| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas campuran mikroba antagonis untuk pengendalian penyakit layu fusarium dan pertumbuhan tanaman tomat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di rumah kaca laboratorium perlindungan tanaman, Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Jenderal Soedirman, Purwokerto. Penelitian dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret sampau bulan juni 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok dengan 7 perlakuan dan 4 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dicoba meliputi : kontrol, P. fluorencens P8, Bacillus sp B11, Bacillus sp B8, Bacillus sp B11+ Bacillus sp B8+ Trichoderma sp, Bacillus sp B11+P. fluorencen+ Trichoderma sp. Variabel yang diamati adalah masa inkubasi, intensitas penyakit, tinggi tanaman,jumlah daun, jumlah bunga,bobot akar dan bobot segar tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan campuran mikroba antagonis Bacillus sp B8, Bacillous sp B11, P. fluorencen, dan Trichoderma efektif mengendalikan penyakit layu Fusarium, tetapi belum mampu meningkatkan efektifitas dengan perlakuan mandiri serta belum mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan tanaman tomat. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Researched was aimed to know the efectivity of mixed antagonist microbial to control the wilt disease of Fusarium sp and Tomato Plants’ growth.. The research was carried out in screen house Laboratory of Plant Protection Faculty Agriculture, Jenderal Soedirman University, Purwokerto. The research was done from March until Juny 2014. The research used Randomized Block Designed which consist of 7 treatments and 4 retreatments. The treatments tested were control, P. fluorencens P8, Bacillus sp B11, Bacillus sp B8, Bacillus sp B11+ Bacillus sp B8+ Trichoderma sp, Bacillus sp B11+P. fluorencen+ Trichoderma sp. Variable observed was incubation period, disease intensity, plants high, number of leaves, number of flower, roots weight, fresh plants weight. Results of the researched showed that the mixed antagonist microbial Bacillus sp B8, Bacillous sp B11, P. fluorencen, and Trichoderma were effective to control the wilt disease but it can’t increase the effectivity with individual treatment and not improved the growth of tomato plants. |
