CAKRAWALA SERVIS RESOLUSINDO (Studi Kasus Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Kediri No. 33/Pdt.G/2024/PN Kdr) | Perkembangan industri jasa kebersihan hunian memunculkan praktik perjanjian baku yang lazim digunakan oleh pelaku usaha jasa cleaning service, yang dalam pelaksanaannya sering kali memuat klausula eksonerasi berupa pembatasan atau pengalihan tanggung jawab pelaku usaha kepada konsumen. Meskipun Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen secara tegas melarang pencantuman klausula semacam itu, pelanggaran dalam praktiknya tetap terjadi sebagaimana tercermin dalam perkara antara Fransiscus Leo melawan PT Cakrawala Servis Resolusindo dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Kediri Nomor 33/Pdt.G/2024/PN Kdr. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen berdasarkan UUPK terhadap klausula eksonerasi dalam Terms of Service PT CSR, serta mengkaji akibat hukum yang timbul dari putusan tersebut bagi pelaku usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach), pendekatan kasus (case approach), dan pendekatan konseptual (conceptual approach). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga klausula dalam Terms of Service PT CSR yakni klausula pengecualian garansi pada area pasca pembangunan, pembatasan ganti rugi sebesar nilai pekerjaan harian, dan kewenangan mutlak manajemen dalam menentukan kompensasi terbukti melanggar Pasal 18 ayat (1) huruf a dan huruf f UUPK, sehingga dinyatakan batal demi hukum. Perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen dalam perkara ini telah terwujud secara preventif melalui norma larangan UUPK, dan secara represif melalui putusan pengadilan yang mengabulkan gugatan Penggugat. Adapun akibat hukum bagi PT CSR bersifat multidimensional, secara perdata diwajibkan membayar ganti rugi materiil sebesar Rp103.851.000,00 dan immateriil sebesar Rp100.000.000,00 secara tanggung renteng; secara administratif diwajibkan menyesuaikan Terms of Service nya berdasarkan Pasal 18 ayat (4) UUPK; serta berpotensi dikenai sanksi pidana berdasarkan Pasal 62 ayat (1) UUPK apabila terdapat pengaduan yang ditindaklanjuti. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan Konsumen, Klausula Eksonerasi, Perjanjian Baku | The growing residential cleaning service industry has given rise to widespread use of standard contracts by service providers, which frequently contain exoneration clauses that limit or transfer the business operator's liability to consumers. Although Article 18 of Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection explicitly prohibits the inclusion of such clauses, violations continue to occur in practice, as evidenced by the dispute between Fransiscus Leo and PT Cakrawala Servis Resolusindo in Kediri District Court Decision Number 33/Pdt.G/2024/PN Kdr. This study aims to analyze consumer legal protection under the Consumer Protection Law against the exoneration clauses contained in PT CSR's Terms of Service, and to examine the legal consequences arising from the court's decision for the business operator. The research employs a normative juridical method with a statute approach, a case approach, and a conceptual approach. The findings reveal that the three clauses in PT CSR's Terms of Service namely the warranty exclusion clause for post-construction areas, the limitation of compensation to the daily service fee, and the absolute authority granted to management in determining compensation were found to be in violation of Article 18 paragraph (1) letters a and f of the Consumer Protection Law, and were consequently declared null and void. Consumer legal protection in this case was realized preventively through the prohibitive norms of the Consumer Protection Law, and repressively through the court's decision upholding the plaintiff's claim. The legal consequences for PT CSR are multidimensional, in civil terms, PT CSR is obligated to pay material damages of Rp103,851,000.00 and non-material damages of Rp100,000,000.00 jointly and severally; in administrative terms, PT CSR is required to revise its Terms of Service in accordance with Article 18 paragraph (4) of the Consumer Protection Law; and potentially subject to criminal sanctions under Article 62 paragraph (1) of the Consumer Protection Law should a formal complaint be filed and pursued. | 50962 | 54371 | E1A022129 | IMPLEMENTASI DIGITALISASI BERKAS PERKARA PIDANA MELALUI SISTEM E-BERPADU TERHADAP ASAS PERADILAN CEPAT, SEDERHANA, DAN BIAYA RINGAN DI PENGADILAN NEGERI CILACAP | Mahkamah Agung menghadirkan Sistem Elektronik Berkas Pidana Terpadu (E-Berpadu) sebagai bentuk digitalisasi administrasi perkara pidana guna mewujudkan asas peradilan cepat, sederhana, dan biaya ringan. Pengadilan Negeri Cilacap, sebagai pengadilan kelas IA yang tidak termasuk lokasi uji coba awal. Dinamika yang terjadi membuat Pengadilan Negeri Cilacap harus menyesuaikan diri dengan sistem tersebut di tengah cakupan wilayah dan beban perkara yang besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi digitalisasi berkas perkara pidana melalui sistem E-Berpadu di Pengadilan Negeri Cilacap, serta menganalisis implikasinya terhadap asas peradilan cepat, sederhana, dan biaya ringan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis empiris dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan spesifikasi deskriptif-analitis. Informan ditentukan melalui teknik purposive sampling, meliputi hakim, panitera muda hukum, dan lembaga bantuan hukum di Pengadilan Negeri Cilacap. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Keseluruhan data disajikan secara naratif, dan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis isi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi E-Berpadu di Pengadilan Negeri Cilacap secara umum sudah berjalan baik dan progresif dari segi kecepatan proses administrasi pekara, transparansi, dan integrasi data antarinstansi penegak hukum. Meskipun masih ditemui kendala dari sisi kesiapan aparat, stabilitas sarana teknis, dan pemahaman masyarakat. Dari sisi implikasi, sistem E-Berpadu terbukti memberi pengaruh positif dengan menyederhanakan alur administrasi, mempercepat proses penanganan berkas perkara, dan menekan biaya operasional kepaniteraan, sehingga mendukung terwujudnya asas peradilan cepat, sederhana, dan biaya ringan. | The Supreme Court has introduced the Integrated Electronic Criminal Case File System (E-Berpadu) as part of the digitization of criminal case administration to realize the