| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tumpangsari merupakan salah satu cara menambah pendapatan petani dengan cara penganekaragaman tanaman pada lahan pertanian yang terbatas. Di Desa Gandatapa terdapat kelompok tani yang melakukan usahatani tumpangsari cabai merah-ketimun dan tomat-sawi pak choy. Tujuan penelitian adalah : 1) Mengetahui besarnya biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan dari usahatani tumpangsari cabai merah-ketimun dan tomat-sawi pak choy. 2) Mengetahui perbandingan pendapatan usahatani tumpangsari cabai merah-ketimun dengan tomat-sawi pak choy. 3) Mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan faktor – faktor produksi (luas lahan, bibit, tenaga kerja, pupuk, dan pestisida) terhadap jumlah produksi pada usahatani tumpangsari cabai merah-ketimun dan tomat-sawi pak choy di Desa Gandatapa Kecamatan Sumbang. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Gapoktan Ganda Arum Desa Gandatapa Kecamatan Sumbang Kabupaten Banyumas. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah studi kasus. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengambil data primer dan sekunder adalah metode wawancara, observasi, pencatatan, dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi : analisis biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, uji beda t, dan analisis fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa besarnya biaya rata-rata per luas lahan 0,26 hektar usahatani tumpangsari cabai merah-ketimun adalah Rp 12.633.868, sedangkan biaya rata-rata per luas lahan 0,19 hektar pada usahatani tumpangsari tomat-sawi pak choy adalah Rp 7.332.747. Penerimaan rata-rata per luas lahan 0,26 hektar usahatani tumpangsari cabai merah-ketimun adalah Rp 19.652.000, sedangkan penerimaan rata-rata usahatani tumpangsari tomat-sawi pak choy per luas lahan 0,19 adalah Rp 19.057.500. Pendapatan rata-rata per luas lahan 0,26 hektar pada tumpangsari cabai merah-ketimun adalah Rp 7.018.132, sedangkan pendapatan rata-rata usahatani tumpangsari tomat-sawi pak choy adalah per luas lahan 0,19 hektar adalah Rp 11.724.753. Faktor produksi yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi usahatani tumpangsari cabai merah-ketimun adalah pupuk, sedangkan faktor produksi yang berpengaruh nyata terhadap produksi usahatani tumpangsari tomat-sawi pak choy adalah bibit. |

| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Intercropping is one way to increase the income of farmers by diversifying crops on agricultural land is limited. In Gandatapa village there farmer groups who do farming intercropping red chili-cucumber and tomato--mustard pak choy. The purpose of the study is: 1) Determine the amount of cost, revenue, and income from farming intercropping red chili-cucumber and tomato--mustard pak choy. 2) Determine the ratio of intercropping red chili-cucumber with tomato- mustard pak choy. 3) Determine the influence of the use of factors - factors of production (land, seed, labor, fertilizer, and pesticides) to the amount of production in farming intercropping red chili-cucumber and tomato--mustard pak choy in Gandatapa Village Sumbang District. The experiment was conducted at the Gandatapa Village Gapoktan Ganda Arum Sumbang District Banyumas Regency. The method used in the study is a case study. The method used to take the primary and secondary data were interviews, observation, recording, and literature. Analytical methods used include: analysis of costs, revenues, income, different test t, and analysis of the Cobb Douglas production function. The results showed that the magnitude of the average cost per acre of 0.26 acres of farm intercropped red chili-cucumber is Rp 12,633,868, while the average cost per acre to 0.19 acres on the farm intercropped tomato-mustard pak choy Rp7,332,747. Admission average of 0.26 hectares of land per farm intercropped red chili-cucumber is Rp19.652 million, while the average farm intercropping receipts tomato-mustard pak choy 0.19 per acre is Rp 19,057,500. Average income per land area of 0.26 acres on a red chili-cucumber intercropping is Rp 7,018,132, while the average income of farm intercropped tomato-mustard pak choy is 0.19 acres per land area is Rp 11,724,753. Production factors which significantly affect farm production intercropped red chili-cucumber is a fertilizer, while the production of factors that significantly affect farm production of tomato-mustard pak choy intercropping is seeds. |
