Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia)Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengidentifikasi faktor internal dan eksternal yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan serta ancaman dan peluang apa yang dihadapi oleh para petani dalam usahatani sayuran organik (2) merumuskan strategi pengembangan usahatani sayuran organik di desa Windujaya Kecamatan Kedungbanteng. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan dari bulan Maret sampai April 2014, dengan sasaran penelitian petani sayuran organik yang di Desa Windujaya Kecamatan Kedungbanteng. Responden yang diambil sebanyak 8 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis IFAS , analisis EFAS, analisis Internal-Eksternal, analisis SWOT dan analisis QSPM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kekuatan : lokasi yang strategis, kualitas sayuran, petani berpengalaman, bahan baku tersedia, penggunaan greenhouse, areal pengembangan yang tersedia, pembibitan mudah, waktu produksi tidak lama dan memiliki pasar tetap. Kelemahan : volume produksi terbatas, belum adanya pembukuan, petani berkurang, produk mudah rusak, kemasan sederhana, belum sertifikasi dan keterbatasan modal.Peluang : peningkatan permintaan, membuka lapangan pekerjaan, perubahan gaya hidup,kebijakan pemerintah, peluang pasar luas, loyalitas konsumen tinggi dan perkembangan teknologi. Ancaman : perkembangan jenis hama dan penyakit, perubahan cuaca, profesi bercabang, sulit dan mahalnya persyaratan sertifikasi organik dan mudah mendapatkan produk substitusi (2) prioritas strategi adalah meningkatkan mengembangkan volume produksi sayuran organik dengan merangkul pemerintah daerah.

Inggris)This research aimed (1 To identify internal and external factors as the strength, weaknesses, threat and opportunity which were faced by farmers doing organic vegetable farming (2) to formulate development strategies of organic vegetable farming in Windujaya Village, Kedungbanteng district. The respondents who had been taken were 8 people. There were some analysis to analyze the data, those were IFAS analysis, EFAS analysis, internal – external analysis, SWOT analysis, and QSPM analysis. The result of this research showed (1) Strength: the factors which were included; the strategic location, good quality of vegetables, experienced farmers, raw material availability, greenhouse utilizing, development areas availability, easy seedling, brevity of production time, and having a fixed market. Weaknesses: the weaknesses were as follows; there were limited production volume, lack of bookkeeping, reducing farmers, yet certification, and limited production. Opportunity, the opportunities were as follows; there were increased demand, creating jobs, lifestyle changed, government policy, broad market opportunities, high customer loyality and technology development. Threat: the threat were as follows; there were development of pests and diseases, the climate changed, branched profession, the organic certification requirements were difficult and expensive, easy to get substitution product. (2) Strategy priority was to increase and develop the volume of organic vegetable production that engaged the local governments.