principles of swift, simple, and cost-effective justice. The Cilacap District Court, as a Class IA court, was not included in the initial pilot program. The resulting dynamics have forced the Cilacap District Court to adapt to this system despite its extensive jurisdiction and heavy caseload. This study aims to examine the implementation of criminal case file digitization through the E-Berpadu system at the Cilacap District Court and to analyze its implications for the principles of swift, simple, and cost-effective justice. The research method employed is an empirical legal study using a qualitative approach with descriptive-analytical specifications. Informants were selected through purposive sampling, including judges, junior court clerks, and legal aid institutions at the Cilacap District Court. Data were collected through interviews and a literature review. All data are presented narratively and analyzed using content analysis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of E-Berpadu at the Cilacap District Court has generally been successful and progressive in terms of the speed of case administration, transparency, and data integration among law enforcement agencies. However, challenges remain regarding the readiness of personnel, the stability of technical infrastructure, and public understanding. In terms of its implications, the E-Berpadu system has proven to have a positive impact by streamlining administrative procedures, expediting the processing of case files, and reducing the operational costs of the court clerks’ office, thereby supporting the realization of the principles of speedy, simple, and affordable justice. | |
| 50963 | 54303 | H1B022098 | Reliability Assessment of Site Fire Protection Facilities: A Case Study of Integrated Medical Education Building | Kejadian kebakaran masih menimbulkan korban jiwa dan kerugian ekonomi yang signifikan, yang mencerminkan adanya kesenjangan yang terus berlangsung antara sistem proteksi kebakaran yang direncanakan dan implementasinya di lapangan. Proteksi kebakaran seyogyanya dipahami bukan sekadar sebagai beban biaya, melainkan sebagai investasi jangka panjang yang melindungi keselamatan jiwa, aset, dan keberlangsungan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Nilai Keandalan Sistem Keselamatan Bangunan (NKSKB) pada Gedung Integrated Medical Education (IME), Fakultas Kedokteran, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, yang merupakan fasilitas pendidikan bertingkat tinggi dengan klasifikasi bangunan kelas 9b. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dokumentasi teknis, serta pengukuran yang diekstraksi dari gambar Detail Engineering Design (DED) menggunakan AutoCAD. Data tersebut kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode skoring berdasarkan pedoman Pd-T-11-2005-C dan diberi pembobotan melalui metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa komponen sarana penyelamatan dan proteksi kebakaran tapak bangunan memperoleh nilai total sebesar 21,15% dari nilai maksimum yang dapat dicapai sebesar 25%. Rekomendasi perbaikan utama yang diusulkan meliputi konversi sistem perpipaan menjadi sistem loop, peningkatan kapasitas penampungan air, serta pemasangan pompa booster khusus, dengan penekanan utama pada perbaikan sistem perpipaan yang terdapat di dalam shaft vertikal. | Fire incidents continue to cause significant casualties and economic losses, reflecting a persistent gap between fire protection and their field implementation. Fire protection should be understood not merely as a cost burden but as a long-term investment that safeguards lives, assets, and economic continuity. This study evaluates Building Safety System Reliability Value (NKSKB) of the Integrated Medical Education (IME) Building, Faculty of Medicine, Jenderal Soedirman University, a high-rise educational facility classified as building class 9b. Data were collected through direct observation, interviews, technical documentation, measurement extracted from the Detail Engineering Design (DED) drawings using AutoCAD, and then analyzed using the scoring method based on Indonesian guideline Pd-T-11-2005-C and weighted through the Analytical Hierarchy Process. The site fire protection facilities component yields a total of 21.15% out of the maximum possible 25%. SUMBER GRAHA SEJAHTERA) | Dalam manajemen rantai pasok, supplier memiliki peran penting dalam menjamin ketersediaan bahan baku dan kelancaran proses produksi. Ketidaksesuaian kualitas, jumlah, maupun waktu pengiriman bahan baku dapat mengganggu operasional perusahaan dan memengaruhi pemenuhan permintaan pelanggan. PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera Cabang Purbalingga sebagai perusahaan pengolahan kayu lapis (plywood) dan veneer mengalami permasalahan berupa ketidaksesuaian antara purchase order dan realisasi kedatangan bahan baku kayu sengon dari supplier. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kriteria dan subkriteria evaluasi kinerja supplier, menentukan bobot prioritas setiap kriteria dan subkriteria, serta memperoleh peringkat supplier terbaik menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada Kepala Gudang sebagai responden ahli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat empat kriteria dan delapan subkriteria yang valid dalam evaluasi kinerja supplier. Kriteria kualitas memiliki bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,5246, diikuti pengiriman sebesar 0,2069, biaya sebesar 0,0899, dan pelayanan sebesar 0,0616. Pada tingkat subkriteria, penyedia bahan tanpa cacat memperoleh bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,3062, diikuti kesesuaian barang dengan spesifikasi sebesar 0,2184. Hasil pemeringkatan menunjukkan bahwa Supplier E menempati peringkat pertama dengan bobot prioritas sebesar 0,0642, diikuti Supplier B, Supplier A, Supplier C, dan Supplier D. Inconsistencies in the quality, quantity, and delivery time of raw materials can disrupt company operations and affect customer demand fulfillment. PT Sumber Graha Sejahtera Purbalingga Branch, a plywood and veneer manufacturing company, faces problems related to discrepancies between purchase orders and the actual arrival of sengon wood raw materials from suppliers. This study aims to identify the criteria and subcriteria used for supplier performance evaluation, determine the priority weights of each criterion and subcriterion, and rank the best suppliers using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires distributed to the Warehouse Manager as the expert respondent. The results indicate that four criteria and eight subcriteria were considered valid for supplier performance evaluation. The quality criterion obtained the highest weight of 0.5246, followed by delivery (0.2069), cost (0.0899), and service (0.0616). At the subcriteria level, defect-free material supply received the highest weight of 0.3062, followed by conformity to specifications with a weight of 0.2184. The supplier ranking results showed that Supplier E achieved the highest priority weight of 0.0642, followed by Supplier B, Supplier A, Supplier C, and Supplier D. These findings can serve as a basis for the company in determining priority suppliers and improving the effectiveness of supplier relationship management. | |

