| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Handling sitotoksik adalah suatu proses penanganan terhadap obat sitotoksik yang berfungsi untuk melindungi personil pelaku handling sitotoksik dan juga melindungi obat sitotoksik dari kontaminan yang dilakukan di ruangan steril berdasarkan prosedur handling sitotoksik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui tingkat kesesuaian pelaksanaan handling sitotoksik yang dilakukan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto berdasarkan pedoman dari DitjenBina Kefarmasian tahun 2009. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif, pengambilan data dilakukan secara cross sectional dengan menggunakan lembar observasi. Analisis data dengan melakukan skoring yang diperoleh dari 5 bagian, yaitu ruangan pelaksanaan handling sitotoksik, proses sebelum melakukan handling sitotoksik, pelaksanaan handling sitotoksik (pencampuran obat sitotoksik dari vial atau ampul ke dalam infus iv atau iv bolus), post handling sitotoksik, dan pengolahan limbah sitotoksik, yang dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2014. Data yang didapatkan digunakan untuk menghitung persentase dari pelaksanaan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto sebagai gambaran pelaksanaan proses handling sitotoksik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase kesesuaian ruangan handling sitotoksik 50% (kategori kurang baik), proses sebelum pelaksanaan handling sitotoksik 89% (kategori baik), persentase kesesuaian proses handling sitotoksik semuanya termasuk dalam kategori baik,yang meliputi ampul ke infus iv 90,53 %, ampul ke iv bolus 94,12%, vial cair ke infus iv 82,5%, vial cair ke iv bolus 85,71%, dan vial kering ke infus iv 86,67%. Persentase kesesuaian proses post handling sitotoksik yang dilakukan di RSUD Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto sebesar 70% (kategori cukup) dan proses pengolahan limbah sitotoksik mencapai 87,5% (kategori baik) berdasarkan Pedoman Ditjen Bina Kefarmasian Tahun 2009. |

The purpose of the study to determine the level of conformity of the implementation of handling cytotoxic performed in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto hospitals based on guidelines of Ditjen Bina Kefarmasian Tahun 2009. This research is a descriptive study, data collection was done using a cross sectional observation sheet. Analysis of the data obtained by making scoring of 5 parts, that implementation of handling cytotoxic room, before handling cytotoxic processes, implementation of handling cytotoxic (cytotoxic drug mixing of the vial or ampoule into the iv infusion or iv bolus), post handling cytotoxic, and sewage treatment cytotoxic, which was conducted in May 2014 data obtained is used to calculate the percentage of implementation in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto hospitals as a description of the implementation process of handling cytotoxic. The results showed that the percentage of indoor suitability handling cytotoxic 50% (unfavorable category), the process prior to the implementation of the 89% cytotoxic handling (both categories), the percentage of the suitability of the cytotoxic handling are all included in either category, which includes ampule iv infusion to 90.53% , ampoule to 94.12% iv bolus, iv infusion vial of liquid to 82,5%, a vial of liquid to iv bolus 85,71% and iv infusion vial dry to 86,67%. Percentage of the suitability of the post process handling cytotoxic performed in Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo Purwokerto hospitals by 70% (category enough) and cytotoxic waste treatment process to reach 87.5% (both categories) based on the guidelines of Ditjen Bina Kefarmasian Tahun 2009. |
