| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul “Status Populasi Ikan Spesies Asli dan Ikan Introduksi di Sungai Logawa Kabupaten Banyumas”. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui ikan spesies asli dan introduksi di Sungai Logawa, nilai kelimpahan relatif ikan dan keadaan populasi ikan spesies asli dan introduksi di Sungai Logawa berdasarkan indeks keanekaragaman. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah metode survey dengan simple random sampling, sampling dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali di 9 stasiun dengan selang waktu 1 bulan. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret - April 2014. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menggambarkan keadaan jenis ikan spesies asli dan introduksi, kelimpahan relatif dan populasi yang ada di Sungai Logawa Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini menunjukan Spesies ikan asli yang terdapat di Sungai Logawa yaitu ikan lunjar (Rasbora argyrotaenia), ikan benteur (Puntius binotatus), ikan nilem (Osteochilus hasselti), ikan brek (Puntius orphoides), ikan keting (Mystus micracanthus), ikan kekel (Glyptothorax platypogon), ikan gabus (Channa striata), ikan sepat jawa (Trichogaster trichopterus) dan ikan tawes (Puntius javanicus) sedangkan ikan introduksinya adalah ikan Sapu – sapu (Liposarcus multiradiatus) serta ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Kelimpahan relatif ikan spesies asli berkisar antara 0,07% (ikan gabus) hingga 34,94% (ikan benteur) dengan diikuti ikan nilem 31,18%, brek 8,17%, lunjar 11,53 %, tawes 6,29%, kekel 0,83%, sepat 0,65%, keting 0,17%, dan gabus 0,07%. Berdasarkan nilai indeks keragaman (H’) teori shanno-Winner ikan spesies asli dan introduksi di Sungai Logawa memiliki tingkat keanekaragaman rendah dengan kisaran nilai 0,66-1,63. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | The title of this study is “Population Satus of Indigenous and Introduction Species in Logawa River, Distric Banyumas”. The objective were are the study aims to find out the indigenous and introduction species in Logawa River, the relative abundance of fish value and the population status of Indigenous and Introduction Species in Logawa River beside on diversity index. The research method were combinated survey method with simple random sampling, sampling was done 2 times in 9 stations with intervals of a month. The study was conducted in March-April 2014. Data were analyzed descriptively to describe the population status, the relative abundance of fish value of Indigenous and Introduction Species in Logawa River, Distric Banyumas. In the present study the Indigenous species were found in the river Logawa namely; Silver rasbora (Rasbora argyrotaenia), Spotted barb (Puntius binotatus), Bonylip barb (Osteochilus hasselti), Javaen barb (Puntius orphoides), Twospot catfish (Mystus micracanthus), kekel (Glyptothorax platypogon), Striped snakehead (Channa striata), Three spot gourami (Trichogaster trichopterus) and Silver barb (Puntius javanicus), meanwhile, the introduction species namely; Orinoco sailfin catfish (Liposarcus multiradiatus) and Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). The relative abundance of Indigenous species which varied between 0.07% Striped snakehead until 34.94% Spotted barb with followed by Bonylip barb 31,18%, Javaen barb,17%, Silver rasbora 11,53%, Silver barb 6,29%, kekel 0,83%, Three spot gourami 0,65%, Twospot catfish 0,17%, and Striped snakehead 0,07%. Beside on diversity index values (H’) theoy of shanno-Winner, indegenous and intoduction species in Logawa River have a low level of diversity with a range of values 0.66-1.63. |
