| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Memperoleh genotipe padi gogo yang toleran cekaman kekeringan, 2) Mengetahui pengaruh cekaman kekeringan terhadap pertumbuhan 20 genotipe padi gogo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Green House dan Laboratorium Pemuliaan Tanaman dan Bioteknologi Pertanian Unsoed. Waktu penelitian dimulai dari bulan Juli sampai dengan Agustus 2013. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan petak terbagi dengan rancangan dasar Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) 3 ulangan. Perlakuan dengan 2 taraf cekaman kekeringan (0% dan 25%) ditempatkan pada petak utama dengan 22 genotipe ditempatkan pada anak petak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada kondisi cekaman kekeringan taraf 25% diperoleh 5 genotipe yang tergolong toleran kekeringan, yaitu genotipe G 50-3-1-2, G 50-5-1-2, G 69-1-1-2, G 69-5-3-3, dan G 69-3-4-4. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research aimed to: 1) Obtained upland rice genotype that are tolerant to drought stress, 2) Determine the effect of drought stress on the growth of 20 genotypes upland rice. The research was conducted at the Green House and the Laboratory of Agricultural Plant Breeding and Biotechnology Unsoed. The study started from July to August 2013. The design was a split plot design with basic was Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 3 replications. The Treatment with 2 stage drought stress (0% and 25%) were placed on the main plot with 22 genotypes on the subplot. The results showed 5 genotypes as drought tolerant at 25% level of drought stress, i.e genotype G 50-3-1-2, G 50-5-1-2, G 69-1-1-2, G 69-5-3-3, dan G 69-3-4-4. |