Layu fusarium yang disebabkan oleh Fusarium oxysporum merupakan penyakit penting pada tanaman cabai yang dapat menurunkan pertumbuhan dan hasil. Trichoderma sp. merupakan salah satu antagonis alami yang efektif menghambat pertumbuhan F. oxysporum melalui mekanisme antibiosis, kompetisi nutrisi, dan parasitisme. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan formulasi nanosuspensi Bio T10 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap pengendalian layu fusarium dan pertumbuhan tanaman cabai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman menggunakan metode eksperimental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nanosuspensi Bio T10 memiliki ukuran partikel rata-rata 930,8 nm. Nanosuspensi Bio T10 meningkatkan daya hambat terhadap F. oxysporum sebesar 30,76%, serta menurunkan kerapatan konidium sebesar 23,76% dan berat kering miselium sebesar 60,29% dibandingkan propineb 70%. Pengamatan mikroskopis menunjukkan perubahan morfologi hifa berupa keriting, membengkak, dan membelok. Nanosuspensi Bio T10 memperpanjang masa inkubasi sebesar 12,72%, serta menurunkan intensitas penyakit sebesar 44,44%, laju infeksi sebesar 57,16%, dan AUDPC sebesar 52,63% dibandingkan propineb 70%. Nanosuspensi Bio T10 meningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 12,25%, jumlah daun sebesar 47,65%, berat segar tanaman sebesar 38,97%, berat kering tanaman sebesar 25,42%, berat segar akar sebesar 52,14%, dan berat kering akar sebesar 42,10% dibandingkan kontrol. | Red chili peppers are a horticultural crop with high economic value in Indonesia. Fusarium wilt, caused by Fusarium oxysporum, is a major disease of chili pepper plants that can reduce growth and yield. Trichoderma sp. is a natural antagonist that effectively inhibits the growth of F. oxysporum through the mechanisms of antibiosis, nutrient competition, and parasitism. This study developed a Bio T10 nanosuspension formulation to determine its effect on the control of Fusarium wilt and chili plant growth. The research was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory and screenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, using an experimental design. The results showed that the Bio T10 nanosuspension had an average particle size of 930.8 nm. The Bio T10 nanosuspension increased the inhibitory effect against F. oxysporum by 30.76%, and reduced conidia density by 23.76% and dry weight of mycelium by 60.29% compared to propineb 70%. Microscopic observations revealed morphological changes in the hyphae, including curling, swelling, and bending. The Bio T10 nanosuspension prolonged the incubation period by 12.72% and reduced disease intensity by 44.44%, the infection rate by 57.16%, and AUDPC by 52.63% compared to propineb 70%. | 50966 | 54374 | H1C022036 | GEOLOGI DAN KONTROL BATUAN INDUK TERHADAP KARAKTERISTIK PENGAYAAN BAUKSIT LATERIT PADA DAERAH SEBADU DAN SEKITARNYA, KABUPATEN LANDAK, PROVINSI KALIMANTAN BARAT | Bauksit merupakan bijih utama aluminium yang terdiri dari hydrous aluminium oksida dan aluminium hidroksida yang terdiri dari mineral boehmite γ-AlO(OH), mineral gibbsite (Al(OH)3), dan diaspore α-AlO(OH) yang sama - sama dengan oksida atau hidroksida besi, silika, titanium oksida, dan aluminium silikat (Bardossy, 1982). Potensi bauksit di Indonesia harus dioptimalkan dengan adanya eksplorasi sumberdaya bauksit pada daerah – daerah yang diindikasi terdapat cadangan bauksit melalui penelitian berupa pemetaan geologi dan laterit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi geologi secara umum (sebaran litologi), pola distribusi endapan bauksit laterit, dan pengaruh batuan induk terhadap karakteristik pengayaan bauksit laterit. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu pemetaan geologi dan laterit, analisis petrografi (sayatan tipis), analisis XRD (X-Ray Diffraction), dan analisis XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) pada sumur uji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa geologi daerah penelitian terdiri atas satuan batuan granodiorit, satuan batuan diorit porfiri, dan endapan aluvial. Pola distribusi endapan bauksit laterit menggambarkan bahwa bauksit rendah silika terbentuk di zona flat upland, bauksit silika menengah terbentuk pada zona hill slope, dan bauksit silika tinggi terbentuk pada zona lowland basin. Berdasarkan batuan induk (parent rock) membentuk pengayaan bauksit laterit yang berbeda sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kandungan mineralogi setiap litologinya. Bauksit laterit diorit porfiri memiliki kandungan alumina (Al2O3) yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan bauksit laterit granodiorit, sedangkan kandungan TSiO2 dan RSiO2 pada bauksit diorit porfiri lebih rendah dibandingkan bauksit granodiorit. