| 50721 | 54117 | E1A019059 | Urgensi Alasan "Sangat Mendesak" Dalam Permohonan Dispensasi Kawin (Studi Putusan Pengadilan Agama Nomor : 80/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Kwd) | Dispensasi kawin merupakan pemberian izin oleh pengadilan untuk calon pasangan yang belum mencapai batas usia minimal 19 tahun untuk dapat melangsungkan perkawinan sah. Berdasarkan Pasal 7 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2019, permohonan dispensasi kawin dapat diajukan oleh orang tua dengan syarat terdapat "alasan sangat mendesak" serta bukti-bukti pendukung yang cukup. Namun, ketidakjelasan indikator normatif mengenai frasa "alasan sangat mendesak" berpotensi menimbulkan disparitas putusan hakim di pengadilan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pertimbangan hakim dalam menetapkan kriteria alasan “sangat mendesak” serta menganalisis akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan bagi para pihak dalam Putusan Pengadilan Agama Kwandang Nomor: 80/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Kwd. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan sumber bahan hukum utama adalah data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui studi pustaka, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode pendekatan normatif kualitatif serta disajikan secara naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertimbangan hakim dalam menetapkan "alasan sangat mendesak" pada Putusan Nomor 80/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Kwd didominasi oleh pendekatan darurat sosial-religius demi menghindari kemudaratan (mafsadat) yang lebih besar. Hubungan di luar nikah yang dilakukan secara berulang oleh anak pemohon dijadikan indikator utama keadaan mendesak untuk mencegah perzinaan berkelanjutan dan melindungi martabat anak dari stigma sosial. Akibat hukum dari dikabulkannya permohonan ini adalah para pihak dapat melangsungkan perkawinan meskipun belum memenuhi batas usia perkawinan. eralihan status keperdataan anak yang melangsungkan perkawinan menjadi subjek hukum dewasa yang mengakhiri hak perwalian orang tua. Pursuant to Article 7(2) of Law No. 16 of 2019, an application for a marriage dispensation may be filed by the parents provided there are “compelling reasons” and sufficient supporting evidence. However, the lack of clarity regarding the normative indicators for the phrase “very compelling reasons” has the potential to lead to disparities in judges’ rulings in court. This study aims to analyze the judges’ reasoning in establishing the criteria for “compelling reasons” and to examine the legal consequences for the parties involved in the Kwandang Religious Court Decision No. 80/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Kwd. This study employs a normative legal research method, with secondary data serving as the primary legal source. Data collection was conducted through a literature review, which was then analyzed using a qualitative normative approach and presented narratively. The results of the study indicate that the judge’s reasoning in determining “compelling grounds” in Decision No. 80/Pdt.P/2024/PA.Kwd was dominated by a socio-religious emergency approach aimed at preventing greater harm (mafsadat). The petitioner’s child’s repeated extramarital relationships were cited as the primary indicator of an urgent situation to prevent ongoing adultery and protect the child’s dignity from social stigma. The legal consequence of granting this petition is that the parties may proceed with the marriage even though they have not yet reached the legal age for marriage. The civil status of the child entering into the marriage transitions to that of an adult legal subject, thereby terminating parental guardianship rights. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja infrastruktur pejalan kaki, memodelkan probabilitas peralihan moda, serta merumuskan strategi intervensi spasial di Klaster Pusat Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan hibrida terintegrasi, meliputi audit Indeks Kondisi Berjalan (IKB), Indeks Persepsi pengguna, pemodelan probabilitas Regresi Logistik Biner, serta penentuan prioritas penanganan menggunakan pembobotan Instrument-Density Weighting. Hasil evaluasi agregat menunjukkan infrastruktur eksisting berada pada Kategori Kurang Baik (Skor IKB 46,5). Analisis regresi membuktikan secara empiris bahwa utilitas pergerakan pejalan kaki eksisting tidak merespons kelayakan fisik dasar infrastruktur, melainkan didikte secara tunggal oleh parameter Fasilitas Pendukung (X2). Simulasi sensitivitas mengestimasikan bahwa optimalisasi amenitas melalui skenario agresif berpeluang merekayasa lonjakan probabilitas peralihan moda hingga batas maksimal 85,0% (margin +21,6%). Portofolio rekomendasi dikonstruksi ke dalam kerangka Transport Demand Management (TDM), yang menjustifikasi bahwa prioritas investasi pengadaan amenitas (Pull Strategy) wajib diiringi dengan kebijakan disinsentif mekanis pembatasan pergerakan kendaraan bermotor (Push Strategy) untuk mencapai efektivitas peralihan moda yang presisi. | Walkability evaluations on university campuses frequently yield biased conclusions due to an absolute reliance on normative physical audits. This study aims to evaluate pedestrian infrastructure performance, model