Purpose – This study examine the influence of tariff, perceived quality and switching coston customer loyalty toward blackberry brand. Methodology/approach – The study used path analysis by analyzing 100 samples using questionnaire as its main data collection tool. Findings – The study resulted in accordance to the hypothesis which stated that tariff, perceived quality and switching cost has significant influence toward customer loyalty of blackberry users.