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui tingginya keterdapatan mineral feldspar dan plagioklas pada batuan diorit porfiri, sedangkan mineral kuarsa memiliki keterdapatan yang relatif tinggi pada batuan granodiorit. Dari mineralogi tersebut, keterdapatan mineral gibbsit pada diorit porfiri juga lebih tinggi dibandingkan pada batuan granodiorit. Oleh karena itu, berdasarkan pengaruh batuan induk terhadap pengayaan kandungan kadar Al2O3 menghasilkan endapan bauksit laterit diorit porfiri memiliki kualitas yang lebih tinggi dengan cut of grade bauksit medium – high grade, sedangkan bauksit laterit granodiorit memiliki kualitas yang lebih rendah dengan cut of grade bauksit low – high grade. | Bauxite is the main ore of aluminum consisting of hydrous aluminum oxide and aluminum hydroxide consisting of boehmite γ-AlO(OH), gibbsite (Al(OH)3), and diaspore α-AlO(OH) minerals which are the same as iron oxide or hydroxide, silica, titanium oxide, and aluminium silicate (Bardossy, 1982). The potential of bauxite in Indonesia must be optimized by exploring bauxite resources in areas indicated to have bauxite reserves through research in the form of geological and laterite mapping. This study aims to determine the general geological conditions (lithology distribution), distribution patterns of laterite bauxite deposits, and the influence of host rocks on the characteristics of laterite bauxite enrichment. The methods used in the study are geological and laterite mapping, petrographic analysis (thin section), XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) analysis, and XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence) analysis in test pit. The results of the study indicate that the geology of the study area consists of granodiorite rock units, porphyry diorite rock units, and alluvial deposits. The distribution pattern of laterite bauxite deposits illustrates that low silica bauxite is formed in the flat upland zone, medium silica bauxite is formed in the hill slope zone, and high silica bauxite is formed in the lowland basin zone. Based on the parent rock, it forms different enrichments of laterite bauxite according to the characteristics and mineralogical content of each lithology. Porphyry diorite laterite bauxite has a higher alumina (Al2O3) content than granodiorite laterite bauxite, while the TSiO2 and RSiO2 content in porphyry diorite bauxite is lower than in granodiorite bauxite. This is evidenced by the high presence of feldspar and plagioclase minerals in porphyry diorite rocks, while quartz minerals have a relatively high presence in granodiorite rocks. From the mineralogy, the presence of gibbsite minerals in porphyry diorite is also higher than in granodiorite rocks. Therefore, based on the influence of the source rock on the enrichment of Al2O3 content, the porphyry diorite laterite bauxite deposits have higher quality with a medium-high grade bauxite cut-off grade, while the granodiorite laterite bauxite has lower quality with a low-high grade bauxite cut-off grade. | |

Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan lokasi penelitian di Perusahaan XYZ. Sasaran penelitian yakni perempuan yang bekerja di Perusahaan XYZ, dengan teknik penentuan informan menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Sumber data primer menggunakan hasil wawancara yang diperoleh, dan data sekunder menggunakan dokumen relevan mengenai fenomena glass ceiling. Metode analisis data milik Miles dan Huberman digunakan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Teknik validasi data menggunakan triangulasi data dengan melibatkan informan pendukung. Temuan penelitian ini menjelaskan persepsi perempuan mengenai fenomena glass ceiling melalui empat persepsi utama di mana terdapat beberapa subtema persepsi yang dianggap sebagai hambatan, dan yang tidak dianggap sebagai hambatan. This research employs a qualitative methodology set in Company XYZ. The target of this study comprises women working at Company XYZ, with informants selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data collection methods include interviews, documentation, and observation. Primary data sources consist of interview results obtained, while secondary data sources utilize relevant documents concerning the glass ceiling phenomenon. The data analysis method by Miles and Huberman is applied through the stages of data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Data validation techniques utilize data triangulation involving supporting informants. The findings of this study explain women's perceptions of the glass ceiling phenomenon through four main dimensions, within which several sub-themes are identified as barriers, and others as non-barriers. Women's strategies for facing these obstacles focus on utilizing the resources they already possess to develop their careers, rather than overhauling external barriers. | |

Penelitian dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Sumbang, Pekuncen, Ajibarang, dan Kembaran dengan menggunakan metode survei. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive sampling, pengambilan sampel sebanyak 60 peternak dilakukan dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan analisis pendapatan, analisis farmer's share, Independent Sample T-Test untuk pengujian beda pendapatan, dan Mann-Whitney U Test untuk pengujian beda farmer's share. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat dua jenis saluran pemasaran di lokasi penelitian, yaitu saluran pemasaran langsung dan saluran pemasaran tidak langsung. Rata-rata pendapatan peternak pada saluran pemasaran langsung tercatat sebesar Rp19.115.500 per 100 ekor per periode dengan perolehan nilai farmer's share sebesar 100%. Rata-rata pendapatan pada saluran pemasaran tidak langsung sebesar Rp15.546.847 per 100 ekor per periode dengan nilai farmer's share sebesar 91,95%. Hasil uji statistik membuktikan bahwa terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pendapatan dan farmer's share yang signifikan secara nyata antara peternak pada kedua saluran pemasaran tersebut (p<0,05). Saluran pemasaran langsung terbukti memberikan efisiensi dan proporsi penerimaan harga yang lebih maksimal bagi peternak karena mampu mengeliminasi potongan margin dari lembaga perantara. Peternak disarankan menerapkan strategi kombinasi saluran untuk menyeimbangkan margin keuntungan dengan kontinuitas serapan produksi harian. | This study aimed to identify the types of marketing channels, determine the amount of income and farmer's share, and analyze the differences in income and farmer's share of laying hen farmers based on different marketing channels in Banyumas Regency. The research was conducted in Sumbang, Pekuncen, Ajibarang, and Kembaran Sub-districts using a survey method. The location was selected through purposive sampling, while a sample of 60 farmers was drawn using a stratified random sampling technique. Data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis, income analysis, farmer's share analysis, Independent Sample T-Test for income comparison, and Mann-Whitney U Test for farmer's share comparison. The results showed that there were two types of marketing channels: direct and indirect marketing channels. The average income of farmers in the direct marketing channel was IDR 19,115,500 per 100 birds per period with a farmer's share value of 100%. The