Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Pakan merupakan biaya terbesar dalam budidaya ikan lele karena harganya yang mahal. Penelitian ini menguji efektifitas ecoenzyme dari limbah kulit pisang (rasio 3:1:10, fermentasi 4 bulan) untuk peningkatan laju pertumbuhan ikan lele (Clarias sp.) berukuran 9-12 cm. Menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan (dosis: 0, 20, 40, 60 ml/kg) dan 3 ulangan selama 28 hari. Parameter yang diukur yaitu panjang, berat, Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Total Growth (TG), Survival Rate (SR), suhu, dan pH. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemberian ecoenzyme dengan dosis berbeda berpengaruh nyata terhadap panjang mutlak benih ikan lele. Namun, tidak berbeda nyata terhadap pertumbuhan berat mutlak, Specific Growth Rate (SGR), dan survival rate. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada P1 dengan dosis 20 ml/kg. Kondisi kualitas air selama penelitian masih berada dalam kisaran optimal bagi pertumbuhan benih ikan lele.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Feed represents the largest cost in catfish farming due to its high price. This study examined the effectiveness of an eco-enzyme derived from banana peel waste (3:1:10 ratio, 4-month fermentation) in enhancing the growth rate of catfish Clarias sp. measuring 9–12 cm. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed, featuring four treatments (dosages: 0, 20, 40, and 60 ml/kg) and three replicates over a 28-day period. The parameters measured included length, weight, Specific Growth Rate (SGR), Total Growth (TG), Survival Rate (SR), temperature, and pH. The results indicated that the administration of the eco-enzyme at varying dosages had a significant effect on the absolute length of the catfish fingerlings. However, no significant differences were observed regarding absolute weight growth, Specific Growth Rate (SGR), or survival rate. The best result was obtained with treatment P1 (20 ml/kg dosage). Water quality conditions throughout the study remained within the optimal range for catfish fingerling growth.
