| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran lingkungan bisnis terhadap strategi operasi. (2) Untuk menguji dan menganalisis peran strategi operasi terhadap kinerja operasional. (3) Untuk memeriksa dan menganalisa peran adopsi teknologi dalam memperkuat pengaruh strategi operasi terhadap kinerja operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis regresi. Obyek penelitian ini adalah Sentra Industri Knalpot di Kabupaten Purbalingga. Sumber data yang diperoleh dari kuesioner sebagai data primer dan sastra sebagai data sekunder. Analisis aritmatika Hasil regresi menunjukkan persamaan regresi menjadi Y2 = 0,490 + 0,218 X + 0,473 Y1 + 0,378 M, berarti untuk menilai kinerja operasional akan meningkat 0.490 poin jika variabel lingkungan bisnis, strategi operasi, adopsi teknologi adalah 0 (nol). Kinerja operasional akan meningkat 0,218 poin jika variabel lingkungan bisnis sampai satu titik sedangkan variabel lainnya konstan. Kinerja operasional akan meningkat 0,473 poin jika variabel strategi operasi sampai satu titik sedangkan variabel lainnya konstan (tetap). Kinerja operasional akan meningkat 0,378 poin jika variabel adopsi teknologi naik satu poin sementara variabel lain konstan (tetap). Menilai koefisien determinasi (R Square) dari 0,509 berarti bahwa sumbangan pengaruh variabel lingkungan bisnis, strategi operasi, adopsi teknologi terhadap kinerja operasional sebesar 50,9 persen, sedangkan 49,1 persen sisa kontribusi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. | Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is (1) To test and analyze the role of the business environment of the operation strategy. (2) To test and analyze the role of the operation strategy of operational performance. (3) To examine and analyze the role of technology adoption in strengthening the influence of the operation strategy of operational performance. This study used a survey method with regression analysis. Object of this study is the Center of Exhaust Industrial in Purbalingga Regency. Sources of data obtained from the questionnaire as the primary data and literature as secondary data. Analysis arithmetic result regression points out regression equation be Y2 = 0.490 + 0.218 X + 0.473 Y1 + 0.378 M, means to assess operational performance will increase by 0.490 point if the business environment variable, the operation strategy, the adoption of technology is 0 (zero). Operational Performance will increase by 0.218 point if the business environment variable up one point while the other variables constant. Operational performance will increase by 0.473 point if operation strategy variable up one point while the other variables constant (constant). Operational performance will increase by 0.378 point if the technology adoption variable moved up one point while the other variables constant (fixed). Assessing the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.509 means that the contribution the influence of business environment variables, the operation strategy, technology adoption of operational performance amounted to 50.9 percent, while the remaining 49.1 percent of the contribution of other variables not examined.
