| Abstrak (Bhs. Indonesia) | Dengan perkembangan teknologi yang cukup pesat tidak dipungkiri sangat berpengaruh ke semua bidang salah satunya bidang kesehatan. Berbagai penelitian kesehatan tidak lepas dari kemajuan teknolog dimana sistem manual mulai ditinggalkan dan mulai memanfaatkan sistem otomatis. Tes hematologi adalah pemeriksaan yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui keadaan darah dan komponen-komponennya, salah satunya adalah sel darah putih (leukosit). Pemeriksaan hematologi seperti jumlah dan morfologi darah umumnya masih dilakukan secara manual. Keakuratan yang rendah karena perbedaan identifikasi dokter maupun petugas laboratorium melandasi penggunaan bantuan komputer. Pada penelitian ini, diusulkan identifikasi dan perhitungan diamater inti sel darah putih menggunakan operasi morfologi. Operasi morfologi citra dapat membantu mengidentifikasi dan mengetahui ciri-ciri suatu sel darah melalui ukuran sel tersebut ditinjau dari diamter, keliling dan luas dari sel tersebut. Dengan penelitian ini diharapkan didapat hasil diameter dari sebuah cira sel darah putih. |

Inggris) | With technology development which is quite rapid it cannot be denied very influential into all areas of one of them is the field of health.A variety of studies health not separated from the progress of technologists where manual system began abandoned and started to take advantage of automatic system.A test hematology is a check that aims to know the state of the blood and its components, one of them is white blood cells (leukocytes) .Examination hematology as the number and morphology blood is generally still done by hand.Accuracy is low because of differences in identification laboratory doctor and officers had based the use of the aid of computers.In this research, proposed identification and by computation diamater the nucleus of white blood cells use the operation of morphology.The operation of morphology image can help identify and figure out the characteristics of a cell blood through the size of the cell viewed from diamter, a roving and broad than the cell. With research is expected obtained the result of the diameters of a cira white blood cells. |
