| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Pelaksanaan pembinaan narapidana wanita merupakan masalah penegakan hukum. hal ini dapat diketahui dari pelaksanaan pembinaan narapidana wanita di Rumah Tahanan Negara Kelas II B Banyumas. Pembinaan narapidana wanita yang dijatuhi hukuman pidana dilaksanakan berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 Tentang Pembinaan dan Pembimbingan Warga Binaan Pemasyarakatan dan Keputusan Menteri Kehakiman Republik Indonesia Nomor :M. 02-PK.04.10 Tahun 1990 Tentang Pola Pembinaan Narapidana/ Tahanan. Pelaksanaan pembinaan yang dilakukan di Rutan Banyumas meliputi pembinaan pendidikan, pembinaan mental spiritual, pembinaan sosial budaya, pembinaan keterampilan dan pembinaan rekreasi. Faktor pendorong dari pelaksanaan pembinaan meliputi Faktor masyarakat , adanya kerjasama dengan pihak ketiga , faktor Sarana dan prasarana , faktor penegak hukumnya dan faktor hukumnya Faktor penghambat dalam proses pembinaan yaitu Faktor dari masyarakat , faktor sarana dan prasarana Khusus di bidang kesenian dan faktor penegak hukumnya |
