| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Salah satu wilayah yang secara agroekologi sesuai dengan syarat tumbuh tanaman teh di Indonesia adalah Kecamatan Pulosari Kabupaten Pemalang. Daun teh yang diproduksi dari perkebunan teh milik masyarakat di Kecamatan Pulosari umumnya diolah menjadi teh kering oleh industri rumah tangga. Permasalahan yang terdapat pada industri rumah tangga adalah lemahnya analisis ekonomi dan tidak ada pengetahuan besar sumbangan pendapatan terhadap pendapatan usahatani keluarga. Oleh sebab itu, maka dilaksanakan penelitian pada bulan Maret sampai April 2014. Penentuan desa penelitian secara sengaja (Purposive) yaitu Desa Pagenteran dan Pulosari karena kedua desa tersebut merupakan sentra produksi teh rakyat. Metode pengambilan responden pada penelitian ini adalah sensus. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu, (1) Menganalisis besarnya biaya dan pendapatan industri rumah tangga pengolahan teh rakyat, (2) Menganalisis besarnya pendapatan usahatani rumah tangga pengusaha teh rakyat, (3) Menganalisis kontribusi pendapatan industri rumah tangga pengolahan teh rakyat terhadap pendapatan usahatani rumah tangga di Kecamatan Pulosari Kabupaten Pemalang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, rata-rata biaya produksi yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp269.507,59 dan rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp242.666,67. Pendapatan industri rumah tangga adalah sebesar Rp-26.840,92. Kontribusi pendapatan industri pengolahan teh rakyat sebesar -8,26 persen |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | One of the areas which are in accordance with the terms of agroecology grow tea plants in Indonesia is the Pulosari District Pemalang Regency. Tea leaves produced from perkebunan teh milik rakyat at the District Pulosari, generally processed into dried tea by the household industry. Problems found in household industry is no economic analysis and haven’t knowledge contribution of industry income to the family farm income. Therefore, the research conducted in March and April 2014. Determination of the study villages intentionally (purposive) at Pagenteran and Pulosari Village, because the two villages is the center of traditional tea production. Methods of making the respondents in this study was a census. The purpose of this study, namely, (1) to analyze the cost and revenue in the household industry traditional tea processing, (2) to analyze the amount of farm household income, (3) to analyze the contribution of household industry processing traditional tea income to farm income households in the Pulosari District Pemalang Regency. Based on the results of the study, the average cost of production incurred by Rp269.507,59 and an average revenue of Rp242.666,67. Domestic industry revenue is Rp-26.840,92. So as to know the tea processing industry revenue contribution amounting to -8,26 percent. |
