| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh ekepektasi kinerja, ekspektasi usaha, faktor sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi terhadap minat penggunaan e-Filling. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah primer. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner dan tinjauan pustaka. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling yang mana terdapat kriteria tertentu dalam pengambilan sampel. Analisis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda, uji F untuk melihat pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut secara simultan, uji t untuk melihat pengaruh faktor-faktor tersebut secara parsial, dan elastisitas untuk melihat variabel mana yang mempunyai pengaruh paling besar terhadap minat penggunaan e-Filling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel ekspektasi kinerja, ekspektasi uaha, faktor sosial, dan kondisi yang memfasilitasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan e-Filling. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukan bahwa ekspektasi kinerja sebagai variabel yang paling mempengaruhi minat Wajib Pajak dalam menggunakan E-Filling. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The objectives of this research was to examine the effects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and supporting condition on intention of e-filling usage. Data analyzed of this research were primary, sourced from questionnaires and literature study. This research employed Purposive Sampling method i.e. sampling technique with certain consideration. This research used mulitple regression, F test to examine variables simultaeously, t test to examine variables partially, and elasticity test to examine which variable is the most dominant one on the intention of using the e-filling. This research result shows that performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and supporting condition simultaneously and partially have significant effects on intention of e-filling usage. This research result also shows that performance expectancy is the most dominant variable influencing taxpayers’ intention of e-Filling usage |
