Profil Teknis Budidaya Udang Vaname (Litopenaeus Vannamei) Sistem Intensif Kesesuaiannya Dengan SNI 8008 : 2014

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis profil serta tingkat kesesuaian penerapan budidaya udang vaname (Litopenaeus vannamei) sistem intensif di Kecamatan Cilacap Utara dan Nusawungu, Kabupaten Cilacap terhadap SNI 8008:2014. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif terhadap empat pembudidaya. Karakteristik responden menunjukkan usia 29–52 tahun, pendidikan SMA/SMK hingga S2, dan pengalaman 1–10 tahun dengan skala usaha 1–11 hektar. Performa biologis budidaya tergolong sangat baik dengan Survival Rate (SR) 80–90% dan Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) ±1,1, melampaui standar minimum SNI (SR ≥ 80%, FCR ≤ 1,5). Tingkat kesesuaian keseluruhan mencapai 80,43%–97,82% (kategori sesuai). Kesesuaian tahap pra-produksi berkisar 77,77%–100%, tahap produksi 81,25%–93,75%, dan tahap panen/pascapanen mencapai 100%. Kesenjangan utama ditemukan pada keterbatasan infrastruktur, khususnya ketersediaan petak tandon dan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (IPAL), sedangkan operasional budidaya seperti manajemen pakan, pemantauan kualitas air, dan rantai dingin telah diterapkan sesuai standar. This study aimed to analyze the profile and compliance level of intensive Pacific white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) aquaculture in North Cilacap and Nusawungu Sub-districts, Cilacap Regency, against SNI 8008:2014 standard. A descriptive quantitative method was conducted involving four shrimp farmers. Respondent characteristics revealed ages ranging from 29 to 52 years, educational backgrounds from high school to master's degree, 1–10 years of experience, and farm sizes of 1–11 hectares. Biological performance was excellent, achieving a Survival Rate (SR) of 80–90% and a Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) of ~1.1, surpassing SNI minimum requirements (SR ≥ 80%, FCR ≤ 1.5). Overall compliance reached 80.43%–97.82% (compliant category). Pre-production compliance ranged from 77.77%–100%, production at 81.25%–93.75%, and harvest/post-harvest achieved 100%. The primary gap identified was incomplete infrastructure, specifically reservoir ponds and wastewater treatment plants (WWTP), whereas operational management including feed control, water quality monitoring, and cold chain handling aligned with standard specifications.
