Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Sungai Donan mendapatkan masukan limbah dari aktivitas industri minyak bumi yang mengandung logam Pb. Logam tersebut akan terserap oleh mangrove Rhizophora apiculata. Skripsi ini berjudul “Bioakumulasi Logam Berat Timbal (Pb) Pada Mangrove Rhizophora apiculata Di Sungai Donan Segara Anakan Cilacap”. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui kandungan logam berat Pb di air, sedimen, akar, batang dan daun, serta kondisi morfometrik daun R. apiculata dengan hubungannya antara logam Pb dengan morfometrik daun. Metode yang digunakan adalah survey, dengan teknik pengambilan Stratified Random Sampling pada 4 stasiun dengan 3 kali ulangan. Data dianalisis dengan Uji F dan regresi korelasi. Kandungan logam Pb air berkisar 0,170 – 0,223 ppm, Pb di sedimen berkisar 0,320 – 0,817 ppm, Pb di akar berkisar 5,095 – 9,220 ppm, Pb di batang berkisar 3,440 – 8,436 ppm, Pb di daun berkisar 2,223 – 5,425 ppm. Kondisi morfometrik stasiun I dan II tergolong tidak sehat, stasiun III dan IV tergolong sehat. Hubungan kandungan Pb terhadap rasio P:L rata-rata memiliki keeratan yang kuat, sedangkan hubungan Pb di air dan sedimen terhadap Pb di mangrove memiliki keeratan yang kuat. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut keberadaan logam Pb berpengaruh terhadap morfometrik daun R. apiculata. Kandungan Pb di air dan sedimen juga berpengaruh terhadap Pb di akar, batang dan daun R. apiculata.
Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris)Donan river taken waste desposial from industry including oil industry which has containing heavy metals especialy lead. The heavy metal would be absorbed by organisms such as mangrove Rhizophora apiculata. The thesis entitled “Lead Bioaccumulation of Rhizophora apiculata in Segara Anakan Lagoon, Cilacap”. This paper aimed to determine lead content of water, sediment, roots, stems, and leaves and to morphometric of leaves. The method used Stratified Random Sampling with 4 stations and 3 reflicatus. Data analysis used F-test and correlation regresi. The result of this rescard showed that had content of water had ranged 0,170 – 0,223 ppm, lead content of sediment 0,320 – 0,817 ppm, lead content of roots 5,095 – 9,220 ppm, lead content of stems 3,440 – 8,436 ppm, and lead content of leaves 2,223 – 5,425 ppm. Morphometric conditions of stations I and II were not good, stations III dan IV were good. Correlation between Pb content with ratio of P : L was strong, and correlation between Pb content of R. apiculata with Pb content of water and sedimen was also strong. Based result of the research was concluded that existence of lead influenced lead morphometric of R. apiculata, also had influence for lead content of root, stems and leaves.
