| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Industri pengolahan hasil pertanian merupakan salah satu subsektor yang sangat penting untuk dikembangkan sebagai pendukung pembangunan pertanian. Pembuatan keripik dampleng merupakan salah satu usaha pengolahan hasil pertanian, yaitu pengolaha ubikayu untuk menghasilkan suatu produk yang relatif awet dengan tujuan untuk menambah jenis produk yang dihasilkan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui usaha pengolahan keripik dampleng di Desa Sirandi sudah layak untuk diusahakan atau belum. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Desa Sirkandi, Kecamatan Purwareja Klampok, Kabupaten Banjarnegara, dengan responden perajin keripik dampleng di Desa Sirkandi, dan jumlah sampel yang diteliti adalah sebanyak 12 perajin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya dan pendapatan, break even point (BEP), dan R/C ratio. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa usaha pengolahan keripik dampleng di Desa Sirkandi sudah layak dan efisien untuk dijalankan. Hal ini dilihat dari besarnya biaya total rata-rata selama satu bulan adalah sebesar Rp1.402.300,00, penerimaan rata-rata sebesar Rp1.507.616,67, pendapatan rata-rata sebesar Rp105.300,00, dan nilai BEP (baik BEP unit maupun BEP rupiah) berada dibawah jumlah produksi dan penerimaan usaha, serta nilai R/C ratio usaha lebih dari 1. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Agro-processing industryis one of themost important sub-sector to be developed as supporting agricultural development. Making dampleng chips is one of the agro-processing enterprises, namely cassava processing to produce a product that is relatively durable with the aim to increase the types of products produced. The study aims to determine the processing chips dampleng in the Sirkandi Village been worth the effort or not. The experiment was conducted in the village of Sirkandi, District Purwareja Klampok, Banjarnegara, with respondents dampleng chips artisans in the Sirkandi Village, and the number of samples studied were as many as 12 craftsmen. Data analysis methods used is the analysis of costs and revenues, the Break Even Point (BEP), and the R/C ratio. The results showed that the processing dampleng chips in the Sirkandi Village is feasible and efficient to run. It is seen from the magnitude of the average total cost for one month is Rp1.402.300,00, receiving an average of Rp1.507.616,67, the average income of Rp105.300,00, and the value of BEP (BEP both units and BEP dollars) is below the amount of the production and reception of business, as well as the value of R/C ratio of more than 1 attempt. |
