Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) konsentrasi POC Basis Biomassa Azolla microphylla 40% (Am) optimal yang dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai merah, (2) varietas menunjukkan respon pertumbuhan dan hasil terhadap pemberian konsentrasi POC Basis Biomassa Azolla microphylla 40% (Am), dan (3) ada tidaknya interaksi antara perlakuan konsentrasi POC Basis Biomassa Azolla microphylla 40% dengan varietas cabai merah yang dicoba. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kasa Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto Utara. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli sampai Desember 2013. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL). Faktor yang dicoba dalam penelitian ini adalah macam varietas cabai merah terdiri dari 2 jenis yaitu V1 = TM 999 dan V2 = Laris dan faktor pemberian konsentrasi pupuk organik cair (POC) Basis Biomassa Azolla microphylla 40% yang terdiri dari 4 jenis yaitu K0 = 0 ml/l (kontrol), K1 = 3 ml/l, K2 = 6 ml/l dan K3 = 9 ml/l. Variabel yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman (cm), diameter batang (cm), jumlah bunga (bunga), berat basah buah (g), berat kering buah (g) dan jumlah buah panen (buah). Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji F, jika terdapat perbedaan dilanjutkan dengan uji DMRT pada tingkat kepercayaan 99%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) pemberian POC Basis Biomassa Am 40% pada konsentrasi 0 ml/l, 3 ml/l, 6 ml/l dan 9 ml/l tidak memberikan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman cabai merah, (2) varietas cabai merah yang menunjukkan respon yang terbaik adalah varietas TM 999. TM 999 dapat menghasilkan berbeda sangat nyata pada tinggi tanaman sebesar 95,50 cm, bobot buah basah sebesar 4,128 g, berat kering buah sebesar 1,981 g dan jumlah buah pertanaman sebesar 2,809 buah, (3) tidak terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan konsentrasi POC Basis Biomassa Am 40% dengan varietas yang dicoba, sehingga belum diketahui konsentrasi perlakuan yang ideal. |

Inggris) | This research aimed to know (1) optimal concentration of Azolla microphylla 40 % (Am) based biomass liquid fertilizer to the growth and yield of red chili, (2) varieties of red chili showed good response to concentration of Am 40 % based biomass liquid fertilizer, and (3) any interaction between application of Am 40 % based biomass liquid fertilizer and variety of red chili. The research was experimentally which was implemented at screen house at Faculty of Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Karangwangkal, Purwokerto from July to December 2013. The research was employed RCBD with two factors. First factor was concentration of Am 40 % based biomass liquid fertilizer : (i) K0 = 0 ml/l (control), (ii) K1 = 3 ml/l, (iii) K2 = 6 ml/l and (iv) K3 = 9 ml/l. Second factor was variety of red chili namely V1=TM 999 and V2=Laris. The variables measured were height of plant (cm), stem diameter (cm), sum of flowers, fresh fruit weight basis (g), dry fruit weight basis (g), and the total (sum) of the frui/plant. Data was statiscally tested by the used of F-test, there that was followed by LSD-test to knew of any significantly different. The result of research were : (i) application concentration 0 ml/l, 3 ml/l, 6 ml/l and 9 ml/l of Am 40% based biomass liquid fertilizer was not affected to the growth and yield of red chili, (ii) the variety of TM 999 was showed the best response to liquid fertilizer. That plant achieved the highest plant of 95,50 cm, dry and fresh fruit basis were highest at 1,98 g and 4,13 g, and the sum of total yield was 2,81/plant, and (iii) there was no interaction between the application concentration of Am 40% based biomass liquid fertilizer and the variety of red chili. By this study, there could not be achieved which concentration of Am 40% based biomass liquid fertilizer was the best application to the plant. |
