| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis kelayakan finansial ayam niaga pedaging yang digambarkan dari nilai NPV (Net Present value), IRR (internal Rate of Return) dan PP (Payback Period) mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor pakan, tenaga kerja dan obat-obatan. Penelitian menggunakan metode survei dan pengambilan sampel wilayah menggunakan metode purposive sampling atau sengaja sebanyak 45 peternak. Data yang diperoleh adalah data primer yang berasal dari wawancara langsung dengan responden dan data sekunder berasal dari pustaka, hasil penelitian terdahulu dan dinas terkait. Analisis kelayakan finansial usaha ayam niaga pedaging di Kabupaten Purbalingga menggunakan NPV (Net Present value), IRR (internal Rate of Return) dan PP (Payback Period) dan dilanjutkan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai NPV (Net Present value) sebesar Rp. 4.444.484.354 IRR (internal Rate of Return) 69,09 persen dan PP (Payback Period) selama 7 tahun 9 bulan. Analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Y = -24.079.315,62 + 168.20 X1 + 2,58 X2 – 4.301,61 X3 dan koefisien determinasi diperoleh sebesar 87,57 persen. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variansi dari variabel dependen dapat diterangkan oleh variabel independen sebesar 87.39 % dan F hit (96.09) lebih besar daripada F tabel (1.38), berarti bahwa variabel bebas secara bersama-sama berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap variabel independen pada tingkat kepercayaan 99 persen (P<0.01). dan selebihnya sebesar 12.61 % dipengaruhi variabel lain yang belum masuk dalam model. |

Inggris) | ABSTRACT The aimed of this research are to analyze the financial feasibility of commercial broiler chickens which describel from Net Present Value (NPV), internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP) seen from the feed factors which has influenced, the employed and the medicines. This method of this reasearch is survey method, which got the area sample used purposive sampling method with 45 farmers as the sample. The data which used in this reasearch is primary data drived from direct interview with respondents. The secondary data from the previous research and the department which related. The financial feasibility analysis of commercial broiler chickens in purbalingga used Net Present Value (NPV), internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Payback Period (PP) and continved with double linear regression analyze. The result showed that the value of NPV is Rp. 4.444.484.354 IRR ( percent ) 69,04 and PP for 7 years and 9 months. The result of regression analysis was obtained Y = -24.079.315,62 + 168.20 X1 + 2,58 X2 – 4.301,61 X3 and the coefficients determination was obtained 87,57 it is showed that the variansion of dependent variable can be explaine from the independent variable (87.39 %) and calculated result F table (96.09) > F table (1.38) its means that the free variables have an effect significantly at the independent variables and the level is 99 % (p<0.01) and the others 12.61 % influenced other variables which not used in this model. |