average income in the indirect marketing channel was IDR 15,546,847 per 100 birds per period with a farmer's share Vol. No. Juli 2026 value of 91.95%. Statistical tests proved that there was a significant difference in the average income and farmer's share between farmers in the two marketing channels (p<0.05). The direct marketing channel proved to provide higher financial efficiency and a more optimal proportion of price received for farmers because it eliminates the margin deductions from intermediary institutions. Dengan demikian, metode variasi iterasi efektif digunakan untuk memperoleh solusi pendekatan persamaan coupled Burgers. | The coupled Burgers equation is a nonlinear partial differential equation and its analytical solution is not always available, requiring the use of approximation methods. This study discusses the solution of the coupled Burgers equation using a semi-analytical method, Variational Iteration Method. The objective of this study aims to apply the Variational Iteration Method to obtain an approximate solution of the coupled Burgers. The research was conducted by constructing the correction functional, determining the Lagrange multiplier, performing substitution and iteration processes, simulating the iterative solutions using wxMaxima software, and analyzing the resulting solution. The results show that the Variational Iteration Method produces an approximate solution for coupled Burgers equation. The solution simulation indicates that the solution exhibits a wave pattern with propagation and amplitude damping behavior. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi bakteri methane seep sebagai pendegradasi PAH serta mengidentifikasi spesiesnya berdasarkan gen 16S rRNA. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimental terhadap 75 isolat bakteri koleksi Laboratorium Mikrobiologi Laut BRIN yang diskrining menggunakan sublimation test terhadap senyawa dibenzothiophene, fluorene, dan phenanthrene, dilanjutkan dengan pewarnaan Gram, ekstraksi DNA, amplifikasi PCR gen 16S rRNA, serta analisis BLAST dan pohon filogenetik menggunakan MEGA12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 75 isolat tersebut, diperoleh 8 isolat pendegradasi dibenzothiophene, 6 isolat fluorene, dan 6 isolat phenanthrene yang membentuk zona bening, dengan 4 isolat terbaik (MBAC24-PAH-26, -27, -31, dan -32) yang mampu mendegradasi ketiga senyawa tersebut. Isolat MBAC24-PAH 26 teridentifikasi sebagai Bacillus firmus dengan kemiripan 99,65% dan nilai bootstrap 98. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa methane seep Perairan Sabang menyimpan bakteri Gram positif berpotensi tinggi sebagai agen bioremediasi PAH di lingkungan laut. | Marine pollution caused by petroleum containing Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAH) was a global environmental problem that remained persistent, toxic, and carcinogenic, while information on PAH-degrading microbes originating from methane seeps in Sabang Waters was still limited. This study aimed to determine the potential of methane seep bacteria as PAH degraders and to identify their species based on the 16S rRNA gene. The method used was experimental, applied to 75 bacterial isolates from the collection of the Marine Microbiology Laboratory, BRIN, which were screened using a sublimation test against dibenzothiophene, fluorene, and phenanthrene, followed by Gram staining, DNA extraction, PCR amplification of the 16S rRNA gene, and BLAST and phylogenetic tree analysis using MEGA12. The results showed that among the 75 isolates, 8 isolates degraded dibenzothiophene, 6 isolates degraded fluorene, and 6 isolates degraded phenanthrene, as indicated by the formation of clear zones, with 4 of the best isolates (MBAC24-PAH-26, -27, -31, and -32) being able to degrade all three compounds. Isolate MBAC24-PAH-26 was identified as Bacillus firmus with a 99.65% similarity and a bootstrap value of 98. This study concluded that the methane seep in Sabang Waters harbored Gram-positive bacteria with high potential as PAH bioremediation agents in the marine environment. | |

The study was conducted from December 2025–January 2026 at the Marine Biology Laboratory, Faculty of Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Jenderal Soedirman University using an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD). Treatments consisted of control, NPK fertilizer 16:16:16, a combination of Urea:ZA:TSP fertilizer with a ratio of 3:2:1, and 2:2:1. The parameters observed included absolute growth (PM), relative growth rate (RGR), survival rate (SR), and water quality. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis test. The results showed that all treatments experienced a decrease in biomass during 28 days of maintenance. Kepemilikan institusional berpengaruh positif terhadap risiko kredit, tetapi tidak terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Komite audit berpengaruh negatif terhadap pertumbuhan laba dan risiko kredit. Tujuan laporan ini adalah untuk menggambarkan kegiatan yang dilakukan selama magang, menjelaskan proses pembuatan konten video promosi pariwisata dengan pendekatan visual, serta mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dan solusi yang dapat diterapkan. Beberapa metode digunakan dalam laporan ini, yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Observasi dilakukan dengan mengunjungi langsung lokasi-lokasi yang telah dipilih sebelumnya. Wawancara dilakukan dengan pembimbing magang dan staf museum untuk memperoleh informasi terperinci mengenai objek wisata tersebut. Dokumentasi meliputi pengumpulan bahan visual, pencatatan langsung kegiatan di lapangan, serta pengumpulan informasi yang dapat berguna selama masa magang. Selama proses produksi, saya menghadapi beberapa kendala, antara lain kondisi cuaca yang tidak menentu, pencahayaan yang terbatas, serta pembatasan akses ke beberapa area museum untuk keperluan syuting. Melalui magang ini, saya telah memperoleh pengalaman dan wawasan baru, terutama di bidang promosi pariwisata, produksi video, dan teknik bercerita. | This final report discusses the job training project at Dinas Budaya Pariwisata Rembang (DinBudPar), where the internship was conducted for three months, from early September to the end of November, focusing on the creation of tourism promotional videos using visual storytelling techniques for social media platforms. The purpose of this report is to describe the activities undertaken during the