the probability of modal shift, and formulate spatial intervention strategies within the Central Cluster of Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. The methodology employs an integrated hybrid approach, encompassing the Walkability Index (IKB) audit, user Perception Index, Binary Logistic Regression probability modeling, and handling priority determination using Instrument-Density Weighting. The aggregate evaluation indicates that the existing infrastructure falls into the Poor Category (IKB Score 46.5). Regression analysis empirically proves that existing pedestrian movement utility does not respond to basic infrastructure adequacy, but is singularly dictated by the Supporting Facilities parameter (X2). Sensitivity simulations estimate that amenity optimization through an aggressive scenario has the potential to engineer a surge in modal shift probability up to a maximum limit of 85.0% (+21.6% margin). | 50723 | 54125 | K1A022066 | PERANCANGAN BIOSENSOR GLUKOSA ELEKTROKIMIA BERBASIS KOMPOSIT NiZnFe₂O₄/KITOSAN UNTUK BAHAN PENDUKUNG AMOBILISASI | Diabetes mellitus (DM) merupakan penyakit metabolik kronis yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar glukosa dalam darah. Pemantauan kadar glukosa darah dapat dilakukan menggunakan biosensor sebagai perangkat pendeteksi glukosa. Kinerja biosensor glukosa dapat ditingkatkan dengan pemanfaatan nanopartikel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kinerja biosensor glukosa termodifikasi kitosan/NiZnFe₂O₄ menggunakan screen printed carbon electrode (SPCE). Nanopartikel NiZnFe₂O₄ disintesis dengan metode kopresipitasi, lalu dikarakterisasi menggunakan Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) dan Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Pengukuran kinerja biosensor dilakukan menggunakan metode Cyclic Voltammetry (CV) dengan kondisi optimum diperoleh pada konsentrasi nanopartikel 3%, laju imbasan 0,3 V/s, dan buffer fosfat 125 mM pH 8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa elektroda termodifikasi kitosan/NiZnFe₂O₄ dapat meningkatkan respon arus redoks. Pengukuran biosensor menghasilkan hubungan linear antara konsentrasi glukosa dan arus dengan persamaan regresi y=4,7248x+30,832 dengan nilai R²=0,9956 untuk puncak oksidasi dan y=5,0764x-57,546 dengan nilai R²=0,9928 untuk puncak reduksi. Nilai LOD dan LOQ berturut-turut sebesar 1,8164 mM dan 6,0545 mM untuk arus oksidasi, serta 2,3326 mM dan 7,7755 mM untuk arus reduksi. Uji presisi menunjukkan nilai %RSD sebesar 2,39% dan uji akurasi menghasilkan nilai %recovery sebesar 103,84%. Biosensor glukosa termodifikasi kitosan/NiZnFe₂O₄ ini memiliki kinerja yang baik untuk deteksi glukosa. | Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic metabolic disease characterized by elevated blood glucose levels. Blood glucose levels can be monitored using biosensors. The performance of glucose biosensors can be improved through electrode modification using nanoparticles. This study aims to evaluate the performance of a chitosan/NiZnFe₂O₄ modified glucose biosensor using a screen-printed carbon electrode (SPCE). NiZnFe₂O₄ nanoparticles were synthesized via the coprecipitation method and then characterized using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR) and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). Biosensor performance was evaluated using cyclic voltammetry (CV), with optimum conditions obtained at a nanoparticle concentration of 3%, a scan rate of 0.3 V/s, and a 125 mM phosphate buffer at pH 8. The results showed that the chitosan/NiZnFe₂O₄ modified electrode could enhance the redox current response. Biosensor measurements yielded a linear relationship between glucose concentration and current, with regression equation of y=4.7248x+30.832 (R²=0.9956) for the oxidation peak and y=−5.0764x−57.546 (R²=0.9928) for the reduction peak. The LOD and LOQ values were 1.8164 mM and 6.0545 mM, respectively, for the oxidation current, and 2.3326 mM and 7.7755 mM for the reduction current. The precision test showed an %RSD value of 2.39%, and the accuracy test yielded a %recovery value of 103.84%. This chitosan/NiZnFe₂O₄-modified glucose biosensor performs well for glucose detection. | |

Upaya untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan populasi Daphnia magna salah satunya dengan penambahan probiotik komersil dan molase pada media kultur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan probiotik komersil dan molase dengan dosis yang berbeda terhadap kepadatan dan laju pertumbuhan populasi Daphnia magna. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan yaitu P1 dosis 0,5 ml/L, P2 dosis 0,75 ml/L, P3 dosis 1 ml/L, dan P4 dosis 1,25 ml/L, dengan masing-masing tiga kali ulangan. Parameter yang diamati yaitu kepadatan dan laju pertumbuhan populasi, Doubling time, dan kualitas air. Data dianalisis dengan Kruskal-Wallis, lalu dilanjutkan dengan uji Mann-Whitney apabila terdapat beda nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan probiotik komersil dan molase dengan dosis yang berbeda berpengaruh nyata (p<0,05) terhadap kepadatan dan laju pertumbuhan populasi Daphnia magna. Hasil uji lanjut menunjukkan bahwa P1, P2, dan P3 tidak berbeda nyata. Sedangkan, P4 berbeda nyata dengan ketiga perlakuan tersebut. Dosis probiotik komersil dan molase yang lebih tinggi pada P4, menyebabkan kondisi media kultur kurang mendukung pertumbuhan populasi Daphnia magna. | Daphnia magna is one of the natural feeds widely used in fish farming due to its high nutritional content. One strategy to enhance the growth of Daphnia magna populations is the addition of commercial probiotics and molasses to the culture medium. This study aimed to determine the effect of different doses of commercial probiotics and molasses on the population density and growth rate of Daphnia magna. