| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Penelitian ini berjudul, “Efisiensi Penggunaan Faktor-faktor Produksi Usahatani Kubis Desa Gombong Kecamatan Belik Kabupaten Pemalang”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk (a) menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan faktor-faktor produksi yang berupa luas lahan, tenaga kerja, benih, pupuk dan pestisida terhadap hasil produksi kubis di Desa Gombong, (b) menganalisis besarnya tingkat efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi yang berupa luas lahan, tenaga kerja, benih, pupuk dan pestisida pada usahatani kubis di Desa Gombong, (c) menganalisis besarnya pendapatan usahatani kubis di Desa Gombong. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian survey, sedangkan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode stratified random sampling sehingga diperoleh 50 responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analysis regresi linier berganda dengan fungsi produksi Cobb Douglas, analisis alokatif efisiensi penggunaan faktor produksi, analisis pendapatan dan analisis efisiensi ekonomis R/C rasio. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa faktor produksi luas lahan, benih, pupuk, pestisida dan tenga kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap produksi kubis. Secara parsial faktor produksi luas lahan, pupuk dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan, sedangkan benih dan pestisida tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kubis. Faktor produksi benih dan pupuk menurut analisis efisiensi sudah efisien dalam alokasi penggunaannya, sedangkan faktor produksi luas lahan, pestisida dan tenaga kerja tidak efisien dalam alokasi penggunaannya pada usahatani kubis Desa Gombong. Rata-rata pendapatan usahatani kubis Desa Gombong sebesar Rp 13.471.992,00 per 5078 m2 atau 0,51 ha selama satu musim tanam. Hasil dari analisis R/C rasio diperoleh nilai sebesar 2,3 yang artinya nilai R/C rasio > 1 sehingga rata-rata usahatani kubis Desa Gombong menguntungkan dan layak untuk dijalankan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah petani kubis perlu memperhatikan penggunaan faktor produksi luas lahan, pupuk dan tenaga kerja, karena faktor produksi tersebut secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kubis. Petani perlu melakukan penyesuaian penggunaan faktor produksi yang tidak efisien agar dapat mencapai penggunaan yang efisien dan perlu dilakukan penyuluhan dari dinas terkait tentang alokasi penggunaan faktor produksi usahatani kubis yang efisien. Selanjutnya usahatani kubis Desa Gombong perlu untuk tetap dijalankan, karena menguntungkan dan mengingat pertanian merupakan pendapatan utama masyarakat Desa Gombong. |
| Abtrak (Bhs. Inggris) | This research is titled “Efficiency of The Production Factors use of Cabbage Farming in Gombong Village Belik Subdistrict Pemalang Regency”. The purpose of this research are (a) Find out the effect of the use of production factors, that are land wide, manpower, seeds, fertilize and pesticide to cabbage production in Gombong Village, (b) Determine the efficiency level of the use of production factors that are land wide, manpower, seeds, fertilize and pesticide to cabbage farming in Gombong Village, (c) Find out the income of cabbage farming in Gombong Village. Research method that utilized is survey method, and to determine the sample utilize stratified random sampling so obtained 50 respondents. Analysis method that utilized is multiple linier regression analysis with Cobb Douglas production fungtion, alocatif analysis of efficency of the production factors use, income analysis and economical eficiency analysis R/C ratio. The result of the research show that production factors land wide, seed, fertilize, pesticide and manpower simultaniously have significant effect to cabbage production. Partially, production factors land wide, fertilize, and manpower have a positive signifficant effect, whereas, seed and pesticide have not a signifficant effect to cabbage production. Production factors seed and fertilize according to eficiency analysis is efficient yet, whereas production factors land wide, pesticide, and manpower have not efficient in alocation of cabbage farming in Gombong Village. The income average of cabbage farming is Rp13.471.992,00 per 5078 m square or 0,51 hectare in one planting season. The result of R/C ratio is 2,3 it means R/C ratio < 1 so the average of cabbage farming in Gombong Village is profitable and worth to do. The implication of this research are cabbage farming should pay attention to using of land wide, fertilize and manpower because these variable partially have a signifficant effect to cabbage production. Farmer should adjust of use of production factors that not efficient so farmer can raise efficient use of production factors and goverment should give an information to all of farmers about effiency of production factors use. Then, cabbage farming in Gombong Village still need to do because its profitable and agriculture is main income of Gombong Village people. |
