| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara bersama-sama dan dan secara sendiri-sendiri dari kompensasi, biaya transportasi, jumlah anggota rumah tangga, tingkat pendidikan, dan masa kerja terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan guru SMK Ma’arif di kabupaten Kebumen serta untuk menganalis variabel yang memberikan pengaruh paling besar terhadap tingkat kesejahteraan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner sebanyak 167 responden. Model regresi logistik (logit) digunakan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesejahteraan guru masih rendah atau sudah baik/tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kesejahteraan guru SMK Ma’arif di kabupeten Kebumen masih rendah. Nilai Exp(B) untuk variabel kompensasi (1,494), biaya transportasi (0,752), jumlah anggota rumah tangga (0,034), tingkat pendidikan (1,487) dan masa kerja (1,217) dengan signifikasi (p-valuenya) sebesar 0,000 (artinya < 5 %), artinya kompensasi mempunyai pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap peluang kesejahteraan yang baik / tinggi. Untuk meningkatkan tingkat kesejahteraan yang baik bagi guru SMK, maka pemerintah Kabupaten Kebumen perlu mengupayakan kebijakan yang lebih tepat dalam rangka peningkatan kinerja guru sehingga kesejahteraan yang baik dapat dapat tercapai. |

Inggris) | The aims of this research are analyze simultaneous and partial effect of compensation , the cost of transportation , number of household members , education level and length of work to the welfare of teachers of SMK Maarif in Kebumen regency as well as to analyze the variables that provide the most impact on the level of welfare . This research uses primary data obtained from questionnaires as much as 167 respondents . Logistic regression model ( logit ) is used to analyze the level of welfare of teachers is low or has been a good / high . These results indicate that the welfare of teachers SMK Maarif in kabupeten Kebumen regency still low. Value of Exp(B) for variable compensation ( 1,494 ) , transportation costs ( 0.752 ) , number of household members ( 0,034 ), education level ( 1,487 ) and length of work ( 1.217 ) with significance ( p - valuenya ) of 0.000 (ie < 5 % ) , meaning that compensation has the greatest influence on the chances of a good welfare / high . For increase the level of good welfare vocational school teachers, the government should pursue policies Kebumen more precise in order to improve the performance of a good teacher so that welfare can be achieved. |