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with four treatments was used: P1 (0.5 ml/L), P2 (0.75 ml/L), P3 (1.0 ml/L), and P4 (1.25 ml/L), each with three replications. The observed parameters were population density, population growth rate, Doubling time, and water quality. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis test followed by the Mann–Whitney test if there was a significant difference. The results showed that different doses of commercial probiotics and molasses significantly affected (p<0.05) the population density and growth rate of Daphnia magna. Further analysis indicated that P1, P2, and P3 did not differ significantly, whereas P4 differed significantly from the other treatments. The higher dose applied in P4 was presumed to create less favorable culture conditions, thereby reducing the population growth of Daphnia magna. | |

Penelitian ini menguji efektifitas ecoenzyme dari limbah kulit pisang (rasio 3:1:10, fermentasi 4 bulan) untuk peningkatan laju pertumbuhan ikan lele (Clarias sp.) berukuran 9-12 cm. Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan (dosis: 0, 20, 40, 60 ml/kg) dan 3 ulangan selama 28 hari. Parameter yang diukur yaitu panjang, berat, Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Total Growth (TG), Survival Rate (SR), suhu, dan pH. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ecoenzyme dengan dosis berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang mutlak benih ikan lele. Namun, tidak berbeda nyata terhadap pertumbuhan berat mutlak, Specific Growth Rate (SGR), dan survival rate. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada P1 dengan dosis 20 ml/kg. Kondisi kualitas air selama penelitian masih berada dalam kisaran optimal bagi pertumbuhan benih ikan lele. | Feed represents the largest cost in catfish farming due to its high price. This study examined the effectiveness of an eco-enzyme derived from banana peel waste (3:1:10 ratio, 4-month fermentation) in enhancing the growth rate of catfish Clarias sp. measuring 9–12 cm. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed, featuring four treatments (dosages: 0, 20, 40, and 60 ml/kg) and three replicates over a 28-day period. The parameters measured included length, weight, Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Total Growth (TG), Survival Rate (SR), temperature, and pH. The results indicated that the administration of the eco-enzyme at varying dosages had a significant effect on the absolute length of the catfish fingerlings. However, no significant differences were observed regarding absolute weight growth, Specific Growth Rate (SGR), or survival rate. The best result was obtained with treatment P1 (20 ml/kg dosage). Water quality conditions throughout the study remained within the optimal range for catfish fingerling growth. | |

Salah satu alternatif yang berpotensi mendukung pengelolaan kualitas air secara ramah lingkungan adalah pemanfaatan eco-enzyme berbahan dasar limbah buah jeruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian eco-enzyme terhadap kualitas air budidaya ikan lele serta menentukan dosis yang paling efektif. Penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri atas empat perlakuan, yaitu P0 (0 mL/L), P1 (5 mL/L), P2 (10 mL/L), dan P3 (15 mL/L), masing-masing tiga ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi suhu, pH, alkalinitas, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Total Organic Matter (TOM), nitrit, dan mortalitas ikan. Data suhu, pH, TDS, dan mortalitas dianalisis menggunakan uji One-Way ANOVA atau uji Kruskal-Wallis sesuai karakteristik data, sedangkan alkalinitas, TOM, dan nitrit dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian eco-enzyme tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata terhadap suhu, pH, TDS, dan mortalitas ikan (p>0,05). Secara deskriptif, nilai alkalinitas berkisar 40–80 mg/L, TOM meningkat selama pemeliharaan, dan konsentrasi nitrit tetap sebesar 1 mg/L pada seluruh perlakuan. Perlakuan P1 (5 mL/L) menghasilkan mortalitas terendah sebesar 13%, sehingga dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai dosis yang paling efisien pada kondisi penelitian ini. | Water quality management is a critical factor in the success of catfish (Clarias sp.) aquaculture. One potential alternative that supports environmentally friendly water quality management is the use of eco-enzyme made from citrus waste. This study aimed to analyze the effect of eco-enzyme application on water quality in catfish aquaculture and to determine the most effective dosage. The study employed an experimental design using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four treatments: P0 (0 mL/L), P1 (5 mL/L), P2 (10 mL/L), and P3 (15 mL/L), each with three replicates. The parameters observed included temperature, pH, alkalinity, Total Dissolved Solids (TDS), Total Organic Matter (TOM), nitrite, and fish mortality. Data on temperature, pH, TDS, and mortality were analyzed using One-Way ANOVA or the Kruskal-Wallis test, depending on the data characteristics, while alkalinity, TOM, and nitrite were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the addition of eco-enzyme had no significant effect on temperature, pH, TDS, and fish mortality (p>0,05). Descriptively, alkalinity ranged from 40 to 80 mg/L, TOM increased during the rearing period, and nitrite concentration remained at 1 mg/L across all treatments. Treatment P1 (5 mL/L) resulted in the lowest mortality rate of 13%, and thus can be considered the most efficient dose under the conditions of this study. | |

Penelitian ini memodelkan pola pergerakannya serta mengidentifikasi faktor dominan distribusi menggunakan Delft3D. Validasi dilakukan dengan membandingkan trajektori simulasi terhadap tiga sampel prototype, dilengkapi algoritma pemotongan otomatis (<0,5 m) untuk menghilangkan bias data statis. Akurasi diuji melalui RMSE, selisih sudut arah (Δθ), dan rasio panjang lintasan (R). Arus pasang surut menunjukkan karakteristik osilatif dengan kontribusi kecil terhadap perpindahan horizontal, sementara angin dari Barat Daya (225°) kecepatan 5,7–8,8 m/s dan frekuensi 53–67% menjadi penggerak utama. Trajektori partikel konsisten menuju Timur Laut mengikuti vektor angin, dengan aliran dari hilir memiliki kecepatan yang lebih besar dan variatif dari pada dorongan air dari hulu. Pasca-pemotongan (Botol 1: 517, Botol 2: 367, Botol 3: 476 titik), skenario windage 5% memberikan RMSE terkecil (131,29 m, 66,21 m, 114,09 m), Δθ minimum, dan R lebih dari 1. Skenario windage 10% yang semestinya menghasilkan lintasan lebih halus dan terarah, justru menunjukan yang sebaliknya melihat dari hasil perhitungan statistika. Berdasarkan simulasi, windage diasumsikan sebagai faktor utama distribusi sampah, sehingga kalibrasi windage penting untuk akurasi pemodelan. Penelitian lanjutan disarankan mengintegrasikan data angin real-time dan modul shoreline stranding di area mangrove. | Macro plastic litter is a serious issue in the waters off Kutawaru, Cilacap. This study modelled its movement patterns and identified key distribution drivers using Delft3D. Validation compared simulated trajectories with three prototype samples, using an automatic clipping algorithm (<0.5 m) to remove static data bias. Accuracy was tested via RMSE, directional angle difference (Δθ), and path length ratio (R). Tidal currents showed oscillatory characteristics with minor horizontal displacement, while southwesterly winds (225°, 5.7–8.8 m/s, 53–67% frequency) were the primary driving force. Particle trajectories consistently moved northeast following the wind vector, with downstream flow exhibiting greater and more variable velocities than upstream push. After data truncation (Bottle 1: 517, Bottle 2: 367, Bottle 3: 476 points), the 5% windage scenario yielded the lowest RMSE (131.29, 66.21, 114.09 m), minimum Δθ, and R>1. The 10% windage scenario, expected to produce smoother trajectories, surprisingly showed the opposite based on statistical results. Windage is thus assumed as the main factor in litter distribution, making its calibration crucial for modelling accuracy. Further research is recommended to integrate real-time wind data and a shoreline stranding module in mangrove areas. | |

Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dosis eco-enzyme: P0 (0 mL/L), P1 (5 mL/L), P2 (10 mL/L), dan P3 (15 mL/L) dengan 3 ulangan selama 21 hari pemeliharaan. Data suhu, pH, dan TDS dianalisis menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), sedangkan alkalinitas, TOM, nitrit, dan mortalitas dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian eco-enzyme tidak memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan suhu, pH, dan TDS. Kadar nitrit terukur sama sebesar 1 mg/L dan TOM tergolong tinggi. Meskipun demikian, penambahan eco-enzyme mampu menekan tingkat kematian ikan lele. Mortalitas tertinggi terjadi pada kontrol P0 (73%), sedangkan penambahan eco-enzyme menurunkan mortalitas menjadi 27% (P1), 13% (P2), dan 37% (P3). Dosis 10 mL/L (P2) memberikan respon terbaik dengan tingkat mortalitas terendah (13%). Research purposes to analyze the effect of papaya (Carica papaya L.) fruit-based eco-enzyme doses on water quality parameters (temperature, pH, TDS, nitrite, TOM, alkalinity) and catfish (Clarias sp.) mortality, as well as to determine the optimal dosage. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed with four eco-enzyme treatments: P0 (0 mL/L), P1 (5 mL/L), P2 (10 mL/L), and P3 (15 mL/L), each replicated three times over a 21-day rearing period. Temperature, pH, and TDS data were analyzed using Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), while alkalinity, TOM, nitrite, and mortality were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that eco-enzyme administration had no significant effect on temperature, pH, and TDS. Nitrite levels remained constant at 1 mg/L, and TOM levels were high. However, eco-enzyme addition significantly suppressed catfish mortality. The highest mortality occurred in the control P0 (73%), whereas eco-enzyme treatments reduced mortality to 27% (P1), 13% (P2), and 37% (P3). The 10 mL/L dose (P2) yielded the best response with the lowest mortality rate (13%). In conclusion, papaya eco-enzyme effectively reduces catfish mortality, although lower dosages and periodic water exchange are recommended to avoid excessive organic accumulation. | |

