| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Keragaman adalah gabungan antara jumlah species dan jumlah individu masing – masing species dalam satu komunitas. Istilah diversitas dalam ekologi umumnya mengarah pada keanekaraman species. Selain itu diversitas juga merupakan suatu keragaman /perbedaan diantara anggota-anggota sekelompok populasi baik hewan maupun tumbuhan Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keragaman Gastropoda yang terdapat di perairan hutan mangrove Bulaksetra Pangandaran Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2014. Materi penelitian ini adalah semua species Gastropoda yang ditemukan di lokasi penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan teknik pengambilan sampel secara Simple Random Sampling. Tempat pengambilan sampel dimulai dari bibir pantai sampai hutan mangrove. Hasil yang didapat di perairan hutan mangrove Bulaksetra Pangandaran Jawa Barat terdapat 9 species yang terbagi dalam 6 familia. Sembilan species tersebut yaitu Nerita lineata (Chemnitz, 1781), Neritina violacea (Gmelin, 1791), Littoraria scabra (Linne, 1758), Telescopium telescopium (Linne, 1758), Cerithidea quadrata (Sowerby, 1866), Pomacea sp. (Lamarck, 1801), Cassidula aurisfelis (Bruguiere, 1789), Ellobium aurisjudae (Linnaaeus, 1758), Chicoreus capucinus (Lamarck, 1822),. Faktor lingkungan yang diamati adalah temperatur berkisar antara 270C - 300C, salinitas daerah bibir pantai berkisar 29.000/00 - 33.00/00. dan pH air laut berkisar antara 6.5-7. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | Diversity is a combination between the number of species and number of individuals of each type in a single community. The term of diversity in ecology generally leads to variety of types. Beside that, diversity is also a variety / differences among members of a population group, either animal or plant. The purpose of this research was to find out the diversity of gastropods found in Bulaksetra Pangandaran West Java area. This research was conducted in May-June 2014, of this research materials are all kinds of gastropods were found at the sites. This research uses a survey method with simple random sampling technique. Sampling started from the shoreline to the mangrove forest. The results obtained in the waters of the mangrove forests Bulaksetra Pangandaran West Java, there are 9 species that are divided into 6 familia. Nine of these species is Nerita lineata (Chemnitz, 1781), Neritina violacea (Gmelin, 1791), Littoraria scabra (Linne, 1758), Telescopium telescopium (Linne, 1758), Cerithidea quadrata (Sowerby, 1866), Pomacea sp. (Lamarck, 1801), Cassidula aurisfelis (Bruguiere, 1789), Ellobium aurisjudae (Linnaaeus, 1758), Chicoreus capucinus (Lamarck, 1822),. Environmental factors measured were the temperature range between 270C - 300C, salinity 29,000/00 - 33.00/00 and pH of the water ranged between 6.5-7. |
