Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Pengaruh Shift kerja, Motivasi kerja, dan
Stress Kerja terhadap Kinerja karyawan di SPBU Metro Purwokerto.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini apakah shift kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah motivasi kerja mempunyai pengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, apakah stress kerja mempunyai
pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
penelitian asosiatif, sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis
regresi linier berganda.
Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa shift kerja berpengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan stress kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada SPBU Metro Purwokerto.
Untuk memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan maka implikasi dari penelitian
ini adalah perusahaan harus melakukan pendekatan dan memahami kondisi
karyawan dalam menentukan shift kerja untuk karyawan, perusahaan perlu
memberikan jaminan-jaminan terhadap karyawan mengenai pendapatan dan
kesejahteraan karyawan agar karyawan memiliki motivasi yang besar dalam
melaksanakan pekerjaannya. Untuk mengantisipasi meningkatnya stress kerja
yang dialami karyawan perusahaan perlu melakukan upaya-upaya untuk
mengelola stress kerja yang dialami karyawan, upaya-upaya tersebut tidak hanya
dilakukan di lingkungan pekerjaan tertapi diluar pekerjaan misalnya di lingkungan
keluarga karyawan.

This study This study, entitled Analysis of Effect of Shift work, work
motivation, and Job Stress on employee performance at the gas station Metro
Purwokerto. Problems in this study whether the shift has a significant positive
effect on the performance of the employee, whether working motivation has a
significant positive effect on the performance of the employee, whether job stress
has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Type of research is
associative, while the method of analysis used is multiple linear regression
analysis.
The results of the analysis concluded that shift significant positive effect
on employee performance, motivation significant positive effect on employee
performance and job stress significant negative effect on the performance of
employees at the gas station Metro Purwokerto.
To maximize the performance of the employee, the implications of this
research is the company had to approach and understand the conditions of
employees in determining the work shift to employees, companies need to provide
assurances to the employee about the income and welfare of the employees so they
have a great motivation to do the job. In anticipation of the increased stress of
employees the company needs to make efforts to manage job stress experienced by
employees, such efforts are not only carried in the work environment but also
outside of work, for example in the family of employees.
