Indonesia) | Jamkesda merupakan salah satu bentuk perlindungan sosial di bidang kesehatan untuk menjamin agar memenuhi kebutuhan dasar kesehatan yang layak, bersifat pelayanan kesehatan menyeluruh (komprehensif) mencakup pelayanan promotif, preventif serta kuratif dan rehabilitatif yang diberikan secara berjenjang dan dengan mutu yang terjamin serta pembiayaan secara praupaya diselenggarakan secara mekanisme asuransi sosial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kelanjutan kepesertaan Jamkesda mampu di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Bobotsari. Jenis dan metode penelitian ini adalah analytic observational dengan pendekatan case control. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 44 kasus dan 44 kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa sebanyak 50 responden (56,8%) memiliki pengetahuan baik, 49 responden (55,7%) menyatakan informasi telah tersedia, 68 responden (77,3%) menyatakan peran kader sudah mendukung, 45 responden (51,1%) menyatakan biaya premi sudah terjangkau. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan kelanjutan kepesertaan Jamkesda mampu (p=0,005), ketersediaan informasi (p=0,003), keterjangkauan premi (p=0,010), dan tidak ada hubungan antara peran kader dengan kelanjutan kepesertaan Jamkesda mampu (ρ=0,799). Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan adalah ketersediaan informasi dengan Exp(β) 3,048. Responden yang tidak mendapatkan informasi mengenai Jamkesda memiliki peluang 3,048 kali untuk tidak melanjutkan menjadi peserta Jamkesda pada tahun selanjutnya. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kelanjutan kepesertaan jamkesda adalah pengetahuan, ketersediaan informasi dan keterjangkauan premi. Disarankan bahwa pemberian informasi Jamkesda ke masyarakat perlu ditingkatkan dengan menggunakan upaya dan media yang menarik dan mudah dipahami oleh masyarakat. |

The purpose of this research is to know the factors that affect the continuation of membership Jamkesda on the working area of Bobotsari. Analysis results showed no relationship between bivariat knowledge with the continuation of membership Jamkesda capable (ρ = 0.005), availability of information (ρ= 0.003), affordability of premiums (ρ = 0,010), and there is no relationship between the role of cadres with the continuation of membership Jamkesda able (ρ=0,799). Results of the multivariate analysis showed that the most dominant factor is the availability of information by Exp (β) at 3,048. Of the respondents who not received information about Jamkesda have the opportunity to not continue being time 3,048 participants next year Jamkesda. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the factors that relate to the continuation of membership jamkesda is the availability of information and knowledge, the affordability of premiums. It is recommended that the granting of the information Jamkesda to the community need to be improved with the use of the efforts and the media in an attractive and easy to understand by the general public.