internship, explain the process of creating promotional tourism video content using a visual approach, and identify the challenges encountered and the solutions that can be implemented. Several methods were used in this report, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were conducted by visiting the pre-selected locations in person. Interviews were conducted with the internship supervisor and museum staff to obtain detailed information about the tourist sites. Documentation involved collecting visual materials, recording field activities directly, and compiling information that could be useful during the internship. During the production process, I encountered several challenges, including unpredictable weather conditions, limited lighting, and restrictions on access to certain areas of the museum for filming. However, I was able to overcome these challenges by reshooting scenes and consulting directly with museum supervisors and staff to ensure the accuracy and quality of the promotional video. Terapi cold pack merupakan intervensi non-farmakologis yang potensial untuk mereduksi nyeri tersebut melalui efek vasokonstriksi. Tujuan: Mengkaji penerapan terapi cold pack terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri tenggorokan pada pasien pasca ekstubasi di ICU RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Metode: Studi kasus deskriptif pada tiga responden dewasa pasca ekstubasi. Nyeri diukur menggunakan Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) sebelum dan sesudah aplikasi cold pack, intervensi dilakukan selama 15 menit di area leher depan. Hasil: Sebelum intervensi, ketiga responden melaporkan skala nyeri 3, 4, dan 5 (nyeri ringan hingga sedang). Setelah diberikan terapi cold pack, seluruh responden menunjukkan penurunan intensitas nyeri menjadi skala 1 dan 3. Penurunan skor nyeri yang konsisten (1–2 poin) membuktikan efektivitas suhu dingin dalam menghambat impuls nyeri melalui mekanisme gate control. Kesimpulan: Terapi cold pack efektif dalam menurunkan nyeri tenggorokan pasca-ekstubasi. Intervensi ini direkomendasikan sebagai asuhan keperawatan mandiri yang aman, ekonomis, dan aplikatif untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan pasien di ruang intensif. | Background: The use of Endotracheal Tubes (ETT) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) frequently causes Post-Operative Sore Throat (POST) due to mechanical trauma and mucosal inflammation. Cold pack therapy is a potential non-pharmacological intervention to reduce this pain through vasoconstriction. Objective: To evaluate the application of cold pack therapy in reducing post-extubation sore throat pain intensity at the ICU of RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Method: A descriptive case study of three post-extubation adult patients. Pain was measured using the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) before and after applying a cold pack to the anterior neck for 15 minutes. Results: Pre-intervention pain scores were 3, 4, and 5 (mild to moderate). Post-intervention, all patients showed decreased pain scores to 1 and 3. This consistent 1–2 point reduction proves that cold temperatures effectively inhibit pain impulses via the gate control mechanism. Conclusion: Cold pack therapy effectively reduces post-extubation sore throat pain. It is recommended as a safe, economical, and applicable independent nursing intervention to improve patient comfort in the ICU. | |

Perlakuan yang diberikan meliputi R0 (pakan basal yang terdiri dari hijauan segar sebanyak 55%, ampas tahu 20% dan konsentrat sebanyak 25% + 1,5 ppm kromium organik + 0,3 ppm selenium organik), R1 (R0 + tepung Lemna 1%), R2 (R0 + tepung Lemna 2%), dan R3 (R0 + tepung Lemna 3%). Parameter yang diamati meliputi konsumsi energi, kecernaan energi, dan efisiensi penggunaan energi untuk sintesis susu (EPESS). Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Duncan serta analisis orthogonal polinomial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suplementasi tepung Lemna berpengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap konsumsi energi dan kecernaan energi, sedangkan hasil perhitungan efisiensi penggunaan energi untuk sintesis susu (EPESS) yaitu berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa suplementasi tepung lemna dalam pakan kambing perah pada dosis 2% meningkatkan konsumsi energi sebesar 10,74% dibandingkan pakan kontrol serta meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan energi untuk sintesis susu (EPESS) sebesar 20,57%. Sixteen lactating Sapera goats were assigned in a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of four treatments and four replications. The dietary treatments were R0 (basal diet comprising 55% fresh forage, 20% tofu dregs, and 25% concentrate + 1.5 ppm organic chromium + 0.3 ppm organic selenium), R1 (R0 + 1% Lemna meal), R2 (R0 + 2% Lemna meal), and R3 (R0 + 3% Lemna meal). Parameters evaluated included energy intake, energy digestibility, and efficiency of energy utilization for milk synthesis (EMES). Data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) and orthogonal polynomial analysis. The results indicated that Lemna meal supplementation had a highly significant effect (P < 0.01) on energy intake and energy digestibility, as well as a significant effect (P < 0.05) on the efficiency of energy utilization for milk synthesis (EMES). In conclusion, supplementation with 2% Lemna meal in dairy goat diets increased energy intake by 10.74% compared to the control diet and improved the efficiency of energy utilization for milk synthesis (EMES) by 20.57%. Perlakuan yang diberikan yaitu P1: pakan komersial + antibiotik 0,05%, P2: pakan komersial + probiotik 0,5%, P3: pakan komersial + probiotik 0,5% + herbal meniran 4%, P4: pakan komersial + probiotik 0,5% + herbal meniran 8%, dan P5: pakan komersial + probiotik 0,5% + herbal meniran 12%. Variabel yang diamati adalah bobot telur dan indeks telur. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi dan dilanjutkan dengan uji BNJ apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata bobot telur pada perlakuan P1, P2, P3, P4, dan P5 berturut-turut sebesar 11,21; 11,22; 11,65; 11,46; dan 11,30 g, sedangkan rata-rata indeks telur berturut-turut sebesar 76,49%; 77,25%; 78,18%; 79,34%; dan 76,91%. Secara deskriptif, bobot telur tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan P3 (11,65 g), sedangkan indeks telur tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan P4 (79,34%). