Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif pada kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh penerapan sistem zonasi terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (2) Pengaruh kompetensi profesional guru terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (3) Pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik sensus sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 68 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda, Uji F, Uji t dan Koefisien Determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data menggunakan SPSS 25 menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara penerapan sistem zonasi terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (2) Terdapat pengaruh negatif antara kompetensi profesional guru terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (3) Terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi intrinsik terhadap prestasi belajar peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto.

This research is a survey study with quantitative approach on IPS 10th grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of implementation of zoning system on students learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (2) The effect of teacher professional competence on student learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (3) The effect of intrinsic motivation on student learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. The population of this study is IPS 10th grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto. The research sample taking uses sensus technique so that 68 people as a sample. Research methods used in this study are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F-Test. T-Test and Determination Coefficient Test. Based on the result of the research and data analysis using SPSS 25 showed: (1) There is a positive influence between the implementation of zoning system on student learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (2) There is a negative influence between teacher professional competence on student learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto; (3) There is a positive influence between intrinsic motivation on student learning achievement in SMA Negeri 1 Purwokerto.
