| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Abstrak Agroindustri merupakan sektor penyumbang Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) tertinggi ke Tiga di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Industri keripik tempe sebagai salah satu agroindustri merupakan industri yang mengolah keripik tempe sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya tahan keripik tempe sampai kurang lebih 21 Hari. Industri keripik tempe di Desa Sindangraja Kecamatan Singaparna Tasikmalaya cukup menjanjikan karena dapat mengurangi tingkat pengangguran dan keuntungan yang dihasilkan dapat menunjang perekonomian. Keuntungan diperoleh jika harga jual diperhitungkan dengan tepat berdasarkan analisis biaya dan pendapatan usaha. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya dan pendapatan bersih industri rumah tangga keripik tempe yang dilakukan di Desa Sindangraja Kecamatan Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga pendekatan, yaitu observasi langsung, kuisoner dan pencatatan. Sasaran penelitian adalah empat perajin keripik tempe yang sedang berkembang di Desa Sindangraja. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis biaya pendapatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa total biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan perajin industri keripik tempe di Desa Sindangraja Kecamatan Singaparna Kabupaten Tasikmalaya rata-rata sebesar Rp5.852.048,00 per bulan. Total biaya produksi per bulan ini terdiri atas biaya tetap Rp2.713,00 dan biaya variabel, yang meliputi biaya bahan baku rata-rata Rp886.585,00, biaya tenaga kerja langsung rata-rata Rp801.250,00 dan biaya overhead rata-rata sebesar Rp4.161.500,00. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Abstract Agro-industry is the third highest contributor of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) at Tasikmalaya Regency. Tempe chips industry, as one of agro-industry, is the industry that turn tempe in to new product that have resilience up to 21 days. Tempe chips industry at Sindangraja village, Singaparna district, Tasikmalaya Regency, is quite promosing because it can decrease unemployment rate and the obtained profit can support the household economy. Profit can be obtained if the selling price are appropriately calculated based on the analysis of cost and revenue. The purpose of this research is to determine the amount of cost and net revenue of tempe chips industry that held at Sindangraja village, Singaparna district, Tasikmalaya Regency. Three approaching method were used at this research, i. e. questioner, interview and recording. The target of this research are four tempe chips craftsmens which have the best progress in the tempe chips industry. The Analysis tool that used is the analysis of cost and revenue. The result of this research show the average total cost that used by the tempe chips craftmens at Sindangraja village, Singaparna district, Tasikmalaya Regency are Rp5,852,048.00 per month. This monthly average total cost is consist of the average fixed cost at Rp2,713.00 and the variable cost, including the average cost of raw material at Rp886,585.00, the average direct labor cost at Rp801,250.00 and the average overhead cost at Rp4,161,500.00.
