| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Artikel ini membahas tentang sistem matematika yang dibentuk dari Rn dan ring matriks Mn×n(R). Dalam hal ini, R adalah ring komutatif dengan elemen satuan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa Rn merupakan modul atas ring matriks Mn×n(R). Dengan menyelidiki eksistensi elemen torsi, diperoleh bahwa modul Rn atas ring matriks Mn×n(R) merupakan modul torsi. Dengan menyelidiki eksistensi basis, diperoleh bahwa modul Rn atas ring matriks Mn×n(R) bukan merupakan modul bebas. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This paper discusses about the mathematical system that is formed by Rn and ring of matrices Mn×n(R). In this case, R is a commutative ring with unit element. The result showed that, Rn is module over ring of matrices Mn×n(R). By investigating the existence of torsion element, it is obtained that Rn module over ring of matrices Mn×n(R) is a torsion module. By investigating the existence of basis, it is obtained that Rn module over ring of matrices Mn×n(R)is not free module. |