Materi yang digunakan yaitu pupuk kompos dengan dosis 0 ton/ha, 15 ton/ha, dan 30 ton/ha, stek rumput pakchong yang ditanam sebanyak 24 petak dengan sistem tanam tumpangsari dan monokultur. Lahan yang digunakan mempunyai luas 172,8 m2. setiap petak berukuran 3 m x 2,4 m dengan jarak antar tanaman 0,8 m x 0,6 m. metode penelitian menggunakan eksperimental menggunakan Split Plot Design. Sebagai Main Plot (A) pada penelitian yaitu sistem tanam yang terdiri dari sistem tanam monokultur (A0) dan sistem tanam tumpangsari (A1) dan Sub Plot (B) yang terdiri dari pupuk kompos level 0 ton/ha (B0), 15 ton/ha (B1), dan 30 ton/ha (B2). Penelitian dianalisis menggunakan anova dan uji lanjut menggunakan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNI) menggunakan taraf 5% pada setiap perlakuan. Perlakuan diulang sebanyak 4 kelompok ulangan. Hasil penelitian tidak menunjukan pengaruh nyata (P<0,05) interaksi antara sistem tanam (A) dengan level kompos (B) terhadap produksi berat segar, bahan kering, dan bahan organik rumput pakchong. Analisis variansi (ANOVA) perlakuan individu sistem tem tanam berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap produksi berat segar, bahan kering, dan bahan organik tumput pakchong. Sedangkan perlakuan individu pemberian level kompos berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap produksi berat segar rumput pakchong, akan tetapi tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap produksi bahan kering dan bahan organik rumput pakchong. Instrumen yang dipakai meliputi tes pilihan ganda untuk mengukur hasil belajar dan lembar kuesioner untuk menilai kemandirian belajar peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Analisis instrumen melibatkan uji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran soal, dan daya pembeda. Uji prasyarat yang dijalankan meliputi uji normalitas dan homogenitas, sedangkan uji hipotesis dilakukan dengan independent sample t-test dan uji n-gain score menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat perbedaan kemandirian belajar antara peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaran TAI berbantuan media flipbook dengan peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional (2) terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar antara peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaran TAI berbantuan media flipbook dengan peserta didik yang menerapkan model pembelajaran konvensional. Tenaga kesehatan (nakes) merupakan kelompok yang sangat rentan dibandingkan populasi umum karena frekuensi kontak langsung dengan pasien. Ancaman terus meningkat dengan munculnya varian Omicron yang meningkatkan kemampuan virus untuk menghindari netralisasi antibodi dari infeksi alami maupun vaksinasi, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan proteksi imun. Permasalahan utama penelitian ini adalah bagaimana perbandingan kemampuan netralisasi antibodi terhadap virus wild type (Wuhan) dan varian Omicron pada tenaga kesehatan, serta bagaimana distribusinya berdasarkan faktor epidemiologi. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan titer antibodi netralisasi terhadap kedua varian tersebut dan mendeskripsikan distribusinya berdasarkan karakteristik subjek guna mendukung strategi vaksinasi dan perlindungan tenaga kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah uji netralisasi antibodi dengan live virus yang dapat mengukur kemampuan antibodi menghambat virus yang menginfeksi sel. Uji netralisasi mengukur fungsi antibodi yang mampu dan tidak mampu mencegah virus menginfeksi sel sehingga lebih menggambarkan langsung korelasi proteksi tubuh. Uji netralisasi antibodi pada populasi berisiko tinggi seperti tenaga kesehatan penting dilakukan karena tingginya paparan terhadap SARS-CoV-2. Uji netralisasi penting untuk meninjau efektivitas imunitas tubuh, mengevaluasi efikasi vaksinasi, serta menentukan kebutuhan dosis booster guna mengurangi risiko infeksi dan transmisi di lingkungan kerja. Hasil titer netralisasi antibodi diuji normalitasnya menggunakan Saphiro-Wilk yang membuktikan data tidak normal sehingga dilanjut dengan analisis dengan Wilcoxon signed-rank serta dianalisis deskriptif berdasarkan karakteristik epidemiologi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa responden didominasi oleh kelompok usia paruh baya, berjenis kelamin perempuan, memiliki riwayat vaksinasi primer dan booster, serta seluruhnya memiliki riwayat infeksi sebelumnya. Titer antibodi netralisasi terhadap strain Wuhan terbukti lebih tinggi dibandingkan terhadap varian Omicron, dengan median titer pada kelompok dewasa dan kelompok laki-laki masing-masing lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelompok paruh baya dan perempuan. Selain itu, subjek yang menerima vaksinasi booster memiliki median titer tertinggi terhadap strain Wuhan, sedangkan penerima vaksinasi primer menunjukkan titer terendah