| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Implementasi kebijakan jalur sepeda di Purwokerto sudah berjalan, akan tetapi belum optimal. Belum optimalnya implementasi kebijakan jalur sepeda di Purwokerto terlihat dari banyak masyarakat Purwokerto menggunakan jalur sepeda yang bukan fungsinya dan pesepeda yang belum merasa aman dalam melintasi jalur sepeda. Belum optimalnya implementasi kebijakan jalur sepeda di Purwokerto terbukti dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor sebagai berikut, Pertama kondisi lingkungan. Kondisi fisik jalur sepeda yang belum memadai, penggunaan sepeda yang masih jarang dan ketertiban masyarakat dalam berlalulintas masih kurang menyebabkan pelanggaran di jalur sepeda masih sering terjadi. Kedua, faktor hubungan organisasi. Koordinasi yang terjadi melalui forum lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan jarang membahas permasalahan jalur sepeda membuat implementasi kebijakan jalur sepeda tidak berjalan maksimal.
