Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Kinerja pegawai yang efektif dipengaruhi oleh pelaksanaan organisasi yang baik antar individu maupun satuan organisasi. Peningkatan kinerja pegawai juga diperlukan adanya proses kemampuan, motivasi dan koordinasi pada masing-masing sub bagian instansi agar tercapainya kinerja yang efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Purbalingga.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis adakah pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kemampuan, motivasi dan koordinasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Purbalingga.
Sasaran penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Purbalingga. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Besarnya jumlah sampel adalah 79 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survey. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu kuesioner, yang didukung observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Kendall Tau (τ), Koefisien Konkordansi Kendall W, dan Regresi Ordinal.
Berdasarkan hasil analisis secara kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,167 (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,189, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara koordinasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,155, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif antara kemampuan, motivasi dan koordinasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 0,426. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini bahwa semua variabel independen memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Purbalingga.

The conclusion of this study is that all indepent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable, namely the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Office Of Purbalingga Regency.