terhadap kedua varian. Namun, karena semua responden memiliki riwayat infeksi yang sama (homogen), hal ini menjadi keterbatasan utama penelitian, sehingga untuk penelitian mendatang disarankan melibatkan subjek dengan karakteristik riwayat infeksi yang lebih beragam agar analisis faktor epidemiologi dapat dilakukan secara lebih komprehensif dan hasilnya lebih tergeneralisasi. | The SARS-CoV-2 virus has caused the global COVID-19 pandemic, characterized by high rates of transmission and mortality. Healthcare workers are a highly vulnerable group compared to the general population due to the frequency of direct contact with patients. The threat continues to escalate with the emergence of the Omicron variant, which enhances the virus’s ability to evade antibody neutralization from both natural infection and vaccination, thereby potentially reducing immune protection. The main research question is how the neutralizing antibody titers against the wild-type (Wuhan) virus and the Omicron variant compare in healthcare workers, and how they are distributed based on epidemiological factors. Therefore, this study aims to compare neutralizing antibody titers against these two variants and describe their distribution based on subject characteristics to support vaccination strategies and the protection of healthcare workers. The method used is an antibody neutralization assay with live virus, which measures the ability of antibodies to inhibit the virus from infecting cells. The neutralization assay measures the function of antibodies that are and are not capable of preventing the virus from infecting cells, thereby more directly reflecting the body’s protective response. Conducting antibody neutralization assays in high-risk populations such as healthcare workers is crucial due to their high exposure to SARS-CoV-2. Neutralization tests are important for assessing the effectiveness of the body’s immunity, evaluating the efficacy of vaccination, and determining the need for booster doses to reduce the risk of infection and transmission in the workplace. The normality of the antibody neutralization titer results was tested using the Shapiro-Wilk test, which indicated that the data were not normally distributed; therefore, the analysis was continued using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test and descriptive analysis based on epidemiological characteristics. The results of this study show that the respondents were predominantly middle-aged, female, had a history of primary and booster vaccinations, and all had a history of previous infection. Neutralizing antibody titers against the Wuhan strain were found to be higher than those against the Omicron variant, with median titers in the adult and male groups being higher than those in the middle-aged and female groups, respectively. Additionally, subjects who received a booster dose had the highest median titers against the Wuhan strain, while those who received only the primary vaccination series showed the lowest titers against both variants. However, since all participants had the same (homogeneous) infection history, this constitutes a major limitation of the study; therefore, for future research, it is recommended to include participants with a more diverse infection history so that epidemiological factor analysis can be conducted more comprehensively and the results can be more widely generalized. | |

Daerah penelitian di Pomalaa, Kabupaten Kolaka, Sulawesi Tenggara, didominasi oleh topografi miring dan tersusun oleh batuan ultramafik berupa peridotit terserpentinisasi bertipe harzburgit berdasarkan hasil analisis megaskopis dan petrografi. Kondisi tersebut menghasilkan profil laterit dengan zonasi vertikal yang khas sehingga diperlukan metode analisis yang objektif dan efisien untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik setiap zona. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan machine learning berupa Principal Component Analysis (PCA) dan Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) untuk menganalisis 120 data geokimia hasil analisis X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF). PCA digunakan untuk mereduksi dimensi data melalui standarisasi sehingga menghasilkan data geokimia pada satu skala yang sebanding dan tidak ada unsur yang mendominasi. GMM digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data berdasarkan kemiripan karakteristik geokimia, dengan jumlah cluster optimal ditentukan menggunakan Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC). Hasil analisis GMM menunjukkan bahwa model dengan 7 cluster merupakan model terbaik yang mampu merepresentasikan variasi data secara optimal. Cluster yang terbentuk diinterpretasikan sebagai zona overburden, limonit atas, limonit bawah, transisi, saprolit atas, saprolit bawah dan bedrock, di mana keberadaan zona transisi mencerminkan perubahan geokimia yang bersifat gradual dalam profil laterit. