Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) mengetahui pengaruh isolat Trichoderma sp. tunggal dan gabungan terhadap penyakit busuk pangkal batang kacang tanah secara in planta, 2) mengetahui pengaruh isolat Trichoderma sp. tunggal dan gabungan terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi kacang tanah in planta. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2014 sampai dengan Agustus 2014. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Perlindungan Tanaman dan lahan penelitian Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto, pada ketinggian 110 meter di atas permukaan laut. Rancangan percobaan pada penelitian adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 15 perlakuan, diulang 4 kali. Perlakuannya adalah Kontrol ; Fungisida dengan bahan aktif propineb 70 %, isolat jahe (J); isolat nenas (N); isolat pisang (P); isolat bawang merah (B); isolat J + N; isolat J + P; isolat J + B; isolat N + P; N + B; isolat P + B; isolat J + N + P; isolat J + N + B; isolat N + P + B; dan isolat J + N + P + B. Variabel yang diamati adalah masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, kepadatan akhir Trichoderma sp dan Sclerotium rolfsii, tinggi tanaman, panjang akar, jumlah tunas, jumlah daun majemuk, bobot tanaman segar, bobot akar segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar kering, masa bunga pertama, jumlah polong, bobot polong per tanaman, dan bobot hasil per ha Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh nyata dari isolat Trichoderma sp. baik tunggal maupun gabungan dalam menekan pertumbuhan patogen S. rolfsii dan mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil pada tanaman kacang tanah. Perlakuan terbaik adalah gabungan isolat nenas+pisang+bawang merah pada masa inkubasi, bobot tanaman segar, bobot akar segar, bobot tanaman kering, bobot akar kering, masa bunga pertama, jumlah polong, dan bobot polong, yaitu masing-masing sebesar 69,45; 32,06; 42,79; 31,41; 36,93; 2,07; 38,09; dan 48,07%. Intensitas penyakit terendah pada perlakuan isolat jahe sebesar 43,75%. Perlakuan gabungan isolat jahe+nenas meningkatkan tinggi tanaman sebesar 41,83%, isolat jahe meningkatkan panjang akar sebesar 26,03%, gabungan sisolat jahe+nenas+bawang merah meningkatkan jumlah cabang sebesar 19,93%, meningkatkan jumlah daun majemuk sebesar 13,26% dan isolat jahe dapat meningkatkan bobot hasil per ha sebesar 34,16%.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)This research aimed at knowing the effect of Trichoderma sp. isolates either alone or in combination on the disease and growth and production of peanut in planta. The research was conducted on March to September 2014 at the Laboratory of Plant Protection and the experimental field, Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, at the altitude of 110 meters above sea level. The treatments tested were control, fungicide with active ingredients of propineb 70%, Trichoderma sp. ginger (J), pineapple (N), banana (P), shallot (B), J + N, J + P, J + B, N + P, N + B, P + B, J + N + B, N + P + B, and J + N + B + P isolates. The variables observed were incubation period, disease intensity, late population density of Trichoderma sp. and S. rolfsii, crop height, root lenght, number of shoots, number of compound leaves, fresh weight of crops and root, dry weight of crop and root, time of the first flowers, number of pods, pod weight per crops, and weight of yield per hectare. The data were analyzed by orthogonal contrast test. Result of the research showed that there was significant effect of Trichoderma sp. isolates either alone or in combination in suppressing S. rolfsii growth and increasing growth and yield of the crops. The best treatment was the combination between pineapple, banana, and shallot isolates in incubation period, fresh weight of crops and roots, dry weight of crops and roots, the first flower time, number of pods, and weight of pods as 69.45; 32.06; 42.79; 31.41; 36.93; 2.07; 38.09; and 48.07%, respectivelly. The lowest disease intensity performed in ginger isolate as 47.75%. The combination between ginger and pineapple isolates could increase crop weight as 42.83%, ginger isolate could increase the root lenght as 26.03%, the combination of ginger, pineapple and shallot isolates could increase the number of branches as 19.93%, and the number of compound leaves as 13.26%, and ginger isolate could increase weight of yield per hectare as 34.16%.
