| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh suplementasi fitobiotik pada pakan itik terhadap jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan hematokrit itik hibrida jantan. Mengetahui jenis fitobiotik yang paling efektif untuk menjaga kondisi normal jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan hematokrit itik hibrida jantan. Materi penelitian menggunakan DOD itik hibrida jantan sebanyak 128 ekor. Pakan terdiri dari campuran jagung giling 45%, dedak padi 34%, bungkil kedele 12%, tepung ikan 6% dan premik 1% dengan kandungan nutrien: ME= 2905.45 kkal/kg, PK= 16,10%, LK= 4,36%, SK= 3,91%, dan fitobiotik berupa tepung bawang putih, jahe, kunyit dan kencur. Kandang baterai sebanyak 32 unit serta tempat pakan dan minum. Metode penelitian adalah eksperimental menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Perlakuan yang diujicobakan yaitu: P0= pakan basal (kontrol), P1= pakan basal + 10 g/kg bawang putih, P2= pakan basal + 10 g/kg jahe, P3= pakan basal + 10 g/kg kunyit, P4= pakan basal + 10 g/kg kencur, P5= pakan basal + 5 g/kg bawang putih + 5 g/kg jahe, P6= pakan basal + 5 g/kg bawang putih + 5 g/kg kunyit dan P7= pakan basal + 5 g/kg bawang putih + 5 g/kg kencur, setiap unit perlakuan diulang 4 kali. Peubah yang diamati adalah jumlah eritrosit, kadar hemoglobin dan hematokrit. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi dan dilanjutkan uji BNJ (Beda Nyata Jujur). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rataan jumlah eritrosit itik hibrida jantan sebesar 2,74 ± 0,57 x 106/µl sampai 3,53 ± 0,33 x 106/µl, rataan kadar hemoglobin itik hibrida jantan sebesar 10,58 ± 0,96 g/dl sampai 11,83 ± 0,73 g/dl dan rataan nilai hematokrit itik hibrida jantan sebesar 38,50 ±6,03 % sampai 55,50 ± 3.32 %. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan penambahan fitobiotik dalam pakan itik berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) terhadap jumlah eritrosit dan kadar hemoglobin. Namun, berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap nilai hematokrit itik hibrida jantan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penambahan fitobiotik dalam pakan memberikan respon yang relatif sama terhadap jumlah eritrosit dan kadar hemoglobin, sedangkan terhadap hematokrit memberikan respon yang berbeda dan Suplementasi fitobiotik tepung bawang putih dan jahe dalam pakan itik efektif untuk mempertahankan kondisi normal parameter haemogram itik hibrida jantan. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research was to evarete the influence of supplementation of fitobiotics in the feed of ducks on the concentrations of erythrocytes, haemoglobin and hematocryte of male duck hybrid. The type of fitobiotics were most effective way to maintain normal the concentrations of erythrocytes, haemoglobin and hematocryte on male duck hybrid. The materials of the research were DOD of male ducks hybrid, 128 heads. Feed consisted of a mixture of 45% milled corn, 34% rice bran, 12% soybean meal, 6% fish meal and 1% premix with nutrient content of ME= 2905.45 kcal/kg, CP= 16.10%, CF= 4.36 %, CFr= 3.91%, and the fitobiotics consisted of garlic powder, ginger, turmeric and galanga. The battery cages were 32 units plus the feeding and drinking. The research method is experimental using Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The treatments were: P0 = basal feed (control), P1= basal feed + 10 g/kg of garlic, P2= basal feed + 10 g/kg ginger, P3= basal feed + 10 g/kg turmeric, P4= basal feed + 10 g/kg galanga, P5= basal feed + 5 g/kg of garlic + 5 g/kg ginger, P6 = basal feed + 5 g/kg of garlic + 5 g/kg turmeric, and P7= basal feed + 5 g/kg of garlic + 5 g/kg galanga, each unit treatment was repeated four times. The variables measured were the concetrations of erythrocytes, hemoglobin and hematocryte. The data were analyzed by analysis of variance and continued with HSD (Honestly Significant Difference) test. The results showed that the average concentrations of erythrocytes of male duck hybrid of 2.74 ± 0.57 x 106/µl until 3.53 ± 0.33 x 106/µl, the averages of haemoglobin of male duck hybrid of 10.58 ± 0.96 g/dl until 11.83 ± 0.73 g/dl and the averages of hematocryte of male duck hybrid of 38.50 ± 6.03 % to 55.50 ± 3.32 %. The results of analysis of variances of additional fitobiotic in feed duck showed that there was no significant differences (P>0,05) of the concentrations of erythrocytes and haemoglobin. However, these was significant differences (P<0,05) of the concentration of hematocryte of male duck hybrid. The conclusions of this research were the addition of fitobiotics on feed duck does give relatively equal responds of the concentrations of erythrocytes and haemoglobin, but the concentration of hematocryte was give differently responds of male duck hybrid, and supplementation of fitobiotics were garlic and ginger powder in feed duck effectively to maintain normal conditions haemogram parameters of male duck hybrid. |
