| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kedelai merupakan salah satu komoditas tanaman pangan yang penting di Indonesia karena memiliki nilai gizi tinggi dan sebagai sumber utama protein nabati. Salah satu olahan kedelai terbanyak di Indonesia yaitu tempe. Tempe merupakan makanan yang terbuat dari biji kedelai yang diproses melalui fermentasi. Dalam pembuatan tempe pentingnya pemilihan biji kedelai terbaik sangat utama karena tempe memiliki syarat mutu berdasarkan dengan Badan Standardisasi Nasional. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah sistem yang tepat dalam menganalisis permasalahan dan efisien dalam penyajian data di Laboratorium Pemuliaan Tanaman Fakultas Pertanian Unsoed. Salah satu sistem yang tepat dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut adalah Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan Penentuan Biji Kedelai Terbaik Untuk Pembuatan Tempe (SPPKPBKTUPT) dengan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yang bertujuan menghitung dan mengetahui ranking biji kedelai yang terbaik. Alasan menggunakan metode SAW karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif. Dengan dibangunnya SPPK-PBKTUPT, maka masalah perhitungan yang tidak sesuai telah teratasi. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Soybean is one of the important food crops in Indonesia because it has a high nutritional value and as a major source of vegetable protein. One of the largest product made of soybean in Indonesia is tempeh. Tempeh is a food made from soybeans are processed through fermentation. In the manufacture of tempeh the importance of choosing the best soybean seed is very major as tempeh has the quality requirement by the National Standardization Agency. Therefore we need a proper system to analyze the problems and efficient in presenting the data at the Laboratory of Plant Breeding University of Jendral Soedirman. One of the right system in solving these problems is the decision support system for the determination of the best soybeans for making tempeh using Simple Additive Weighting method (SAW), which aims to calculate and determine the ranking of the best soybean seed. The reasons to use SAW method because it uses a weighted summation to rate the performance of each alternative in this case is a soybean seed using normalized decision matrix (X) process to a scale which can be compared to alternative rate. With the construction of Decision Support System for Determination of Best Soybean Seed For Making Tempeh, then the problem of improper calculation can be resolved. |
