curtis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan struktur komunitas perifiton berdasarkan jenis aktivitas antropogenik yang ditunjukkan oleh terbentuknya dua kelompok utama. Stasiun 1 dan 2 memiliki tingkat kemiripan sekitar 80%, sedangkan Stasiun 3, 4, dan 5 membentuk kelompok lainnya dengan tingkat kemiripan Stasiun 4 dan 5 sebesar sekitar 82%, sementara kelompok Stasiun 4 dan 5 memiliki kemiripan dengan Stasiun 3 pada tingkat sekitar 66%. | The Banjaran River is subject to various types of anthropogenic activities, ranging from forest areas, natural tourism, rice fields and freshwater fish farming, residential areas, to urban areas, which may affect water quality and periphyton community structure. This study aimed to analyze water quality based on physicochemical parameters, periphyton community structure, and differences in periphyton community structure based on different types of anthropogenic activities along the Banjaran River. The study was conducted from February to April 2026 at five sampling stations representing different types of anthropogenic activities using purposive sampling. The water quality parameters measured included temperature, Total Suspended Solids (TSS), Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), pH, and Dissolved Oxygen (DO), which were compared with the water quality standards according to Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 22 of 2021. Periphyton community structure was analyzed based on density, relative abundance, the Shannon-Wiener diversity index, Simpson dominance index, and Bray-Curtis similarity index. The results showed that the physicochemical water quality of the Banjaran River generally met the Class III water quality standards. The periphyton community consisted of four divisions comprising 28 species, namely Bacillariophyta (14 species), Chlorophyta (9 species), Cyanophyta (3 species), and Euglenophyta (2 species). Bacillariophyta had the highest relative abundance (68%), followed by Chlorophyta (19%), Cyanophyta (10%), and Euglenophyta (4%). The indicator species for forest and natural tourism areas were Synedra sp. and Tabellaria sp., whereas Navicula sp., Navicula radiosa, and Nitzschia sp. were indicator species for rice field and freshwater fish farming areas, residential areas, and urban areas. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index (H') ranged from 2.614 to 3.052, indicating high diversity at Stations 1-3 and moderate diversity at Stations 4-5. The dominance index (D) ranged from 0.060 to 0.104, indicating that no single species dominated the periphyton community. Bray-Curtis analysis revealed differences in periphyton community structure based on different types of anthropogenic activities, as indicated by the formation of two main groups. Stations 1 and 2 showed approximately 80% similarity, while Stations 3, 4, and 5 formed another group. Stations 4 and 5 showed approximately 82% similarity, while the group comprising Stations 4 and 5 showed approximately 66% similarity with Station 3. | |

Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan priority dispatching rules yaitu Apparent Tardiness Cost (ATC). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode FCFS yang digunakan perusahaan saat ini menghasilkan total tardiness sebesar 412,81 jam. Metode ATC memberikan total tardiness sebesar 293,51 jam, yang menunjukkan penurunan sebesar 119,3 jam atau sekitar 28,89% dibandingkan kondisi awal perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, metode ATC diusulkan sebagai metode usulan penjadwalan produksi yang dapat diterapkan di perusahaan karena mampu meminimalkan dan menyeimbangkan total keterlambatan dan waktu penyelesaian pada proses produksi sampling. | The increasingly competitive development of the manufacturing industry requires companies to improve productivity. One of the main problems is that the Sampling production scheduling system is still carried out in a simple manner without considering order priorities and processing times. This study aims to analyze and determine a production scheduling method to minimize delays in solid surface Sampling production. The method used in this research is the Priority Dispatching Rules approach, namely the Apparent Tardiness Cost (ATC) method. The results show that the FCFS method currently used by the company produces a total tardiness of 412,81 hours. Meanwhile, the ATC method results in a total tardiness of 293,51 hours, indicating a reduction of 119.3 hours or approximately 28.89% compared to the company’s initial condition. Based on these results, the ATC method is proposed as an alternative production scheduling method that can be implemented in the company because it is capable of minimizing and balancing total delays and completion times in the Sampling production process. | |

