Indonesia) | INTISARI ANALISIS KARAKTERISTIK DAN PEMODELAN PARKIR PADA RUMAH SAKIT DI PURWOKERTO (Studi Kasus: Rumah Sakit Prof. Dr. Margono Soekarjo dan Rumah Sakit Geriyatri) Triyatno1, Gito Sugiyanto2, Eva Wahyu Indriyati3 Parkir merupakan salah satu elemen penting dalam transportasi perkotaan, karena memberikan dampak terhadap kelancaran arus lalu lintas kendaraan roda 2 atau kendaraan roda 4. Seringkali kendaraan di parkir oleh pemiliknya di bagian jalan sehingga mengurangi kapasitas layan dari jalan tersebut dan pada akhirnya menyebabkan kemacetan. Dengan kondisi seperti ini maka perlu disediakan lahan parkir yang memadai bagi pemilik kendaraan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengetahui karakteristik parkir dan merumuskan model parkir pada rumah sakit di Purwokerto. Karakterisitik parkir meliputi akumulasi parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pengunjung sebanyak 481 dan 224 kendaraan, akumulasi parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pegawai sebanyak 384 dan 142 kendaraan. Volume parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pengunjung sebanyak 1.905 dan 881 kendaraan, volume parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan 4 pegawai sebanyak 479 dan 183 kendaraan. Kapasitas parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pengunjung sebanyak 549 dan 220 kendaraan, kapasitas parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pegawai sebanyak 241 dan 171 kendaraan. Pergantian parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pengunjung sebesar 3,47 dan 4,0 kend/petak, pergantian parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pegawai sebanyak 1,99 dan 1,07 kend/petak. Durasi parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pengunjung selama 85,6 dan 122,35 menit, durasi parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pegawai selama 420,47 dan 420,32 menit. Indeks parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pengunjung sebesar 87,61 % dan 101,82 %, indeks parkir kendaraan roda 2 dan roda 4 pegawai sebesar 159,34 % dan 83,04 %. Parameter rumah sakit yang digunakan sebagai variabel adalah jumlah tempat tidur (X1), jumlah dokter (X2), jumlah pegawai adm (X3), jumlah perawat (X4), dan jumlah poliklinik (X5). Dari hasil uji korelasi dan regresi linear diperoleh pemodelan parkir bagi pengunjung dan pegawai rumah sakit. Model kebutuhan petak parkir roda 2 bagi pengunjung rumah sakit di Purwokerto dipengaruhi oleh variabel jumlah tempat tidur (X1) dengan persamaan Y = 10,994 + 0,661 X1, model kebutuhan parkir roda 2 pegawai rumah sakit di Purwokerto dipengaruhi oleh variabel jumlah pegawai adm (X4) dengan persamaan Y = - 62,333 + 0,619 X4. Sedangkan model kebutuhan parkir roda 4 bagi pengunjung dan pegawai rumah sakit di Purwokerto adalah Y = 29,607 + 0,273 X1 dan Y = -3,256 + 0,201 X4. With these conditions it is necessary to provide adequate parking area for vehicle owners. The purpose of the research is to know the characteristics and formulate a model of parking at the hospital in Purwokerto. Characteristics of parking including the accumulation of parked vehicles wheel 2 and 4 visitors as much as 481 and 224 vehicles, accumulation of parked wheel 2 and 4 employees as much as 384 and 142 vehicles.
