This study, entitled "Analysis of Effect of Leadership, CompensationandJob Satisfactionon Performance(A Case Studyof General Hospital Sinar Kasih Purwokerto). This studyaims to identify andanalyze the influence ofvariablesof leadership, compensation, andjob satisfactionon employee performanceof General Hospital Sinar Kasih Purwokerto, and to analyzethe variablesthat most influence onemployee performanceof General HospitalSinar Kasih Purwokerto.
