| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Kabupaten Banyumas merupakan salah satu daerah sentra produsen gula kelapa di Jawa Tengah. Salah satu desa sentra produksi gula kelapa di Kabupaten Banyumas adalah Desa Kalisalak Kecamatan Kebasen. Pendapatan dari usaha gula kelapa memberikan sumbangan atau kontribusi terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga perajin. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui besarnya biaya produksi dan pendapatan yang diterima perajin, dan mengetahui besarnya kontribusi usaha gula kelapa terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga perajin. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 17 Februari hingga 18 Maret 2014, pada perajin gula kelapa di Desa Kalisalak. Jumlah responden sebanyak 31 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis biaya produksi, penerimaan, pendapatan, pendapatan rumah tangga perajin dan analisis kontribusi. Hasil analisis yang menghitung semua komponen biaya menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan perajin sebesar Rp. 1.668.906,00 dan penerimaan sebesar Rp. 1.756.548,00 per bulan. Pendapatan total rumah tangga perajin adalah sebesar Rp.602.439,00, pendapatan dari usaha gula kelapa adalah sebesar Rp.87.642,00 dan pendapatan perajin di luar usaha gula kelapa Rp.514.797,00 per bulan. Besarnya kontribusi pendapatan usaha gula kelapa terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga perajin adalah 14,55 persen. Hasil analisis tanpa menghitung biaya tenaga kerja menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan perajin sebesar Rp.1.284.229,00 dan penerimaan sebesar Rp.1.756.548,00 per bulan. Pendapatan total rumah tangga perajin adalah sebesar Rp. 987.116,00, pendapatan dari usaha gula kelapa adalah sebesar Rp.472.319,00 dan pendapatan perajin di luar usaha gula kelapa Rp.514.797,00 per bulan. Besarnya kontribusi pendapatan usaha gula kelapa terhadap pendapatan rumah tangga perajin adalah 47,85 persen. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Banyumas Regency is one of production central area of coconut sugar in Central Java. One of the village of palm sugar production center in Banyumas is at the Kalisalak Villange in Kebasen District. Revenue from coconut sugar business will provide a donation or contribution to household income of farmers. The research aims to know the cost of production, and income from of coconut sugar, and know the contribution of coconut sugar on household income. Method used is a survey. The Interpretation data was started on 17 February until 18 March 2014, to farmer coconut sugar in Kalisalak Village. The number of farmers who were respondents in this studies as many as 31 people. Data were analyzed using analysis of production costs, revenue analysis, income analysis, family income analysis and contribution analysis. The results of the analysis that count all cost component showed that the average total cost of production incurred in a month time period is Rp.1.668.906,00 and receipts obtained is Rp. 1.756.548,00 per month. Total household income is Rp.602.439,00 income from coconut sugar Rp. 87.642,00 income from outside coconut sugar is Rp.514.797,00 per month. The amount revenue of contribution of coconut sugar on household income artisans is 14,55 persen.
