| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Analisis Sensivitas Biaya Produksi Terhadap Kinerja Ekonomi Usaha Ternak Sapi Potong di Kabupaten Banjarnegara”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1). Mengetahui tingkat pendapatan dan efisiensi ekonomi; 2). Mengetahui tingkat sensitivitas biaya produksi terhadap kinerja ekonomi usaha ternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari tanggal 23 Agustus sampai dengan 18 September 2014, bertempat di Kabupaten Banjarnegara. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode survei (Survey Method) terhadap peternak sapi potong. Sampel wilayah dipilih secara stratified random sampling berdasarkan populasi sapi potong, sehingga terpilih 5 kecamatan dari 20 kecamatan yang ada di Kabupaten Banjarnegara yaitu Kecamatan Rakit, Susukan, Pagentan, Purwanegara dan Wanayasa. Selanjutnya sampel peternak dipilih dengan metode Quota Sampling sebanyak 20 peternak dari masing-masing kecamatan terpilih, sehingga terambil 100 responden. Pendapatan dianalisis secara cash flow dan efisiensi dianalisis dengan R/C Ratio. Sedangkan untuk mengetahui sensivitas biaya produksi terhadap pendapatan dan efisiensi dianalisis dengan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Pendapatan peternak sapi potong pertahun sebesar Rp.2.624.115 dan nilai efisiensi ekonomi sebesar 2,07; 2). Biaya hijauan, biaya obat dan vitamin sensitif terhadap pendapatan, sedang biaya penyusutan sensitif terhadap efisiensi ekonomi. Kesimpulan: 1). Usaha ternak sapi potong di Kabupaten Banjarnegara menguntungkan dan efisien; 2). Pendapatan dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan kualitas hijauan dan tatalaksana kesehatan serta sanitasi kandang. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The purpose entitled "Sensitivity Analysis of Production Costs sensitivity Toward Economic Performance of Beef Cattle Farming in Banjarnegara ". The purposes of this experiment were: 1). Knowing the level of income and economic efficiency; 2). Knowing the sensitivity level of production costs on economic performance in the beef cattle farming in Banjarnegara. The experiment was conducted from September 23nd August until 18nd 2014, placed in Banjarnegara. The experiment was conducted using a survey (Survey Method) of beef cattle breeders. Region sampling selected by stratified random sampling based on beef cattle population, so that the selected 5 subdistricts of the 20 subdistricts in the Banjarnegara, subdistric of Rakit, Susukan, Pagentan, Purwanegara and Wanayasa. Furthermore, the sample of farmers selected by quota sampling method as many as 20 farmers from each subdistrict selected, so the 100 taken respondents out. Revenue was analyzed cash flow and efficiency were analyzed with the R/C ratio. While to know the sensitivity of cost production to revenue and efficiency were analyzed by multiple regression linear. The results showed that: 1). Revenues per beef cattle breeders was Rp.2.624.115 and economic efficiency value was 2.07; 2). Forage costs, the cost of medicine and vitamins are sensitive to income, while depreciation expense was sensitive to economic efficiency. Conclusions: 1). Beef cattle farming in Banjarnegara were profitable and efficient; 2). Revenue can be increased by improving quality of forage and health management and also sanitation of the cage. |