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan kesesuaian yang cukup baik dengan kondisi lapangan, meskipun terdapat perbedaan pada batas zona. Dengan demikian, penerapan GMM memberikan pendekatan kuantitatif dan objektif dalam mengidentifikasi profil nikel laterit serta berpotensi meningkatkan akurasi interpretasi geologi. | Nickel laterite deposits are formed through the intensive weathering of ultramafic rocks in tropical climates and generally exhibit complex geological and geochemical characteristics. The study area, located in Pomalaa, Kolaka Regency, Southeast Sulawesi, is dominated by gently to moderately sloping topography and is composed of ultramafic rocks in the form of serpentinized harzburgitic peridotite, as identified through megascopic and petrographic analyses. These geological conditions have resulted in a well-developed laterite profile with distinctive vertical zonation, necessitating an objective and efficient analytical approach to characterize each zone. This study employed a machine learning approach using Principal Component Analysis (PCA) and Gaussian Mixture Model (GMM) to analyze 120 geochemical datasets obtained from X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analysis. PCA was applied to reduce data dimensionality through standardization, producing geochemical variables on a comparable scale and preventing any single element from dominating the analysis. GMM was then used to classify the data based on similarities in geochemical characteristics, with the optimal number of clusters determined using the Bayesian Information Criterion (BIC). The GMM results indicated that the seven-cluster model provided the best representation of the geochemical variability within the dataset. The resulting clusters were interpreted as the overburden, upper limonite, lower limonite, transition, upper saprolite, lower saprolite, and bedrock zones, where the transition zone reflects the gradual geochemical changes within the laterite profile. The classification results showed good agreement with field observations, although minor differences were observed in the boundaries between zones. Therefore, the application of GMM provides a quantitative and objective approach for identifying nickel laterite profiles and has the potential to improve the accuracy of geological interpretation. | |

Dengan menggunakan Teori Political Opportunity Structure (POS) Penelitian ini berupaya untuk menganalisis faktor evolusi Gerakan 4B menjadi 6B dengan melihat dinamika politik Korea Selatan sebagai salah satu faktor yang mendorong evolusi Gerakan. Perubahan struktur peluang politik pada masa Moon Jae In dan Yoon Suk Yeol mempengaruhi evolusi Gerakan 4B menjadi Gerakan 6B. Pada masa pemerintahan Moon Jae In, pemerintahan lebih terbuka terhadap isu kesetaraan gender serta penguatan kebijjakan perlindungan Perempuan. Kondisi tersebut memberikan ruang bagi Gerakan 4B untuk berkembang sebagai bentuk kritik terhadap budaya patriarki. Sebaliknya pada masa pemerintahan Yoon Suk Yeol, menguatnya narasi anti feminisme, isu pembubaran Kementerian kesetaraan gender dan keluarga, serta berkurangnya dukungan institusional terhadap kebijakan kesetaraan gender. Perubahan tersebut mendorong Gerakan 4B untuk beradaptasi melalui perluasan strategi perjuangan menjadi 6B dengan mempekuat solidaritas Perempuan dan mencakup kapitalisme dan budaya konsumerisme. Evolusi Gerakan 4B menjadi Gerakan 6B merupakan respon terhadap perubahan struktur peluang politik yang membentuk strategi mobilisasi Gerakan sosial di Korea Selatan. | This study aims to analyze the factors causing the evolution of the 4B feminist movement into 6B in South Korea in the period 2018-2024. The 4B movement emerged as a form of women's resistance against the patriarchal system, through the rejection of heterosexual marriage, refusing to give birth, not dating and refusing heterosexual sexual relations. As the political conditions of South Korea changed, the 4B movement evolved into the 6B movement by adding two new principles that reject the purchase of sexist goods and reject patriarchal beauty standards. By using the Political Opportunity Structure (POS) Theory, this study attempts to analyze the factors of the evolution of the 4B movement into 6B by looking at the dynamics of South Korean politics as one of the factors driving the evolution of the movement. Changes in the structure of political opportunities during the Moon Jae In and Yoon Suk Yeol eras influenced the evolution of the 4B movement into the 6B movement. During the Moon Jae In administration, the government was more open to the issue of gender equality and strengthened policies to protect women. These conditions provided space for the 4B movement to develop as a form of criticism of patriarchal culture. In contrast, during the Yoon Suk Yeol administration, anti-feminist narratives intensified, the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family Affairs was disbanded, and institutional support for gender equality policies declined. These changes prompted the 4B Movement to adapt by expanding its struggle strategy to 6B, strengthening women's solidarity and encompassing capitalism and consumer culture. The evolution of the 4B Movement into the 6B Movement was a response to the changing political opportunity structure that shaped the mobilization strategies of social movements in South Korea. | |