Performa biologis budidaya tergolong sangat baik dengan Survival Rate (SR) 80–90% dan Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) ±1,1, melampaui standar minimum SNI (SR ≥ 80%, FCR ≤ 1,5). Tingkat kesesuaian keseluruhan mencapai 80,43%–97,82% (kategori sesuai). Kesesuaian tahap pra-produksi berkisar 77,77%–100%, tahap produksi 81,25%–93,75%, dan tahap panen/pascapanen mencapai 100%. A descriptive quantitative method was conducted involving four shrimp farmers. Respondent characteristics revealed ages ranging from 29 to 52 years, educational backgrounds from high school to master's degree, 1–10 years of experience, and farm sizes of 1–11 hectares. Biological performance was excellent, achieving a Survival Rate (SR) of 80–90% and a Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) of ~1.1, surpassing SNI minimum requirements (SR ≥ 80%, FCR ≤ 1.5). Overall compliance reached 80.43%–97.82% (compliant category). Pre-production compliance ranged from 77.77%–100%, production at 81.25%–93.75%, and harvest/post-harvest achieved 100%. Model arsitektur pohon Troll memiliki INP tertinggi di Taman Satria dan THR Pangsar Jenderal Soedirman masing – masing sebesar 92,1 % dan 159,2 %. The diversity of tree architectural models is very important in park landscape planning to create ecological functions, aesthetics, and comfort. This study aims to analyze the species diversity and diversity of tree architectural models found in Satria Park and Pangsar Jenderal Soedirman People's Entertainment Park, as well as to analyze the tree community similarity index in both parks. The research was conducted at Taman Satria and THR Pangsar Jenderal Soedirman using a survey method with a quadrat sampling technique. The data were analyzed using the Important Value Index (INP), the Diversity Index (H'), and the Community Similarity Index (IS). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Agustus--September 2025 di tiga stasiun dengan perbedaan umur tegakan mangrove (17, 7, dan 3 tahun). Parameter yang diukur meliputi suhu, pH, DO, TDS, salinitas, nitrat, fosfat, dan kadar prolin. Data dianalisis menggunakan ANOVA, Kruskal-Wallis, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kadar prolin tertinggi pada Acanthus ilicifolius (1,143 mg/g BB) dan Avicennia marina (0,855 mg/g BB), serta terendah pada Rhizophora mucronata (0,229 mg/g BB), namun secara statistik tidak berbeda nyata (p>0,05). Parameter kualitas air (suhu, pH, DO, TDS, salinitas, nitrat) berbeda nyata antarstasiun (p<0,05), kecuali fosfat. Namun, di Kabupaten Cilacap sebagai kawasan industri di Jawa Tegah, lulusan SMK justru menjadi penyumbang terbesar pengangguran terbuka. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengalaman subjektif lulusan SMK dalam transisi menuju dunia kerja, mengidentifikasi hambatan yang mereka hadapi, serta mendeskripsikan strategi bertahan hidup dalam menghadapi keterbatasan peluang kerja. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi; data sekunder diperoleh melalui jurnal dan referensi serta berbagai dokumen yang relevan. Sasaran penelitian adalah para pencari kerja lulusan SMK yang telah menganggur lebih dari satu tahun, dan pihak Dinas Ketenagakerjaan dan Perindustrian Kabupaten Cilacap. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lulusan SMK menghadapi hambatan struktural dan sosial, meliputi kesenjangan antara teknologi teknologi pembelajaran di sekolah dengan kebutuhan industri, rendahnya penguasaan soft skills, penahanan dokumen kelulusan akibat persoalan administrasi (keuangan), penerapan sistem Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu (PWKT), keterbatasan akses informasi lowongan kerja, serta bergesernya fungsi jaringan pertemanan menjadi praktik percaloan berbayar yang memanfaatkan kedekatan personal (‘orang dalam’) sebagai akses memperoleh pekerjaan. Menghadapi kondisi tersebut, para lulusan mengembangkan berbagai strategi adaptif, seperti memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sumber informasi lowongan kerja, mengikuti pelatihan dan sertifikasi secara mandiri, serta membangun usaha mikro, seperti toko buket bunga dan usaha mendoan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transisi lulusan SMK menuju dunia kerja tidak hanya dipengaruhi oleh kesenjangan kompetensi, tetapi juga oleh hambatan structural pasar kerja dan perubahan relasi sosial di kalangan para pencari kerja. Selain itu, perlu perluasan akses informasi dunia kerja serta penguatan pendidikan kewirausahaan sebagai alternatif kemandirian ekonomi lulusan. | Vocational High Schools (SMK) are designed to produce vocational graduates who are ready to enter the workforce. However, in Cilacap Regency, known as an industrial area in Central Java, SMK graduates are precisely the largest contributors to open unemployment. This study aims to explore the subjective experiences of SMK graduates during their transition into the workforce, identify the barriers they face, and describe their survival strategies in coping with limited job opportunities. