| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan - Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kapabilitas RSJK terkait usaha-usaha dalam retensi karyawan. Metodologi - menggunakan purposive sampling technique, dengan menganalisa 118 sampel. Dilakukan dengan menggunakan multiple regression. Hasil - Hasil penemuan mengkonfirmasi hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa iklim kerja dan manajemen bakat berpengaruh positif terhadap retensi karyawan. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Purpose – This study examine the capability of Jasa Kartini hospital (RSJK) which is a well-known private hospital in Tasikmalaya city concerning its efforts to retain employees. Methodology/approach – Using purposive sampling techniques, the study analyze 118 samples. The study used multiple regression analysis. Findings – The study resulted in accordance to the hypothesis which stated that working climate and talent management positively influence employee retention. |
