| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan berbagai produksi karkas bebagai Ayam Sentul periode awal. Materi yang digunakanadalah Day Old Chick (DOC) Ayam Sentulsebanyak 250 ekor yang dipelihara mulai umur 1 sampai umur 8 minggu. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL), perlakuan yang diberikan adalah berbagai Ayam Sentul terdiri ataslimaperlakuan dan setiap perlakuan diulang lima kali. Perlakuan terdiri atas Sa = Ayam Sentul Abu , Sb = Ayam Sentul Batu, Sd = Ayam Sentul Debu, Se = Ayam Sentul Emas, dan Sg =Ayam Sentul Geni.Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis variansi, kemudian jika berpengaruh nyata, maka dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata jujur (BNJ). Hasil analisis variansi menunjukkan bahwa berbagai Ayam Sentul terhadap berpengaruh tidak nyata (P<0,05) terhadap produksi karkas, kecuali bobot dan peersentase gizzard. Rataan bobot gizzard yaitu 21,14±5,74 g dengan kisaran 15,24 g sampai 25,94 g dan rataan persentase gizzard yaitu 4,07±0,97% dengan kisaran 2,89% sampai 4,79%. Berdasarkan Uji Lanjut Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ), menunjukkan bahwa berbagai Ayam Sentul berbeda nyata (P<0,05) terhadap bobot dan persentase gizzard. Kesimpulan dari penggunaan berbagai jenis ayam jantan tidak bepengaruh terhadap produksi karkas, kecuali bobot dan persentase gizzard. |

Data were analyzedusinganalysis of variance, and if thereal effectthencontinued withhonestSignificant Differencetest(HSD). Results ofanalysis of varianceshowedthat thevarietyofinfluentialSentulchickenis notsignificant (P<0.05) on the productionof carcass, exceptthe weightandpersentasegizzard. The meanweight of21.14±5.74gizzardiegwith a range of15.24g to25.94gandthe averagepercentage ofgizzardis4.07±0.97% with a range of2.89% to 4.79%.
