| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Profil Dinas Kesehatan tahun 2021 Kabupaten Banyumas menjelaskan bahwa di Purwokerto Barat terdapat 4 pasar, namun yang telah memenuhi syarat sanitasi tempat-tempat umum (TTU) hanya 1 pasar atau 25%. Hasil observasi menunjukkan belum tertatanya kios para pedagang dan kurangnya tempat sampah dalam setiap kiosnya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk membandingkan penerapan pasar sehat di Purwokerto Barat. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasional di Pasar Wilayah Kecamatan Purwokerto Barat. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 4 informan utama dan 4 informan pendukung. Analisis data menggunakan thematic analysis dan membandingkan hasil penilaian form sanitasi pasar. Hasil Peneltian: Input penerapan pasar sehat di Wilayah Purwokerto Barat sebagian besar sudah menggunakan manajemen 5M. Proses dilihat dari sanitasi didapatkan bahwa seluruh pasar memiliki penanggungjawab di toilet, kebersihan terjaga, pembersihan pasar rutin sesuai jadwal, sebagian besar pasar memiliki bangunan terpelihara dengan baik. Output penerapan pasar sehat di wilayah Purwokerto Barat sesuai dengan PERMENKES No 17 tahun 2020. Kesimpulan: Pasar yang memenuhi syarat penerapan pasar sehat yaitu Pasar Manis dan Pasar Pon sedangkan untuk Pasar Kober dan Pasar Karanglewas tidak memenuhi syarat penerapan pasar sehat. Saran: Melakukan peningkatan dan evaluasi secara rutin terkait penerapan pasar sehat di wilayah Purwokerto Barat. Kata Kunci: Penerapan Pasar Sehat, Kebersihan Pasar, Sanitasi |

Inggris) | Background: The profile of the Health Department in 2021 of Banyumas Regency explains that in West Purwokerto there are 4 markets, but only 1 market (25%) has met the sanitation requirements for public places. The observation results show that the stalls of the traders are not organized and the lack of trash bins in each stall. The purpose of this study was to compare the implementation of healthy markets in West Purwokerto. Methods: This study used descriptive qualitative research methods with an observational approach in the West Purwokerto District Market. The research subjects involved 4 main informants and 4 supporting informants. Data analysis used thematic analysis and compared the results of the market sanitation form assessment. Results: The input of healthy market implementation in West Purwokerto Region has mostly used 5M management. The process seen from sanitation found that all markets have a responsible person in the toilet, cleanliness is maintained, routine market cleaning on schedule, most markets have well-maintained buildings. The output of the implementation of healthy markets in the West Purwokerto region is in accordance with PERMENKES No 17 of 2020. Conclusion: Markets that meet the requirements for healthy market implementation are Pasar Manis and Pasar Pon, while Pasar Kober and Pasar Karanglewas do not meet the requirements for healthy market implementation. Suggestion: Conduct regular improvements and evaluations related to the implementation of healthy markets in the West Purwokerto area..
