Indonesia) | Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas metode maserasi dan sokletasi serta variasi waktu ekstraksi (2, 4, dan 6 jam) terhadap rendemen dan aktivitas antioksidan kulit kayu manis (Cinnamomum burmannii) menggunakan pelarut etanol 96%. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa maserasi selama 6 jam menghasilkan rendemen tertinggi (22,083%) dan inhibisi antioksidan maksimal (48,927%). Analisis Two-Way ANOVA mengonfirmasi pengaruh signifikan metode (sig<0,001) dan waktu (sig=0,011) terhadap rendemen tanpa interaksi antarvariabel. Selain itu, terdapat korelasi positif yang kuat (R=0,903) antara perolehan rendemen dengan aktivitas antioksidan. |

Inggris) | This study evaluated the effects of maceration and Soxhlet extraction methods, as well as extraction time (2, 4, and 6 hours), on the yield and antioxidant activity of Cinnamomum burmannii bark using 96% ethanol. The results showed that 6-hour maceration produced the highest yield (22.083%) and maximum antioxidant inhibition (48.927%). Two-Way ANOVA confirmed significant effects of the extraction method (sig<0.001) and time (sig=0.011) on yield, with no interaction between variables. Furthermore, a strong positive correlation (R=0.903) was observed between extract yield and antioxidant activity. |
