| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisa kinerja ekonomi dan trend laba serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja ekonomi koperasi susu di Provinsi Jawa Tengah.Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah koperasi susu yang terdapat di 5 wilayah Kabupetan/Kota yang merupakan sentra jalur utama pemasaran susu di Jawa-Tengah yaitu dari Kabupaten Boyolali, Kabupaten Semarang, kota Semarang, Kabupaten Klaten, dan Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode sampel acak menurut stratifikasi dan proporsi. Populasi koperasi persusuan pada metode ini dikelompokkan atas dasar beberapa strata berdasarkan jumlah populasi sapi laktasi.Penentuan sampel untuk Kabupaten/Kota asal koperasi diambil menurut proporsi populasi yang ada dalam strata, kemudian jumlah koperasi sampel dipilih sebanyak 50% dari jumlah populasi di masing-masing strata yang telah ditentukan.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kinerja koperasi susu di Provinsi Jawa Tengah berada dalam kondisi ekonomi cukup baik, Koperasi susu di Jawa Tengah yang memiliki kinerja ekonomi yang baik ialah Koperasi Pesat, KUD Mojosongo, KUD Musuk dan KUD Kota. Sedangkan koperasi yang masuk dalam kategori kinerja ekonomi kurang baik yakni KUD Jatinom, KUD Cepogo, KUD Banyumanik, KUD Mekar, KUD Gotongroyong dan KUD Sumber Karya. Tren laba yang ditunjukkan dari rasio profitabilitas koperasi susu di Jawa Tengah cenderung menurun setiap tahunnya. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this study to analyse the performance of the economy and earnings trends and to identify factors that affect the economic performance of dairy cooperatives in the province of Central Java . The materials used in the study were 5 cooperative of dairy, farm in 5 Districts / city as the center of the main line of milk marketing in Central Java , namely Boyolali , district of Semarang, Semarang, Klaten, and Banyumas. The study was conducted using a stratified random sample, according to proportion. The population of the dairy cooperatives in this method were grouped on the basis of several strata, based on the population of lactating cows. The samples for the district / city of origin was taken according to the proportion of the population in the cooperatives that existied in the strata. Then the number of cooperatives were selected, at much as 50 % of the total population in each stratum was determined.The results showed that the performance of dairy cooperatives in the province of Central Java were in fairly good economic conditions. A cooperative of dairy farm in Central Java, which had a good economic performance wis Cooperative Pesat, KUD Mojosongo, KUD Musuk and KUD Kota. While cooperatives that fell into the category of poor economic performance were of the KUD of Jatinom, KUD Cepogo, KUD Banyumanik, KUD Mekar, KUD Gotong royong and KUD Sumber Karya. The trends indicated that the profit from profitability ratios of milk cooperatives in Central Java tended to decrease each year. |
