Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tanaman cabai merah merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang memiliki nilai ekonomi tinggi di Indonesia. Layu fusarium yang disebabkan oleh Fusarium oxysporum merupakan penyakit penting pada tanaman cabai yang dapat menurunkan pertumbuhan dan hasil. Trichoderma sp. merupakan salah satu antagonis alami yang efektif menghambat pertumbuhan F. oxysporum melalui mekanisme antibiosis, kompetisi nutrisi, dan parasitisme. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan formulasi nanosuspensi Bio T10 yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruhnya terhadap pengendalian layu fusarium dan pertumbuhan tanaman cabai. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan screenhouse Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman menggunakan metode eksperimental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nanosuspensi Bio T10 memiliki ukuran partikel rata-rata 930,8 nm. Nanosuspensi Bio T10 meningkatkan daya hambat terhadap F. oxysporum sebesar 30,76%, serta menurunkan kerapatan konidium sebesar 23,76% dan berat kering miselium sebesar 60,29% dibandingkan propineb 70%. Pengamatan mikroskopis menunjukkan perubahan morfologi hifa berupa keriting, membengkak, dan membelok. Nanosuspensi Bio T10 memperpanjang masa inkubasi sebesar 12,72%, serta menurunkan intensitas penyakit sebesar 44,44%, laju infeksi sebesar 57,16%, dan AUDPC sebesar 52,63% dibandingkan propineb 70%. Nanosuspensi Bio T10 meningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 12,25%, jumlah daun sebesar 47,65%, berat segar tanaman sebesar 38,97%, berat kering tanaman sebesar 25,42%, berat segar akar sebesar 52,14%, dan berat kering akar sebesar 42,10% dibandingkan kontrol.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Red chili peppers are a horticultural crop with high economic value in Indonesia. Fusarium wilt, caused by Fusarium oxysporum, is a major disease of chili pepper plants that can reduce growth and yield. Trichoderma sp. is a natural antagonist that effectively inhibits the growth of F. oxysporum through the mechanisms of antibiosis, nutrient competition, and parasitism. This study developed a Bio T10 nanosuspension formulation to determine its effect on the control of Fusarium wilt and chili plant growth. The research was conducted at the Plant Protection Laboratory and screenhouse of the Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, using an experimental design. The results showed that the Bio T10 nanosuspension had an average particle size of 930.8 nm. The Bio T10 nanosuspension increased the inhibitory effect against F. oxysporum by 30.76%, and reduced conidia density by 23.76% and dry weight of mycelium by 60.29% compared to propineb 70%. Microscopic observations revealed morphological changes in the hyphae, including curling, swelling, and bending. The Bio T10 nanosuspension prolonged the incubation period by 12.72% and reduced disease intensity by 44.44%, the infection rate by 57.16%, and AUDPC by 52.63% compared to propineb 70%. The Bio T10 nanosuspension increased plant height by 12.25%, the number of leaves by 47.65%, fresh plant weight by 38.97%, dry plant weight by 25.42%, fresh root weight by 52.14%, and dry root weight by 42.10% compared to the control.
