Indonesia) | tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa bentuk perlindungan hukum pemerintah indonesia terhadap pekerja dalam perjanjian kerja sistem outsourcing dalam perspektif perlindungan hak asasi manusia di indonesia dan untuk menganalisis dampak bagi pekerja setelah diberlakukannya sistem kerja outsourcing di indonesia. metode pendekatan yang di pakai adalah yuridis normatif atau legal research, yaitu pendekatan yang menggunakan konsepsi legistis positivitis. data yang diperlukan adalah data sekunder. berupa studi pustaka terhadap buku literatur, dokumen dan artikel sebagai bahan yang telah diperoleh dicatat, kemudian dipelajari berdasarkan relevansi-relevansinya dengan pokok permasalahan yang diteliti yang selanjutnya dilakukan pengkajian sebagai satu kesatuan yang utuh. |
