Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi fitobiotik didalam pakan itik hibrida jantan terhadap kadar total protein dan fibrinogen plasma darah dan mengetahui jenis fitobiotik yang paling sesuai untuk mempertahankan kondisi normal kadar total protein dan fibrinogen plasma darah pada itik hibrida jantan. Materi penelitian menggunakan DOD itik Hibrida jantan sebanyak 128 ekor, pakan BR1, pakan basal, fitobiotik (bawang putih, jahe, kunyit dan kencur) kandang dan peralatan kandang. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 8 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan, yaitu P0 = ransum basal, P1 = ransum basal + 1% bawang putih, P2 = ransum basal + 1% jahe, P3= ransum basal+1% kunyit, P4 = ransum basal + 1% kencur, P5 = ransum basal + 0,5% bawang putih dan 0,5% jahe, P6 = ransum basal + 0,5% bawang putih dan 0,5% kunyit, P7 = ransum basal + 0,5% bawang putih dan 0,5% kencur. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemberian pakan itik yang disuplementasi fitobiotik berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0.05) terhadap kadar total protein dan fibrinogen plasma darah. Nilai protein plasma tertingi terdapat pada perlakuan P5 (ransum basal + 0,5% bawang putih dan 0,5% jahe). Nilai fibrinogen plasma darah tertinggi pada P3 dan P4 = 1,75 g/dl (ransum basal + 1% kunyit dan 1% kencur). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah jenis fitobiotik memberikan pengaruh yang sama, sehingga menyebabkan total protein plasma dan fibrinogen plasma darah relatif sama dan Suplementasi fitobiotik bawang putih paling sesuai mempertahankan kondisi normal total protein dan fibrinogen plasma darah

Inggris)The aim of this research was to know the influence of supplementation of fitobiotics on feed ducks and kind of the most effective in sustain normal of levels of total protein and blood plasma fibrinogen of male ducks hybridt. The materials of research were DOD male of ducks hybrid 128 duck, feed BR1, basal feed, fitobiotic (garlic, ginger, turmeric and galangga) cages and equipment enclosures. The experimental research design used was Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 8 treatments and 4 replications, ie P0 = the basal diet, basal diet + P1 = 1% garlic, P2 = basal diet + 1% ginger, P3 = basal diet + 1 % turmeric, P4 = basal diet + 1% galangga, P5 = basal diet + 0.5% 0.5% garlic and ginger, P6 = basal diet + 0.5% garlic and 0.5% turmeric, P7 = basal diet + 0.5% garlic and 0.5% garlic. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance. The results showed that feeding ducks with fitobiotik supplementation had no significant effect (P> 0.05) on the levels of total protein and plasma fibrinogen. The highest value of plasma proteins present in P5 treatment (basal diet + 0.5% and 0.5% garlic ginger). The highest blood plasma fibrinogen value in the P3 and P4 = 1.75 g/dl (basal diet + 1% and 1% turmeric kencur). The conclusion of this study was type fitobiotik having the same effect, thus causing the total plasma proteins and blood plasma fibrinogen was relatively the same and Fitobiotik garlic supplementation were suits the maintain normal conditions of total protein and blood plasma fibrinogen