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews and observations, while secondary data were gathered from journals, references, and relevant documents. The research targets were job seekers who graduated from SMK and have been unemployed for more than one year, as well as officials from the Manpower and Industry Office of Cilacap Regency. Data analysis used the interactive analysis model by Miles and Huberman. The results indicate that SMK graduates face structural and social barriers, including a gap between the learning technology used in schools and the actual demands of the industry, low mastery of soft skills, withholding of graduation certificates due to administrative (financial) issues, the implementation of fixed-term employment contracts (PKWT), limited access to job vacancy information, and a shift in the function of friendship networks into paid job-brokerage practices that exploit personal connections ('insiders') as a means to secure employment. Facing these conditions, graduates develop various adaptive strategies, such as utilizing social media as a source of job vacancy information, independently participating in training and certification programs, and establishing micro-businesses, such as flower bouquet shops and *mendoan* (traditional fried tempeh) businesses. The findings of this study demonstrate that the transition of SMK graduates into the workforce is influenced not only by competence gaps but also by structural barriers in the labor market and shifting social relations among job seekers. This research contributes to the development of the sociology of education by showing that unemployment among SMK graduates is a multidimensional issue requiring the strengthening of competencies based on industry needs, modernization of practical facilities in schools, and soft skills development to ensure graduates align with industrial demands. Data yang digunakan merupakan data panel 35 kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Jawa Tengah tahun 2018 hingga 2023 dengan variabel produksi padi sebagai variabel dependen serta luas panen, produktivitas padi, perkembangan konsumsi beras wilayah, PDRB per kapita, dan harga beras sebagai variabel independen. Pemilihan model dilakukan menggunakan Uji Chow, Uji Hausman, dan Uji Lagrange Multiplier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model terbaik yang digunakan adalah Random Effect Model (REM). Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel luas panen, produktivitas padi, dan harga beras berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi padi, sedangkan perkembangan konsumsi beras wilayah dan PDRB per kapita tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,97584 menunjukkan bahwa model mampu menjelaskan variasi produksi padi sebesar 97,584%. | Food security is a condition in which the food needs of the community are fulfilled and can be assessed from the aspect of food availability. This study aims to analyze the factors affecting food security based on the availability of rice production in Central Java Province using panel data regression. The data used consist of panel data from 35 regencies/cities in Central Java Province from 2018 to 2023, with rice production as the dependent variable and harvested area, rice productivity, regional rice consumption growth, gross regional domestic product (GRDP) per capita, and rice prices as the independent variables. Model selection was conducted using the Chow Test, Hausman Test, and Lagrange Multiplier Test. The results indicate that the best model is the Random Effect Model (REM). The partial test results show that harvested area, rice productivity, and rice prices have a significant effect on rice production, while regional rice consumption growth and GRDP per capita do not have a significant effect. The coefficient of determination of 0.97584 indicates that the model is able to explain 97.584% of the variation in rice production. |
