| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Latar Belakang: Motivasi belajar merupakan kondisi psikologis yang mendorong seseorang untuk belajar. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat motivasi belajar. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi belajar pada mahasiswa reguler Jurusan Keperawatan Universitas Jenderal Soedirman. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jenis desain cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu total sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 268 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data deskriptif yaitu median, min, maks serta Kruskal Wallis. Hasil: Mayoritas responden adalah perempuan, dengan rentang usia 18-22, dan tinggal di kos. Lebih dari 50% responden tidak bercita-cita menjadi perawat. Terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar yang signifikan antara mahasiswa semester 2 dengan mahasiswa semester 6. Kesimpulan: Analisis data menunjukan ada penurunan motivasi belajar yang secara statistik bermakna seiring bertambahnya masa studi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT Research Background : The learning motivation is a psychological condition which encourages someone to study. The learning motivation level is influenced by many factors. Research Object: The research is aimed to find out the description of the learning motivation on regular students in the Nursing Department of Jenderal Soedirman University. Reseach Method: Descriptive Quantitative study method with cross sectional design type was used in this research. The sampling technique used in this research was total sampling with 268 students as the respondents. Collecting data used questionnaire and descriptive data analysis Kruskal Wallis were applied. Results: Many of the respondents are women, with an age range of 18-22, living in boarding house. More than 50% of the respondents do not have an intention becoming nurse. There are significant differences in the learning motivation on the student between the 2nd and 6th semester. Conclusion: Data analysis showed the decrease in learning motivation which was statistically significant as the study period increased. |