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa pemberian antibiotik maupun kombinasi probiotik dengan herbal meniran memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap bobot telur maupun indeks telur puyuh. | This study aimed to determine the effect of antibiotic supplementation and the combination of probiotics with Phyllanthus niruri L. (meniran) on egg weight and egg index of Japanese quail (Coturnix coturnix japonica). The materials used were 100 laying quails aged 8 weeks, reared for 60 days. The experiment employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of five treatments and four replications, with each replication consisting of five quails. The treatments were as follows: P1 = commercial feed + 0.05% antibiotic; P2 = commercial feed + 0.5% probiotic; P3 = commercial feed + 0.5% probiotic + 4% P. niruri herbal powder; P4 = commercial feed + 0.5% probiotic + 8% P. niruri herbal powder; and P5 = commercial feed + 0.5% probiotic + 12% P. niruri herbal powder. The observed variables were egg weight and egg index. The data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA), followed by the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test when a significant effect was detected. The results showed that the average egg weights of treatments P1, P2, P3, P4, and P5 were 11.21, 11.22, 11.65, 11.46, and 11.30 g, respectively, while the average egg indices were 76.49%, 77.25%, 78.18%, 79.34%, and 76.91%, respectively. Descriptively, the highest egg weight was obtained in treatment P3 (11.65 g), whereas the highest egg index was recorded in treatment P4 (79.34%). Analysis of variance indicated that the supplementation of antibiotics and the combination of probiotics with P. niruri herbal powder had significant no effect (P>0.05) on either egg weight or egg index of Japanese quail. | |

Mereka sering datang tanpa dokumen hukum dan dalam kondisi rentan, membutuhkan bantuan dasar. Negara tujuan atau transit seperti Indonesia dan Malaysia, menghadapi tantangan besar dalam menangani pencari suaka karena tidak memiliki dasar hukum internasional untuk mengatur status dan hak mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan pengaturan pengungsi dalam hukum internasional, dan menganalisis perbandingan penanganan pengungsi dan pencari suaka di Indonesia dan Malaysia yang belum meratifikasi Konvensi Pengungsi 1951. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan pendekatan komparatif. Spesifikasi penelitian dalam penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif analitis dengan sumber data sekunder. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tinjauan kepustakaan kemudian disajikan dalam teks naratif yang dianalisis secara normatif kualitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, pengaturan mengenai pengungsi dan pencari suaka telah diatur dalam Konvensi Pengungsi 1951 dan Protokol 1967 yang diterapkan oleh negara-negara penandatangan konvensi, dan juga telah diatur dalam instrumen-instrumen regional. Pengaturan regional Asia khususnya Asia Tenggara tidak mengatur secara spesifik mengenai pencari suaka dan pengungsi sehingga penanganan mengacu pada hukum nasional negara penerima. Indonesia dan Malaysia sebagai negara non-penandatangan memiliki penanganan yang berbeda. Indonesia memiliki Peraturan Presiden Nomor 125 tahun 2016 yang mengatur penanganan pengungsi, sedangkan Malaysia tidak memiliki pengaturan khusus untuk warga negara asing yang masuk tanpa dokumen. | Armed conflicts, discrimination, and abuses of power globally force many individuals to flee their homelands as asylum seekers. They often arrive without legal documents and in vulnerable conditions, needing basic assistance such as shelter, healthcare and education. States of destination or transit, such as Indonesia and Malaysia, face major challenges in dealing with the flow of asylum seekers as they do not have an international legal basis that specifically regulates their status and rights. The research purposes to analyze the development of refugee regulations in international law, and to analyze the comparison handling of refugees and asylum seekers in Indonesia and Malaysia, which have not ratified the 1951 Refugee Convention. The research type used in this research is a normative juridical research with a statutory approach and a comparative approach. Research specifications in this research are descriptive and analytical with secondary data sources. Data collecting in this research conducted through a literature review then presented in narrative text analyzed normatively qualitatively. Based on the results of the study, the regulations regarding refugees and asylum seekers have been regulated in the 1951 Refugee Convention and the 1967 Protocol applied by the signatory states to the convention, and have also been regulated in regional instruments. The regional regulations of Asia, especially Southeast Asia, do not specifically regulate asylum seekers and refugees, so the handling refers to the national laws of the recipient country. Indonesia and Malaysia as non-signatory states have different handling where Indonesia has a Presidential Regulation Number 125 of 2016, that regulates the handling of refugees but Malaysia has no spesific regulation towards foreign nationals who enter without documents. | |

Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan regresi Poisson, regresi Binomial Negatif, dan regresi Conway-Maxwell Poisson (COM-Poisson) dalam memodelkan jumlah kasus TBC di 27 kecamatan, menentukan model terbaik berdasarkan Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan. Variabel penjelas meliputi kepadatan penduduk, jumlah tenaga medis, jumlah fasilitas kesehatan, dan persentase sanitasi layak, dengan log jumlah penduduk sebagai variabel offset. Uji multikolinearitas dilakukan menggunakan Variance Inflation Factor (VIF), dan hasilnya menunjukkan tidak terdapat multikolinearitas serius antarvariabel penjelas. Uji dispersi menunjukkan rasio varians terhadap rata-rata sebesar 36,6486 serta rasio deviance/df dan Pearson Chi-Square/df masing-masing sebesar 8,0936 dan 8,0006. This study aimed to compare Poisson regression, Negative Binomial regression, and Conway-Maxwell Poisson (COM-Poisson) regression in modeling TBC case counts across 27 sub-districts, to determine the best model based on the Akaike Information Criterion (AIC), and to identify significant influencing factors. The explanatory variables included population density, number of medical personnel, number of health facilities, and percentage of adequate sanitation, with the log of population size as an offset variable. Multicollinearity was assessed using the Variance Inflation Factor (VIF), and the results indicated no serious multicollinearity among the explanatory variables. Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman sebagai salah satu unit penyelenggara pelayanan perlu melakukan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan guna memastikan pelayanan yang diberikan telah memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas pelayanan berdasarkan instrumen penilaian Zona Integritas pada dimensi Standar Pelayanan dan Budaya Pelayanan Prima, menentukan prioritas perbaikan menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), serta merancang usulan perbaikan menggunakan siklus Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, studi dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil assessment diverifikasi melalui expert judgement oleh Wakil Dekan II Fakultas Teknik Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Penentuan prioritas perbaikan dilakukan menggunakan metode SAW dengan dua kriteria, yaitu dampak terhadap pelayanan dan kemudahan implementasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar indikator pada dimensi Standar Pelayanan dan Budaya Pelayanan Prima telah memenuhi kriteria penilaian. Namun, indikator Budaya Pelayanan Prima mengenai kompensasi pelayanan memperoleh hasil assessment kategori D karena belum tersedianya mekanisme kompensasi pelayanan yang terdokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan menggunakan metode SAW, indikator tersebut memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sehingga ditetapkan sebagai prioritas perbaikan. Perbaikan dirancang melalui siklus PDCA, namun dikarenakan keterbatasan kapasitas dan wewenang dalam menerapkan perbaikan, tahap do, check, dan act dalam metode ini dilakukan dengan perancangan perbaikan serta evaluasi keterbatasan rancangan perbaikan yang dilakukan. Perbaikan yang dilakukan berupa penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Kompensasi Pelayanan. As one of the public service providers, the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, is required to continuously evaluate its services to ensure compliance with established service standards. This study aims to evaluate service quality based on the Integrity Zone assessment instrument, focusing on the Service Standards and Excellent Service Culture dimensions, determine improvement priorities using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method, and develop improvement recommendations using the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle. This research employed a descriptive approach with data collected through observation, document analysis, and interviews. The assessment results were verified through expert judgment conducted by the Vice Dean II of the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Improvement priorities were determined using the SAW method based on two criteria, namely service impact and ease of implementation. The findings indicate that most indicators within the Service Standards and Excellent Service Culture dimensions have met the established assessment criteria. However, the Excellent Service Culture indicator concerning service compensation was classified as Category D due to the absence of a documented service compensation mechanism. Based on the SAW analysis, this indicator obtained the highest preference value and was therefore selected as the priority for improvement. The improvement was designed using the PDCA cycle. However, due to limitations in the researcher's authority and capacity to implement organizational changes, the Do, Check, and Act stages were limited to developing the proposed improvement and evaluating its implementation constraints. The proposed improvement consisted of the development of a Service Compensation Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). The Check stage involved evaluating the proposed SOP and identifying the limitations of the proposed improvement, while the Act stage produced recommendations for refining the SOP in accordance with the Faculty of Engineering's SOP standards, implementing it as an official operational service procedure, and conducting periodic reviews to support continuous improvement. | |

Developing a fiber-rich snack with a soft texture may facilitate aduquate dietary fiber intake of the elderly. Therefore, this study aimed to develop a steamed sponge cake formulated with rice bran flour, gatot cassava flour, and candied papaya as an alternative fiber-rich snack for elderly individuals with constipation. This study used a factorial randomized block design with two factors: the proportion of rice bran flour, gatot cassava flour, wheat flour (50:30:20, 40:40:20, 30:50:20) and the addition of candied papaya (10%, 20%). The evaluated parameters included crude fiber content, volume expansion, and hedonic quality. Crude fiber data were analyzed using the Kruskal-Wallis test, volume expansion data using one-way ANOVA, and hedonic quality data using the Friedman Test. The best formula was determined using the effectiveness index method, followed by the determination of its serving size.The proportion of rice bran and gatot cassava flour significantly affected crude fiber content (p=0,027), volume expansion (p=0,016), color (p=0,000), texture (p=0,001), taste (p=0,034), and overall acceptability (p=0,017). In contrast, the addition of candied papaya had no significant effect on crude fiber content, volume expansion, or hedonic quality. The interaction between two factors had no significant effect on crude fiber content (p=0,135), volume expansion (p=0,133), aroma (p=0,582), taste (p=0,290), however, their interaction significantly affected color (p=0,000), texture (p=0,000), and overall acceptability (p=0,032). The best formula consisted of a rice bran flour, gatot cassava flour, and wheat flour ratio of 50:30:20 with 10% candied papaya addition, providing 5,02 g of dietary fiber per 100 g. The recommended seriving size was 59 g or one steamed sponge cake. Steamed sponge cake formulated with rice bran flour, gatot cassava flour, candied papaya has the potential to serve as a fiber-rich snack that supports adequate daily fiber intake among the elderly with constipation. |
