| Judul Artikel | ANALISIS KEGIATAN INTERNAL HUMAS UNSOED DALAM MENSOSIALISASIKAN UNSOED MENUJU WORLD CLASS CIVIC UNIVERSITY |
| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kegiatan internal humas dalam sosialiasasi UNSOED menuju World class civic university melalui pemahaman publik mengenai program yang telah dibuat oleh humas UNSOED, untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kinerja humas dalam peran internalnya dan pengaruh yang ditimbulkan dari program – program yang telah dirancang oleh Humas UNSOED dalam proses sosialisasi internal. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian menggunakan metode campuran atau mix method yaitu penggabungan antara metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan pengolahan data yang bersifat deskriptif. Data kualitatif diperoleh dengan proses wawancara mendalam yang dilakukan dengan Kepala Bagian Humas UNSOED dan Wakil Rektor Bidang Perencanaan, Kerjasama dan Hubungan Masyarakat yang membawahi bagian humas, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan data kuantitatif diperoleh dari kuisioner yang disebar kepada publik internal UNSOED (dosen, karyawan dan mahasiswa). Teknik pengambilan sample dalam menentukan kriteria narasumber wawancara menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam menentukan sampel data kuantitatif diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam peneliti ini adalah dari persepsi publik internal UNSOED terhadap kinerja humas, mereka menjawab sebanyak 70% responden menyatakan menyatakan masih kurangnya kinerja humas dalam kegiatan sosialiasasi humas dalam kegiatan sosialiasasi. Kurangnya kegiatan sosisalisasi yang dilakukan oleh humas yang disebabkan oleh banyak faktor seperti, a) kurang jelasnya pembagian kerja yang ada di dalam bagian humas, b) kurangnya kualitas sumber daya manusia di bagian humas UNSOED, c) tidak berjalannya media internal dalam fungsinya mensosialisasikan UNSOED menuju world class civic university. |

Inggris) | The purpose of this research is to find and analyze how the internal public relations of UNSOED works regarding to the socialization of UNSOED to be a world class civic university, to find out how deep the internal public understanding about the programs that are made by public relations of UNSOED, to find out how far the work of public relations of UNSOED in its internal role, also to findout the implications from the programs that are made by public relations UNSOED regarding about the socialization of internal public. The method that is used in this research is mix method. Mix method is a method that combines two methods; qualitative and quantitative. The data are then processed and shown descriptively. The qualitative data is obtained from an in-depth interview with Vice Rector IV, that world above the public relations division and Head of Public Relations in UNSOED, and documentation. The data is also obtained from questioner for internal public of UNSOED, such as lecturers, staffs and students. The method that is used to determine the criteria for informants is purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the method that is used for determine the quantitative data sampling is quota sampling. The result of this research is shown by the fact that from the 70% of internal public percepetion towards the workf of public relations UNSOED, said public relations UNSOED doesn’t really do the socialization well. Public relations UNSOED has a lack of socializations programs. This comes from many factors, such as a) unclear job description insed the public relations division, b) less quality of recent human resource and c) the work of public relations UNSOED in order to give socialization about world class civic university inside internal public through media doesn’t work out. |