Permasalahan ini muncul akibat adanya kesenjangan bahasa antara karyawan lokal yang menggunakan bahasa Indonesia dan karyawan asing yang menggunakan bahasa Mandarin sebagai bahasa komunikasi utama, sehingga diperlukan dokumen acuan kerja yang dapat dipahami oleh kedua belah pihak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan dokumen SOP planning mingguan yang disusun secara dwibahasa, yaitu bahasa Indonesia dan bahasa Mandarin, guna mempermudah karyawan baru dalam mencapai target kerja yang telah ditentukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data meliputi metode jelajah internet, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Dalam proses penyusunan padanan bahasa, digunakan metode penerjemahan komunikatif agar makna dari bahasa sumber ke bahasa sasaran dapat dipahami secara mudah, sekaligus menyesuaikan struktur bahasa dan makna dengan konteks budaya kerja perusahaan. Pendekatan ini mencerminkan sifat interdisipliner antara kajian bahasa dan kebutuhan industri dalam dunia kerja nyata. Hasil dari kegiatan ini berupa dokumen SOP planning mingguan dwibahasa Indonesia-Mandarin dalam format cetak Excel yang diserahkan kepada departemen PPIC. Keberadaan dokumen ini diharapkan dapat membantu karyawan baru, baik lokal maupun asing, dalam memahami serta melaksanakan pekerjaan sesuai target mingguan, sehingga turut mendukung efektivitas operasional perusahaan secara berkelanjutan. | The absence of a Weekly Planning Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Department at PT New March has caused newly recruited employees, both local staff and Chinese employees, to experience difficulties in understanding and managing the weekly work targets they are expected to achieve. This issue arises from the language gap between local employees, who use Indonesian, and Chinese employees, who use Mandarin as their primary language of communication. Therefore, a bilingual work reference document that can be understood by both parties is required. This study aims to produce a bilingual Weekly Planning SOP document in Indonesian and Mandarin to facilitate new employees in understanding and achieving the predetermined weekly work targets. The data were collected through internet research, interviews, and library research. In the translation process, the communicative translation method was employed to ensure that the meaning of the source language could be conveyed clearly and naturally in the target language while adapting the linguistic structure and meaning to the company's workplace culture. This approach reflects the interdisciplinary nature of language studies and industrial needs in the professional workplace. The outcome of this study is a bilingual Indonesian–Mandarin Weekly Planning SOP document in a printed Microsoft Excel format, which was submitted to the PPIC Department. The existence of this document is expected to assist both local and Chinese employees in understanding and carrying out their tasks according to the established weekly targets, thereby supporting the company's operational effectiveness on a sustainable basis. | |
| 50737 | 54149 | H1E022032 | Evaluasi Kinerja Supplier Kayu Laban Menggunakan Best Worst Method dan TOPSIS (Studi Kasus: UD Karomah Indah Purbalingga) | UD Karomah Indah adalah usaha produksi furnitur berbahan kayu di Purbalingga yang menggunakan kayu laban sebagai bahan baku utama dari empat supplier tetap. Perusahaan belum pernah melakukan evaluasi kinerja supplier secara berkala, sehingga sering muncul kendala kualitas bahan baku dan kapasitas pasokan yang tidak sesuai permintaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi kinerja supplier menggunakan metode Best Worst Method (BWM) untuk menentukan bobot tujuh kriteria dan empat belas sub kriteria, serta metode TOPSIS untuk menentukan peringkat supplier. Hasil BWM menunjukkan kriteria ketersediaan memiliki bobot tertinggi (0,3293), sedangkan hasil TOPSIS menunjukkan Supplier C menempati peringkat pertama dengan nilai preferensi 0,9724, diikuti Supplier A, Supplier B, dan Supplier D. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disusun usulan perbaikan bagi supplier berkinerja rendah dengan menjadikan Supplier C sebagai acuan pada sub kriteria prioritas. Hasil penelitian diharapkan membantu UD Karomah Indah menentukan prioritas pemesanan bahan baku dan menjaga hubungan kerja sama dengan supplier. | UD Karomah Indah is a wood-based furniture production business located in Purbalingga that uses laban wood as its main raw material, supplied by four regular suppliers. The company has never conducted a periodic supplier performance evaluation, which has resulted in recurring issues related to raw material quality and supply capacity that fail to meet demand. This study aims to evaluate supplier performance using the Best Worst Method (BWM) to determine the weights of seven criteria and fourteen sub-criteria, and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to rank supplier performance. The BWM results show that the availability criterion obtained the highest weight (0.3293), while the TOPSIS results show that Supplier C ranked first with a preference value of 0.9664, followed by Supplier A, Supplier B, and Supplier D. Based on these results, improvement proposals were formulated for lower-performing suppliers, using Supplier C as a benchmark on priority sub-criteria. The findings are expected to help UD Karomah Indah determine raw material ordering priorities and maintain sustainable partnerships with its suppliers. |
