| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Latar Belakang: Penyakit ginjal kronis merupakan gangguan pada ginjal yang mengakibatkan penurunan fungsi ginjal yang progresif dan dapat berakhir menjadi gagal ginjal, sehingga memerlukan terapi pengganti ginjal, salah satunya hemodialisis. Lama menjalani hemodialisis berpengaruh terhadap perubahan indeks massa tubuh (IMT) pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis. Tujuan: Mengetahui korelasi IMT pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo dengan lama menjalani hemodialisis. Metode: Penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional dan teknik consecutive sampling. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 42 pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis di Instalasi Hemodialisis RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. Variabel terikat adalah IMT dan variabel bebas adalah lama menjalani hemodialisis. Hasil: Rerata IMT 22,054,3. Rerata lama menjalani hemodialisis 77,637,4 minggu. Uji Spearman nilai p>0,05 dan r=0,06, sehingga tidak terdapat korelasi yang bermakna. Kesimpulan: Tidak terdapat korelasi antara IMT pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis dengan lama menjalani hemodialisis di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto. |

Inggris) | Chronic kidney disease is a disorder of the kidney that causes a progressive decline in renal function and may end up being kidney failure, thus require renal replacement therapy, for example hemodialysis. Length undergoing hemodialysis influence the change in body mass index (BMI) of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. Objective: To investigate correlation of BMI chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital's with length undergoing hemodialysis. Methods: Observational studied with cross sectional approach and a consecutive sampling technique. Subjects were 42 chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis at Installation Hemodialysis of Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Hospital's. The dependent variable was BMI and the independent variable was the length undergoing hemodialysis. Results: The mean BMI was 22.054.3. The mean length undergoing hemodialysis was 77.637.4 week. Spearman test p values >0.05 and r = 0.06, so that there was no significant correlation. Conclusion: There was no correlation between the BMI of chronic renal failure patients undergoing hemodialysis with length undergoing hemodialysis at Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto Hospitals. |
